Can I use Francesca Prelati as a master?

The idea of another Master somehow related to Albert or the Prelatis is interesting but I'm not quite sure how you'd make it work. Like vance said, playing the actual F. Prelati would invite all sorts of body-snatching weirdness, and Albert would probably just try to kill him/her on sight by siccing Berserker on them. That's one teammate down right off the bat. Another descendant wouldn't work either unless you're content with them not being the heir or them being from a branch family, because only the Edelfelts can have two heirs.
@TurboshitterAlso since no one seems to have a problem with your CS I'll accept it. You can cast a dozen, or so wraiths per day. This is mostly because his god damn servant is the energy sapper known as Beserker.

Sounds good.

Pffffft. That's right, I forgot he was technically a wraith. He's more of the exception than the rule though. By the way, what do you think of my precocious Franco-Italian ponce? xD
I'm basing everything I know about the apparitions and wraiths off of the Kara no Kyoukai movies, and they usually appeared in groups of a dozen or more. They're pretty harmless individually, but a bunch of fairy apparitions working together could destroy a church pew in the sixth movie. Can't remember if the wraiths ever did anything too threatening besides being creepy.

EDIT: Good shit, Phase. Don't you think it's a little unwise to make our enemies stronger though? xD
Have some tentacles a Master for Roland:

I wasn't really sure how to put a number to stuff like Mental Partition/Thought Acceleration or summoning wraiths and apparitions, so if the GM or anyone else has any suggestions, I'm all ears.
@Phase TransitWiki states that Gandr doesn't cost mana but it does cost one's physical health. It's a cast from health type magic.

I'm instituting limits based these quotes

The quotes say that they need to replenished. As such I put in rules regarding how many times a spell can be used. Emiya in Fate/Stay can only use up to ten or so of his infinite blade works replicate at the end of the anime which is how I'm gauging how much mana is supposed to cost.

To expand on this, most spells are cast using a small amount of Od (prana) from the magus to start the process and then the rest of the magical energy required is taken from the ambient mana in the surrounding environment, which is channeled through the magus' Magic Circuits (presumably this is why incantations are needed).

Gandr does cost prana then, and while I'm not sure how much, it's implied it isn't very costly (although the usual version isn't as powerful as Rin or Luvia's).

Misspelled gandr. Luvia can also fire hundreds of gandr without getting tired as well. Fluder can reverse the laws of causality without much cost to himself. It seems odd to limit spells to number based usages and whatnot but I guess it's easier to gm that way. Makes familiar type masters a lot stronger and better though imo

@Phase TransitRin is Rin.

Rin is the vessel of an ancient Mesopotamian goddess. Your argument is invalid xD
Depends on the strength of the spell. Most are per day some may be per week. Loki made a once only.

Okay, thanks. I'll have a rough draft sent to you soon, I hope.
Question. For Masters, does the "number of uses" for spells mean throughout the entire war or just per day/week? Doesn't matter much to my Master since they largely rely on Mystic Codes and familiars/summoned beings, but I felt it was worth asking.
