The moth turns its head and looks past Viné as if he is part of the room.

"So, would you like to go back to the shop with your new friends," it says, lifting a hand toward the gap in the vines where Silas and Vicis are waiting, "or stay here and enjoy this garden together? I can bring the drinks and snacks here, if you like."

Caught in a Snare

"If it helps," says the moth, "this is not heaven. But it is not hell, either." It comes up alongside him and rests a hand on his shoulder, and turns him to show him what Viné had been using fear to keep him from seeing.

The garden is still there, alive past Viné's wilt. Light is coming down on it from somewhere overhead, full and bright and warm as sunlight is warm. Color stands deep on every petal and every leaf where the light reaches. Hyssop is in full purple bloom along one side, borage has put up blue stars all the way to the back, and the rest of it goes on past what Damien can take in at a glance, every bed of it heavy with flower.

"This is your garden, Damien," says the moth. "It is real, no matter what Viné says. And it's beautiful."

Kyo's Catharsis

Over at the sink, Aiko looks up from the soapy water with a small frown, clearly confused. "...Branched out?" she echoes. After a glance over at the other customers, she looks back at Kyo. "You want to sit at your spot? Or do you want to check out the new people? Maybe even say hi?"

@tadcfnafGotcha, guardian spirits that have one and sometimes element they can manipulate. Should I also leave playing the guardians up to you?

Well, in Jay's group they're trying to talk about a falling out with a group they were in and for Damien's group, Damien's trying escape, in essence, a very abusive relationship. Did you want to know about the specifics of either one of them?

Basic summary, as in what happened in Catharsis so far? If Kyo's not going to be interacting much with the other players, then you might not need it since each Catharsis is more or less a stand alone. But if Kyo is going to talk to the other PCs...

There are two active groups at the moment: Jay's group and Damien's group. Each player character has their own issues which lead them to this place. If you're interested in the details, I can do a longer summary.
