I'm not sure exactly what kind of character you want, but I had an idea for a technician-turned-middle-management type that botched a hostile takeover (his Shadowrunner failed and he got one sent after him) so he went on the run. Maybe it was the company he worked for who didn't like his failure. Maybe it was the one he sent the runner after.
He'd be hiding out, investigating, and looking for revenge while using his skills to play a rigger/decker.

@rocketrobie2@Keyblade87From studying Goku, I think he would have found out about him transforming at the Tournament and Roshi blowing up the moon to stop it. He might also have seen Gohan transform while Picollo was training him, so I'd say yes. They do know about it but never had to worry about it as most of them don't have tails and the environment has no real moon.
