Lost in her own thought, Alex is taken by surprise at the sound of her name being called. Dorian strides across the tavern floor. He was quite a sight to see. Clean, hygienic and meticulous in his appearance, he obviously made an effort to look flawless. Alex could tell that he had a secret, or at least something he didn't like to talk about. She could find out if she wanted, but she is not one to invade the privacy of an employer. Especially one she respects. Snapped out of her head by Dorian's voice, she quickly stands up.
"I'm sorry to ask but can you please go downstairs and make sure Clay doesn't get himself or someone else killed?"
"Oh it's no problem, I'll take care of it, boss." Dorian's fingers brush against her elbow as she starts to remove her jacket. She's happy to take care of Clay, especially after the last incident. Alex doesn't hold grudges, but karma is a bitch.
She moves with purpose towards the basement door. Upon reaching it, she can already hear Clay's booming voice taunting someone in the room.
Coming down off the last step into the basement, Alex looks down to find a torn shirt on the floor. She would know the smell of dog anywhere. 'Clay.'
She decides to stand, un-noticed in the back, waiting for the fight to get to be too much. Clay is a dangerous animal and someone should put him on a leash. @Dark Light

Alex is pretty much just waiting for interaction since theres not much else I can do since I've been out for a while. If someone wants to start something with her, go ahead. Don't be intimidated by the tattoos. She won't bite... hard. ;)

Alex is calm sitting by the door which means her mind is wandering through the thoughts of the patrons in the tavern. Listening in she notices a familiar warmth surge in her head from the back of the expansive room. Looking over towards the back she sees, sitting at a table, a man in a well-tailored suit and a woman she has never seen before getting acquainted with each other. 'She must be new,' she thinks to herself. As for the other, the only man Alex knew to dress that way was Dorian. Giving a slight nod in his direction, acknowledging him, she turns back to her spiked coffee and gives her attention to the bar and deciphering the mass of thoughts in the room.

I live in the US, and i will be getting intestinal surgery, nothing too heavy. :)
Something else for @Dark Light, Since we also have the nightclub downstairs (which we should incorporate sometime), does that mean I am the bouncer when that is active as well?

Oh man, it is good to be back in action. Someone should start a fight for the bouncer to handle(AKA-me).
I am going to be way more active since school is out for the summer and I will be moving from the East coast to the West coast in the next month or so. I will also be having surgeries pretty soon.
