Domain (Portfolio) Description: The domain of magic confers the power to manipulate arcane energies and to create, disrupt, destroy, or bestow magical power or effects. Belruarc specializes in forming pacts bound with magic, granting wishes in return for favors, and exacting punishment should the terms not be met.

Personality: Belru is an ambitious deity, who seeks greater power primarily for the joy in its indulgence and the influence it grants her. She is a selfish deity, who is only concerned with the interests of others insofar as they stand to affect her own, and most of her meddling is done when she stands to gain power or upset the rise of others who threaten her.

Description: Belru gives, and Belru takes. The Goddess of Pacts is known to grant power, in exchange for a service, whether the exchange is fair depends on the deal struck.
