Well, that's the first round of meditation done. Next, I believe, is the... I don't quite remember, but after that, I feel like I can take a guess.

That... that's an interesting way to put it. Perhaps a ritualistic approach would work better, but I'll start with what I remember.
*I sit on the ground and begins stretching my legs and core*
Stretching to prevent possible harm.
*Continues stretching in various ways, standing back up and continuing new methods before coming to rest in a seated position again*
I tried meditating in various ways. Since I don't know if they influenced things, I'll try them all again.
*Sits still for several minutes*
