I'll probably make a character tomorrow. However, how many characters are allowed? Also, can I have a beta tester? Can I have somebody who is, well, a jerk? As realistic, not everyone would be 'nice' as seen in 'Log Horizon' which is a lot like SAO, there were player killers. In fact, I am pretty sure they were pkers in SAO too.

I've seen countless of this type of RP but maybe this one won't crash and burn like the rest. I am tentatively placing my interest here.

Caged: We Will Escape

Animals, Hybrids, Monsters, Aliens, we have them all here. Caught, one by one. They are my puppets, my test subjects. The strong will survive, the weak will die. There is only one rule. Never judge a book by it's cover. You never know what you will get. Some of the test subjects may be a little......rowdy at first but they'll soon learn. I have their life in my hands. They do not behave, they die in the arena, and I make sure of it. Let the games begin, shall we?

We are all caged, captured, and thrown into a room with nothing but whiteness. It drives some insane. He captures everyone, no matter what they are. Animals, monsters, aliens, even hybrids. If he can't capture them, he breeds them. If he can't breed them, he collects the fossils. You may say I am outmatched, after all, I am just a rabbit, but never forget that one rule. Never judge a book by it's cover. I don't know why he is doing this, but we all have powers. He injects us with some strange liquid, and it gives us abilities one could never imagine. Then, he pits us to the death. He watches us, he finds it amusing. One day though, he will make a mistake. When that happens, we will be ready. We Will Escape.

A pure white prison cell. No windows, no light at night. The cell adapts to your species, the cell adapts to your powers. There is no escape, or so he would have you believe. Nobody knows who he is. All we know that he is a crazed man set on experimenting animals, aliens, monsters, hybrids, and anything else he can get his dirty hands on. In the arena, there are no rules. As long as you win, then you're good as gold. However, there is one creature that never fights. There is one thing that is never released, never seen, it's entire existence is just a rumour, but those that have been here for a long time says that this Thing was the very first experiment. Apparently, it is the only one who has survived multiple doses of that horrible liquid. If only we could get in touch with it, if we could just communicate, that thing could be an escape plan but nobody ever sees it. Nobody really knows what species it is, nobody knows what powers it has. Nobody knows if it actually exists, but if it does then we need to get in touch with that thing, somehow.

For BIG creatures such as Dinosuars, Dragons, Phoenix, etc. They will be going in a separate compartment away from smaller creatures. So Big and Small creatures cannot be neighbours. However they can still communicate if they have a loud voice or by using their powers if their powers allow for such things.

The power to talk to technology! again, pretty much anything that isn't God Mode.

Once again, this isn't just your average school Rp with powers. There is a secret within this academy. It has a dark origin. Some may not care, while others may decide to neglect their studies and investigate further into the dark side of the Academy. Many questions have rose, for example, why is it hidden in the sky? That, and many more.

I don't mind doing something with Pokemon/Digimon. Maybe a cross over even.

If I think about it, I MIGHT be able to come up with something for Naruto, but my question is would it be OCs or Canon?

Disney? With some flare?

Hmmmm. How about some sort of Egyptian setting? Aladdin for an example. I have a few ideas if you're interested. Even more so with Mulan and Princesses. Another idea is an ancient tribal setting.

Thanks for the input :) The "jobs" you mentioned would already be allowed under professions, and a lot of the classes would fit into subcategories of what's already there. (Ex. Red Mage, Battle Mage, Talisman User, Enchanter, etc. would all be hybrid of the "Mage" base category.) The base classes are meant to be rather broad categories so that players can become any of the things you mentioned. They're all definitely great character types. Also, I love the idea of having multiple races for initial character creation ^_^

Do you mind if I repost the your class list in the OOC thread of the RP? I think it will give people good ideas for making their characters.
