Shiro sets down Spirit and growls clenching his fists tighly walking towards the woman who dares talk back to him.
Spirit huffs and steps in between them and slaps her brother across the face and gives him a cold deep stare. "Shut the Fuck up Brother, and call off the act. I'm safe now. Honestly you and your stupid rules! I'm not a little kid anymore!" She says still staying at him
Shiro sighs and the storms slowly disappeared as faster has it came. he stared at the ground gently rubbing his cheek where his sister slapped him. "Meanie"
Spirit growls then turns around to the lady who picked her up, "I'm Spirit and that's my older brother Shiro. Don't mind him he is normally like this when it comes to non-spirits and when it comes to me and my twin brother. I'm in charge of Windy Hills and Shiro is in charge of this section of the map. Please forgive him for his childish actions" She bows gracefully waiting for her to respond

A strong breeze blows, causing delicate cherry blossom petals to flow in the wind and gracefully falls to the ground landing on the earthly tone bricks that make up the road that many people will be walking on. The stores' doors are open and the shop tents are up, the scents of baked goods and freshly brewed coffee.
Jason woke up stiffly stretching before getting out of bed and grabbing his normal black tank top, jean short, and his pink and black striped gloves and stocking that loosely fit him. He then walked out and headed to the Yearly Cherry Blossom Festival.
He strolled down the streets looking at jewellery shop tent gently picking up a silver necklace. He gently but it back down and nodded to the shop keeper and making his way around stopping and talking to the shopkeepers, laughing and making jokes. They shared stories and helpful tips on different topics relating to what the shopkeeper was selling. He kept his hands in his pockets has he walked around before stopping in one of the coffee shops and sitting down in one of the booths by the window overlooking the festival streets.

Reason for admittance into Luna Sea Asylum: She killed someone because the "voice" told her to, she killed her family, and all of her friends before proceeding to burn down the whole town
Biography: Chara was taken in by Toriel and Asgore as a second child and was treated with respect equal to their biological son, Asriel. Chara and Asriel became best friends. One day, after becoming terminally ill, Chara expressed the desire to kill people, because she started to hear voices, which became louder over time. She didn't want to do it so she tried to kill herself by slitting her own throat, there is a scar where she tried to do it, but failed because her brother and mother stopped her before she could. But thats when she took the kitchen knife and stabbed her brother in the stomach and twisted it as she pulled out then stabbed into into her mother. She loved it, she enjoyed their face when they died, she enjoyed the sight of the blood pooling on the ground. When her father came home she took the knife out of her dead mother, with her hands covered in their blood and her green and yellow sweater splattered with their blood as well, she ran towards him, jumped up and stabbed him right in the skull. After that the rest of the murders were a blur, she just enjoyed it so much, to the point that when the police came she was laughing her head off at the fact that she killed them all

Mystery continues running trying to listen to them talking. His big pointed ears sticking straight up, and since he was so small he couldn't see that there were someone's legs right in front of him. Being has graceful has he is he runs head on into the person's leg. He hit their leg with a swack and bounces back. Mystery sits there in pain from hitting the person and unable to talk and explain because of how much it hurt. "Ow ow ow ow... That hurt... Ow ow... Who did I run into... Ow!" He says to himself growling slightly.

Spirit continues to poke around the cabins, she soon gets the courage to try to open the front door. She takes a deep breath and slowly begins to turn the door nob. At first, it didn't open so she just slumped down the door and leans back. The door creaks and Sprit jumped quickly changing into a rabbit and stands there in front of the door her fur standing up to making her look bigger even though she is already 30 inches big.
