Hey @everyone

White Wolf Returns: A Homecoming for World of Darkness

For over three decades, White Wolf has stood at the bleeding edge of supernatural and horror storytelling. From Vampire: The Masquerade to Werewolf: The Apocalypse and Mage: The Ascension, our games helped shape generations of roleplayers, writers, and dreamers who sought meaning in the shadows.

Today, we are proud to announce that World of Darkness will once again be guided under the name that birthed it: White Wolf.

This isn’t just a name change. It’s a return to our rootsβ€”and a commitment to the future. A future where mature horror stories are told with care. Where community and collaboration are central. Where fans, creators, and licensees can find clarity, support, and inspiration under a banner they trust.

Simultaneously, we are announcing today that White Wolf will now be a publisher, as well as a licensor, of World of Darkness games. This means that we will continue to work with our network of licensing partners who bring you all the great video games, tabletop roleplaying games, card games, and more -- but we will also develop some new games internally, and publish them.

The first game that we will publish as White Wolf is Vampire: The Masquerade Bloodlines 2 as co-publisher with Paradox Interactive. We will announce additional games from White Wolf as the publisher later this year.

As White Wolf, we will:
β€’ Reinforce our legacy as pioneers of narrative-driven horror and emotional roleplay across all our products.
β€’ Provide clear leadership across all World of Darkness media and products.
β€’ Support creators with improved tools, transparency, and canon guidance.
β€’ Maintain rigorous standards for inclusivity, sensitivity, and collaboration in storytelling.

The night belongs to us all.
Welcome home, Vamily.

Alex didnt go thru the hall tho...
She saw the big rat through the open door and bailed out behind the big chick

Shit.

People were kinda tripping out about the whole thing, when the cop started talking maybe it started to make a lot more sense but at the time no one really understood what was going on. The old guys were freaking out, the thug didn't really trust anyone. It was good to have resolved in these times, but nothing could prepare Alex for what she was about to see. She walked closer to the door, about as far as the Detective had gone. Inquisitiveness is somewhat of a killer in the sense of curiosity being the downfall of most, but at least she wasen't curious enough to goto the hall.

Thats when she saw it, per say. The veil tear.

That monster sure looked fucking real, and dangerous. Alex looked at the huge fucking abomination and it took her a second to process that she was probably going to be mince meat. Her face returned to an unhealthy shade of white as she started to tremble, making her way towards the Detective she simply grabbed onto the coattails of the woman as she hid behind her - simply puzzled and scared out of her mind. She held tight onto the woman's back, despite the circumstances it seems that the policewoman became the symbol to really rally around in the time of peril.

It was over, game fucking over in a literal sense. They never lie when they say your life flashes before your eyes, a sense of despair washed over Alex. While the little hope of seeing Zack and surviving dwindled she more so focused on her own survival, was she ok? Was she injured, how real was this? While what she was seeing was simply fucking mind-blowing natural, basic instincts of survival started to kick in. Things were about to take off.

Insane.

The doctor seemed absouletly fucked no one really wants to believe what he was saying was true so a lot of people were just saying shit because they could say shit it was weird because you have all these people from all these different places and they're getting pulled apart now because of some kind of psychology that no one really understands. Alex kind of scratched her head and just looked around but then she started to realize that the doctor was actually right somewhat scared her the cop was the first one to start really talking out about it so just tell everyone how they need to get out and to stay calm.

That's when the sound from outside started to Echo it didn't sound like the doctor at all it seemed like something that wasn't really supposed to be there and that's what got Alex scared was the unknown. Once again it could be the police could be someone breaking in, it might as well be the doctor but it was stikl the unknow. There was a wave of anxiety that washed over her but it's soon subsided because she realized she was with a group of people from different walks of life a cop, a criminal and various older gentleman for some reason that calmed her and wasn't she wasn't quite sure why.

She got up and looked around the room and then kicked up at Salt line for a bit so not really knowing what to do but her full attention was dedicated to the police officer that was essentially in command of the group in that moment she looked up and faked the smile maybe things were going to be okay but a tingle of fear struck through her body - maybe things weren't going to be okay.
