I would like to ask that my population be made at 50,000,000. The reason being, I initially modeled by population on that of Japan in 1936. Looking at their population in 1907 it was 41,000,000 and Fusan's home islands are significantly larger than Japan's home islands.

This is up to @Isotope however, and if he would like Fusan's population between 20-30 million then that is also fine.
Just to make it known for the Salodonian player and the Polisirian player, the Mutual Defense Pact between Fusan and Polisirian is one of self-interest. Fusan likes neither socialists nor non-humans. It signed the defense pact while it bolsters and builds it's island defense network.
Trawan War of Aggression/Great War (1891-1900)

TRAWA versus FUSAN, NOVGOROD, SALODONIA, KINGDOM OF ODESH and TERVAN.

Fixed. Just rectifying the history.
so the Trawan War of Aggression/Great War (1891-1900)

TRAWA versus FUSAN, NOVGOROD, SALODONIA and TERVAN.

This sound acceptable? Unless anyone wanted to be on Trawa's expansionist side?
I think NPC nations are good, as it allows those nations to be invaded/attacked/alliance(d)/annexed without a player being removed from the game.
When are we allowed to go IC? I would probably wait until those islands are fulfilled, because of imperialist Fusanese interests. Heh heh.
Thanks for looking out for me @Isotope. Are we needing all the world filled by human players?
@Monkeypants

Excellent. So let's call it the Trawan War of Aggression (1898-1908)? You can work out the other details but Fusan would have dealt the Trawan Navy a hard blow and is the reason most of it was destroyed?
To be honest, if nobody is going to claim the mid sized island in the south between Polirisia and Fusan, can an NPC nation be added there? :D
@Aristo Since Salodonia is deficient for crops and arable farming, but plentiful in industrial goods, perhaps Fusan and Salodonia have a mutual trade agreement for these things? 65% of Fusan's industry is agricultural farming without a large industry because of it's lack of oil and heavy metals?

@MonkeyPants It seems Trawa last a war, and much of it's surface fleet? Perhaps Fusan was the victor in that war? Unless you had other ideas. A small war for expansion after the militant Sawajiro faction takes power in Fusan could be a good story point for Trawa's loss of it's great surface fleet, ala Russo-Japanese War?
