Seems fine, although the idea with having exactly 1,3,5, and 7 was to make it more niche as they skipped the evens, the ranges make it more playable. Also I think you're using "it's" rather than "its" which is incorrect in the wording, although we know what you mean.

Personality:
Vincent's personality is can be described as crowd shy, and he has sometimes made blunders causing him to lose, due to his fear of being judged, without the crowd though, he is a cheerful person. who enjoys experiencing all of life, especially when it comes to dueling. (if only there wasn't people watching all the time) and yet his personality feels a full 180 degree shift in a rage but he has a long fuse, so you will be fine as long as you don't continously do it.
History:
The road to a duelist academy is usually a one of ambition, and Vincent is no different in the ambition to become a world class pro duelist, so when it came time to enroll in a dueling academy, Vincent choose the one that looked like it could offer the most to him for the future, even though it would be a sweltering hot desert. he would try and become the best he can be, mainly conquering his fear of crowd's.

Volcanic rat, because it was the first card he had ever got (someone had thrown it away due to the lack of an effect and low stats)

Wait, during an actual Action duel? That's even more wrong. First off, with how irregular the fields are, you're probably going to crash into a lot of walls and second off you'd need to be good at riding manual for that, so you'd be in the Turbo Dueling course and not the Action Dueling course. Granted you can do action duels as a turbo duelist, I think you'd just be shooting yourself in the foot trying that on a Duel Runner.

Also, I don't care what you end up with. That's up to the players. I just want a level playing field at the start. Preferably you wouldn't make a deck that crushes everyone that tries to duel you, but I have enough fate that players are respectful enough to not do that to others.

Edit: Also note, if you do take Synchron Extreme, you'd need to find a replacement for Stardust Warrior.


Level playing field... Superheavy Samurai Big Benkai is not a level playing field...

and neither is Chaos now that I think about it.
