Bio
Dakath lived on his own from the start. He never knew his family, considering they died in a fire a when he was only three years old. Dakath was the only one who survived out of his whole family. An old couple found Dakath on the ground screaming and crying. They took him in and raised him as his own. The only scary thing was, that his foster parents were elves, knowing little of the world of shifters expect from tall-tells.
Having no regrets about adopting him. Dakath grew up living within the abyss of his adopted parents' culture. The kids of the clan made his life difficult for being different. He did not understand why they feared and hated him. He endures the humiliation and beatings from the boys of the village until the age of sixteen. One night, Dakath ended up almost killing one of his bullies after a beating, the strange occurred; he shifted. After that day, the children of the clan left him alone and took the time to discover his new power.
On his way from his odd job to his isolated tent, there was an upheaval; a raiding had occurred and the thugs were terrorizing the citizens, including Dakath. Two relatively lanky albeit tall thugs had pinpointed him with blades, telling him to empty his pockets, but Dakath genuinely had nothing to give and so as one raised his blade to strike, a noble with beautiful robes blocked the blow, fighting off the two thugs with a ferocity of a tiger's revenge. Dumbfounded, Dakath could only stand there as the man slowly turned around, offering him a golden dagger. The noble's eyes were gray, dim- he was old. He told him, "Work for me."
Whatever had driven him, Dakath did not know, but he took the dagger without hesitation and accepted. The noble who had recruited him was a sixty-two-year-old elf named Myles, who trained him until the very day he died. Dakath continues to protect the only treasure Myles left behind; his daughter.
Personality:
Being silent and reserved to those he deem unknown, he is articulate in speech when needed to speak; he chooses his words carefully and with tact, though, if piqued, he can obtain a sharp-tongued. Perhaps being little ways overly circumspect (often due to a lack of trust or a fear of unfavorable outcomes), he prefers to keep his thoughts to himself. Though at times his sentimental issues drive him to make audacious decisions. However, he is willing to extend a hand of affiliation if he deems the individual trustworthy and relatively conscientious.
