@Leonstar0: I'll answer what I can, but it'd be best to seek clarification from @Innue on a couple of these things:

Crystals act as catalysts - their have an inherent energy pool that individuals can use to bolster their own spellcasting to create new/more powerful effects. They are not common, and as stipulated in the intro, they are largely kept under wraps by the government. Public use would be almost unheard of due to the government controlling the crystals very closely.

That weapon would be fine. Imagine it like this: Humans have mana, but not enough to inherently cast a lot of the available spells. The crystals provide that mana, not the spells. Crystals do drain over time, as their pools are not infinite, but they recharge. Your character must be able to inherently cast in order to utilise a lot of this power.

The inscriptions serve as primers for specific spells. Mana will flow through the inscription and cause a given effect based on the inscription. (Side note: This is the process that Glyph is able to force onto a crystal.) So, no, the inscribed items are not inherently magical.

I am not sure on the state of Fey etc. That is a question best answered by Innue.

And demons are not inherently "evil", no. Most are simply mindless, and their instincts are malevolent. The more intelligent demons may not be evil, but as a general rule, a lot of them are. I believe there could be neutral demons, but specific examples are better answered by Innue.

【Personality】
Cold. Conrad Ortega, or ‘Six Shot’ as he is known, is a survivor in this world. He didn’t start out this way, but even the strongest will find themselves numbed by time and experience. Conrad’s slow transformation to a seemingly uncaring and indifferent individual was complete before his twenty fourth year in the cruel world, and fifth alone in the outer territory. He didn’t choose it, nor did he desire the change… but it was irresistible. Clients and partners dying alike eventually wore him to the point of avoiding the social side of business; the less you knew, the less you would weep later. This doesn’t mean that Conrad will walk away from people attempting to talk to him, or be closed, but it does mean that his responses are clipped and often flat.

A less obvious and buried trait of Conrad can be pulled up with proper circumstances, which is mercy. Compassion and mercy were defining traits before life wore him down, with a splash of heroism. Now mercy remains the survivor of the gauntlet he has been though. Though not normally shown through spoken word or mannerism, it is definitely visible in desperate situations. ‘Six Shot’ has been known to leave towns at the first sign of a horde, yet claims also have the man defending children and stranded travelers from time to time. On a more personal note, this is what would cause the quiet man to sigh and turn back towards a fight.

【History】
Conrad Ortega was born in a mining town, fairly close to the Capital. His father was a miner who worked hard to support his young family, and his mother worked as both a seamstress and a clothing washer. Conrad grew up in this environment, learning to live without a lot of the ‘modern’ luxuries found in the city. When he turned twelve however, his father sent him to another outpost to learn the art of inscribing magic and carving crystal at great cost. It was unfortunate then, that this lead to their families ruin.

A man possessing the name of “Laurent” took Conrad on as an apprentice and taught him the art of carving, using the boy to speed work on less important projects, so he could focus on his own master designs. The man originally had the younger boy working on simply shaping crystal for his use, allowing him to fulfill smaller requests with the scraps and tracing paper. It was over a year before Conrad was trusted working on the larger projects. By this time though, Conrad had already realized their mistake. This man was a reject and failure. His experiments were valid, but no one in the capital would accept any inscription licensing provided by this man. All of the money saved for Conrad’s education, and a chance at a greater life were gone.

Conrad waited until he was sixteen to end the apprenticeship and returned to work with his father. Together, with the salary of two men, he managed to build up a retirement for his father and mother, and when he turned nineteen they were finally able to move back to the Capital with acceptable comfort. At this point, Conrad joined with the other hunters to provide further income, and has been sending his extra earnings back home for years. Here he began to learn the truth of the frontier, outside the shelter of the closer outposts. The man returned home just once, when he was twenty two and his mother was sick. He hasn’t been back since.
His first experience as a hunter began with a partnership to a far more experienced man who routinely took on new hunters for a fee. Conrad followed in his footsteps for just a year before looking towards freelancing.

‘Six Shot’ was a term coined by others to describe the rather silent man who passes from town to town, though it described his weapons more than he himself. The reputation stuck however, though many do not link him to the name until seeing the famous firearm in action. Most won’t recognize him on sight, and the stories of the sharpshooter are often faked, except for his abilities.

【Weapons/Tools and Magic】
-.44 Revolver (Six Shot): An average .44 magnum revolver. Conrad possesses excellent accuracy, though this is lesser commented on… being both common and not so impressive.

-Modified .44 Revolver (Six Shot): This weapon is what gave him his name, and was custom made by Conrad himself. The firearm does not fire projectiles, or require conventional ammo to function. Instead, intricately carved crystals are mounted inside of the chambers, each possessing a specific spell. When cast, a spell targets the first solid point intersecting a straight line from the barrel. Conrad keeps each crystal charged whenever possible, as each crystal is carved to be one half of a whole. The second half is universal to each spell within the firearm, contained in the firing pin, and activates the spell within the positioned crystal upon contacting the back of the shell. (Each shell is screwed into place, after several irritating incidents of crystals falling out.) Unfortunately, each crystal takes a substantial amount of energy to charge, Conrad being known as ‘Six Shot’ as a result of only ever taking six shots with this firearm in a fight. Theoretically, another person could be used to charge the shots faster, but as a loner Conrad generally has to rely on his own energy, which allows him to recharge a single shot every hour.

-Metal Rod: Exactly what it sounds like. Conrad tried swordsmanship, and discovered that he was horrible with lining up a cut properly, and that swords had a bad habit of collecting nicks and dents in the blade. He chose to bypass this with a metal rod with a basic guard welded onto it and a tightly woven rope handle. It is enameled black at four feet long and has an extremely sharp point on the tip for stabbing.

While not the most elegant weapon, he favors it for being the most indestructible at his disposal. It has a tendency to harm other sharpened weapons swung against it, as well as the strength to withstand a demons attack. Conrad often wields it similarly to a longsword or short-spear, depending on the opponent.

Magic:

Conrad is experienced in intricate crystal carving and is capable of small handiwork, but lacks the forethought to work on larger projects. He usually uses this skill for maintenance on his own weaponry.
-Six Shot This handgun is a modified .44 magnum revolver. The alterations have left it impossible to load with actual bullets, but it is deadly all the same. Instead, each chamber holds a shell containing an intricately carved crystal that screws into place securely. Each crystal contains a different spell, though Conrad has marked the cylinder and knows what spell is ready with a brush of his hand or a glance. The spells are as follows:

1: Fireburst- Creates a ball of flame within a 2.5 foot radius of the center of the shot. The flames seem to ‘stick’ to objects caught in the blaze, and will burn for a minute before going out on their own if not checked.
2: Airburst- Creates an explosion in the air within a 2.5 foot radius of the center of the shot. The blast is powerful enough to throw most demons off their feet. (And explode the head of one if shot in the mouth. Not a pleasant experience.)
3: Iceburst- Causes material within a 2.5 foot radius of the center of the shot to freeze, dropping the temperature instantly to zero degrees Fahrenheit. Fragile materials or materials containing liquid may crack.
4: Lightburst- Temporarily paralyzes entities and electrifies conducting materials within a 2.5 foot radius of the shot. The effects appear to latch on to the target, and the spell travels with the object it is bound to. (This lasts a single round of IC posts.)
5: Stoneburst- Turns material that is inorganic or dead to stone within a 2.5 foot radius of the shot, on the condition that it is not alive, metallic, or magical in nature.
6: Gravityburst- Causes gravity to temporarily change direction to match the direction of the shot, within a 2.5 radius of the shot. The effects appear to latch on to the target, and the spell travels with the object it is bound to. (This lasts two rounds of IC posts.)

@GhostReaper: The whole "this is life or death" argument doesn't provide sufficient grounds for it to be accepted as is. Your fire will be persistent, but magic of equal or greater level and a great deal of effort will be able to extinguish the hellfire.

My rules for Demonic Communion still stand. You may be able to summon more powerful/intelligent demons in the future with the aid of a crystal.

Alex tends to come off as, cold, harsh and distant, though this is not the real him. It is simply because the nature of what he is and the fear that some one would discover who he is. He is always at war with him self and his darker self. Because of this he tends to stay away from settlements. Large groups of humans make the demon in him stir and hunger. Though for the most part he has control, though he would rather not risk it by wandering into a large settlements. Sticking to the smallest outpost where he goes mostly un-noticed. Despite this he is a compassionate man, and cares greatly for humanity as a hole. His mother raising him with a sense of duty and honor. He will protect people with his life, and people he comes to be attached to he will sacrifice him self at a moments notice, believing that a human soul is worth more then his half human one.

【History】

Little is known of The Drifter. He is a legend, a myth. Stories shrouded in mystery, always heard from a friend's friend's cousin. He strikes fear in the hearts of many, and hope in others. Stories are always changing, in one tale he is the demon that terrorizes a town. In others he is the hero who vanishes before the dust settles. No one knows the truth, many question his very existence, believing him simply a story to scare children. Be good, or the Drifter will come and take you. Alex himself pays little attention to such tales. Most of them are exaggerated by they are also based in small truth. They do however server a purpose. It keeps people away from him, which keeps them safe from him.

In reality Alex was raised by his mother in a small out post. He never knew his father, growing up he was told that he died to protect him and his mother from bandits before he was born. He never questioned it, and never had any reason to. Most of town believed this as well. In away it was true. His father did die protecting his mother, only the situations were skewed. His father was really a demon, a higher echelon of demon that was able to resist his base urges, for the most part he cared little about humans, dead or alive. He would kill if need be but for the most part he simply left people alone. That was until he met Alex's mother, she was kind to him and helped him. He grew fond of her and eventually fell in love with her. Though other Demons found out about him, and soon moved against him. He fought against them giving Maria time to run, though he gave up his life in the process.

With out his father he was raised by his mother who always taught him to be brave, and to stand by others. If you have the power to protect someone you should always choose too was something that was ingrained into him. Growing up he was always told tales of heroes and villains, clashes of good vs evil. He loved the stories his mother would tell him, and as he got older he tried to live by them. He was always stronger then everybody, faster then them. He even had an affinity for magic, troubling though was it was dark magic. Despite this he vowed to only use his abilities to help others. Though life would not always go the way he planned.

As a young man he was allowed to go with the others in a trade caravan with his mother, as he was old enough to be a guard. Such things were always un-safe, but they had a large amount of guards. Alex soon felt odd though,if felt like he was surrounded. He didn't know what this odd feeling was. His question was soon answered. Demons emerged from the earth, surrounding the caravan. It was an ambush. Alex fought along side the people of his town, but it was a losing fight. Soon enough it was simply a fight for survival. People were dying all around him. Alex could feel something inside of him stirring, he ignored it as he tried to find his mother. His only goal was to find her and get her to safty. But it was to late. He found her ripped in half. At that site Alex lost him self, and the demon inside came out. He killed with out mercy. Human, demon he didn't care. All were equal in his bloodlust. That was the first Tale of the Drifter.

Alex woke up hours later, covered in blood. He didn't know what to do. He ran into the wasteland. To the world Alex Martez was dead, a victim of the slaughter, and the Drifter was born. Ever since that day he has traveled the waste land. Though he can enter towns, his human half protecting him from the crystals, he chooses to stay away from them. The stories of the Drifter had started.

After that he worked on discovering what he was and learning to control the power inside of him. He believed that despite what he was he could use his power to help prevent anything like what happened to that trade caravan. Now he traverses the wasteland trying to atone for his sins, for what he is. Also to hunt down the demon that attacked the trade caravan. Trying to discover any information he could about the demon.

【Weapons/Tools and Magic】

Dual .45 revolver

-His go to weapons he uses a pair of .45 revolvers that he wares on his hips. The weapons themselves are normal, but he is able to feed them with his demonic energy for more powerful shots. Even able to guide them as he can control those bullets fueled with his demonic power. They however are still limited by being normal pistols. Meaning he only has six-shots before he has to reload.

Sword of the Damned

A gift from his father, before his father died he placed a bit of his own soul into his unborn child. This fragment formed a sentient weapon known as the "Sword of the Damned". It resides in side of him and he is able to call upon it at will. Though he prefers not to. The sword is living entity, and can harm any who wield it, if it chooses too.

Demonic Power: Being half demon he is naturally stronger and faster then normal humans. He can even use his demonic essence to power his human body, like his magic this causes him to start to change. It does make him much harder to kill though. He is able to sustain injuries that would kill a normal human many times over. Though he is still vulnerable to decapitation and also if his heart is removed or completely destroyed he will die.

Demonic Magic: He is able to preform demonic magic easier then most. All forms of Demonic magic come at a cost, however. Having to draw on the demon inside of him which pulls it closer to the surface and makes it harder to resist. His physical form is also altered when ever he preforms it exposing the demon inside of him. First to change is always his eyes and voice, the more powerful the spell the more it changes him.

-HellFire: He can summon Hellfire, a living form of flame it is nearly impossible to put out unless the caster wills it as it also burns much hotter then normal fire. This is however a power full spell and thus makes it obvious what he is as there is significant change to his form.

-Demonic communion: Being a demon him self he able summon lesser demons though the use of a summoning circle, This also traps the demon inside of the circle. Though once inside the summoning circle he is able to cause them pain and get information from them, even kill them. This however depends on the power of the demon. More powerful demons can refuse his summons and can resist any thing that could cause them harm if they choose to speak with him.

-Demonic fog: He is able to summon a fog around him self, shrouding everything in a thick haze that is nearly impossible to see though. Because it is formed of his Demonic essence he is able to sense everything inside of it. Even carry his voice through it as he can speak to people in particular or making a loud booming voice. While doing this only his eyes and voice are altered.

@Ghostreaper: I have a few concerns r.e. combat:

Hellfire: This will require the aid of a crystal in its current description. You can either reduce it to something like a "fireball" level or just wait until you have a crystal. (Innue may choose to do something different with this, so defer to his opinion over mine.)

Demonic Communion: You will require a physical summoning circle to be inscribed on the ground, such as with chalk. The demons you'll be able to summon are mindless killing machines, so the information you could extract from them would be precisely zero, though.

Demonic Fog: This will be initially limited to a twenty foot radius. This can be increased with the aid of a crystal.

Other than that, I'm largely okay with everything. I'll be watching how the demon half in your character develops to ensure that it remains true to the theme of a demon, but that should be nothing to worry about! Feel free to post the character in the Character tab once the above changes have been made. :)

Yodai Touho, before her coronation as Windspeaker, was a troubled woman. Nights of dreamless sleeps and sleepless dreams wore at her confidence, at her faith in herself, until her soul was exposed to the elements that govern the realms of body and mind. For most, an exposed soul leads to trepidation, and to doubt, and eventually to the great sleep - but not for Touho. Touho persisted, despite her exposed soul, and faith brought her back from the darkest place she had ever been in. It has been said, all too often, that once you reach rock bottom there is only one way to go - up. From the depths of despair did Touho rise, opening herself fully and truly to Fuujin, and she prospered.

Windspeaker Touho was never particularly determined or passionate in her youth - days would sail by, and she would sail by with them, idly waiting for something exciting or interesting to happen to her. She had daydreams of fantastical adventures, of a higher purpose, and occasionally of what life could have been like if she had taken a different path. For one who dwells in the dark recesses of the idle mind, the light can become hard to bear, and so did Touho retreat further into the depths of imagination. For the longest time she was stuck there, waiting for something to bring her unrealistic dreams to fruition, until before she realised it she was living her life inside a dream, only waking when she retreated deep into slumber and imagination.

Truth is a light that reveals everything - for better or for worse - and for one so used to the darkness the truth can be unwelcome. The truth offers no comfort, only the harsh gaze of reality, and Touho was used to nothing but comfort for most of her younger life. When shown the path, confronted with the great light, it seems like the best thing to do is retreat, and retreat Touho did until she was back in the comfort of the dark. Change rarely comes easily, but despite her initial apprehension Touho soon begun to see sense, to see the illusions that she had wrapped herself in for what they were, and turned to the light with her exposed soul. The light changed her, not because she saw some grand truth and was stricken by epiphany, but because her very soul was exposed to the universal truth - and at that moment she truly began to believe.

After that, Touho had a life of purpose. She was a Windspeaker, one committed thoroughly to Fuujin, and she used her newfound faith to give herself purpose. She is dedicated to her path, and she knows full well that she cannot retreat into the dark like she did as a child. This inner strength has shown itself multiple times, allowing her to make decisions that weaker beings would falter at, and allowing her to live full well with the consequences of her actions. Perhaps it could be said that she has little appreciation for life or anything she does not deem holy; that may well be true, but it gives her the strength to do what she feels she must, and her convictions are true enough to justify her actions - at least, they are to her and to Fuujin.

Touho is polite, well-spoken, and above all else kind. She may not have suffered the awful fates of some, but she knows that only chance spared her from such things and she shows the compassion and mercy towards the broken and less fortunate people that she feels they deserve. She looks after the lessermost people under her care, and through everything cares for them as much as she cares for herself. Certain values are expected of those who claim to be closest to any deity, and Touho delivers fully on these expectations. She is not kind for fear of damnation, or for any corrupt reason, she is kind because she sees herself a hundred thousand times over whenever she looks at anybody less fortunate than herself, and she would never wish the fate of the less fortunate on anybody because she knows how close she was to becoming one of those people.

There are few truly good souls in the world. Most are marred by imperfection and sin, and even those that claim to be truly golden hide behind a thin veneer of hubris. Perhaps Windspeaker Touho is one of these truly good souls - or perhaps she is not. She does not know, and for the most part, she does not care. Windspeaker Touho burdens herself only with her god and with her people - and for her people, there is no decision so hard that she cannot make it. Brutality and lack of emotion may enter into her heart, for a time, if a situation demands it - but above all else she cares for her people. Everything she does is for their wellbeing, and for the prosperity of her god. If this does not make her a truly good soul, then she is not a truly good soul - and at the end of the day, she cares little for titles.



【History】

"Until Fuujin found me, all I knew was hunger. I hungered not only for food, but for purpose, for a reason to go on. Now I have found that reason - or, more accurately - that reason has found me." - Windspeaker Touho

The woman known as Windspeaker Touho started out life as an orphan, her father dead before her birth and her mother dead giving birth to her. In Shimogakure, this was not necessarily an uncommon fate. There were two major paths for an orphan in Shimogakure - to go to an orphanage, where you would be beated, mistreated, and probably dead within five years... Or to go to the Temple of Fuujin, to be raised as an acolyte, and to be given purpose. Few were given the luxury of the Temple's life, but Windspeaker Touho was chosen - it was said that there was a presence about her that made the priestesses think of Fuujin, and in that respect she was worthy to join the temple.

Touho's early life - or what she remembers of it - was a mixture of chores, scriptures, and more chores. Life was not easy, but every day she ate well and she was kept warm, which was not a feat that all of the inhabitants of Shimogakure could boast. She felt content with her simple life. Days rolled by and as soon as Touho reached the correct age, she was trained in the arts of the Ninja, that she might serve her new god better. At this point, Touho was an arrogant teenager, and she thought she knew everything. She began to doubt that Fuujin even existed, lost faith in the scriptures she had been taught, and rebelled against the system that had spared her from death.

One night, after a particularly intense day of training, Touho found herself at the altar to Fuujin, questioning why she had been put on this path. She must have made some noise, for the revered priestess heard her, and she came over to comfort the young Touho. She explained that Fuujin's winds crossed many paths, and that while the current state of affairs may have seemed bleak, it was just a point on the journey leading Touho to her absolute destination. All she could think was that the revered priestess was full of herself.

Over the years, Touho's training increased and she became increasingly adept at Fuujin's arts, and she began to see more and more how right the revered priestess was. She dedicated herself to Fuujin's cause entirely, opting to join the military ranks of the priesthood, and continued down the path that she was set on. It was the least she could do for the people that saved her from an otherwise horrible life. Around when Touho was nineteen, the invasion of Shimogakure began in order to cut Kumogakure off from the path of the Bijuu's destruction. The temple of Fuujin was left intact, and none inside were harmed, but Touho could not stand idly by while the rest of her townspeople suffered. She sought to repel the invasion, to single-handedly fight off the forces of an entire village, but she was quickly overwhelmed and taken as hostage.

Following brief negotiations, Touho was released back to the temple and Kumogakure took over the land of Frost entirely, beginning the construction of their wall and the assimilation of the land into the Land of Lightning. Touho hated her oppressors with all of her heart, and begged Fuujin for the power to take back their land, but her prayers fell on deaf ears. She resolved not to lose faith, to see that Fuujin wanted her to prove herself through her own merits, not through divine intervention, and to overthrow the oppression that had dawned upon her.

In Kumogakure proper, Touho met Akaritori, a foreign swordswoman who spoke for justice, and the two conspired to plan murder most foul. Akaritori, despite being a nonbeliever, understood Touho's convictions and helped her understand that justice was justice, regardless of whether or not it was in the name of a deity or within the name of a person. All that mattered was that past wrongdoings were rectified - and for once, Touho agreed. Thus began the coup of Kumogakure that was.

Since then, Touho installed an even larger temple to Fuujin in Yamagakure, and proclaimed herself Windspeaker, leader of the Military arm of the temple, and joint Kage with her close ally Akaritori.

Description: By channelling a constant sphere of wind chakra around herself, Windspeaker Touho is able to levitate as if held aloft by currents of wind. She gains a sphere of influence around herself with which she can manipulate wind in myriad ways. The sphere extends six feet from Windspeaker Touho in any given direction. While within the Megumi no Fuujin, Windspeaker Touho is immune to all friendly Fuuton techniques. Windspeaker Touho’s control over the wind is so proficient that she is able to essentially fly.

In addition, instead of performing handsigns, Windspeaker Touho is able to invoke symbols of Fuujin with simple movements that are not necessarily restricted to movement of the hands/arms.

Description: Windspeaker Touho causes the boundaries of the Megumi no Fuujin to intensify greatly after a delay of a second, causing it to deflect physical objects or projectiles without sufficient mass and speed (Standard bullets, for example, would be easily knocked aside due to their low mass) that come near it. By weaving currents of chakra through the wind, the sphere can also become impermeable to unfriendly chakra, but doing so requires intense focus that prevents the use of other techniques and movement.

Description: Windspeaker Touho creates innumerable blades of wind almost invisible to the naked eye within the confines of the Megumi no Fuujin. The blades cannot leave the sphere, but are so sharp and numerous that almost anything that comes into sustained contact with them will suffer immense damage. The blades can be condensed into single, visible blades that can be launched outwards from the Megumi no Fuujin at a significant reduction in power. The blades are shaped like crescent arcs, and despite their relatively reduced firepower they move very quickly and are difficult to avoid. The blades form after a delay of one second, and dissipate after ten seconds.

Description: Windspeaker Touho condenses the Megumi no Fuujin, removing all access to its abilities except its levitation and flight, and coats herself in a thick veneer of wind. All physical projectiles without sufficient mass or velocity (Note: This effect is significantly stronger than that of the Megumi no Fuujin) that would come into contact with the armour are deflected, and Windspeaker Touho’s speed is vastly increased (she can move along the ground at a speed of between 50 to 70 feet per second). In addition, Windspeaker Touho’s taijutsu attacks become significantly more deadly, using the force of the wind surrounding her to lacerate the areas she hits subcutaneously. If she would hit an open wound, she is instead able to cause major damage to internal organs in the surrounding area.

Description: Windspeaker Touho creates an incredible gust of wind (100 feet in length and twenty feet in diameter) in a single direction, buffeting anything it hits and sending them flying backwards if they do not have sufficient mass or are not sufficiently anchored. The gust persists for ten seconds, gradually decreasing in potency as it does so. If an object moves with the gust, its speed is dramatically increased. If an object moves against the gust, it is afflicted with a great deal of air resistance that slows it vastly. While Windspeaker Touho is within the Megumi no Fuujin, she is unaffected by the technique unless she chooses to be.

Windspeaker Touho increases the intensity of the winds created by Ran’un, causing them to become strong enough to cause light cuts through leather armour and cut deeply into exposed flesh. The winds become strong enough that moving against their currents is nigh impossible without a significant amount of physical force, and the winds are so intense at the edges of the technique that physical objects may not enter or leave unless they have sufficient mass or velocity.

Windspeaker Touho can only make two orbs per five minutes. The explosion created by the orbs can reach a maximum of a fifty foot radius. The orbs gain in power as they travel, starting as an explosion of ten feet and increasing to twenty five as they travel to an upper limit of fifty feet away. The explosion reaches its maximum range after a delay of a second.

Description: Windspeaker Touho prepares a vast amount of Hyouton and Fuuton chakra, and unleashes an immense hailstorm in a three hundred foot radius around herself. The storm is so vicious and so cold that enemies with insufficient insulation will succumb to frostbite and hypothermia rapidly. The winds are not particularly strong, but if this technique and Kamikaze no Fuujin: Hayate are used simultaneously, the result is a storm so powerful that it threatens destruction on the scale of the Bijuu. The storm will last for three minutes before dissipating. If Kamikaze no Fuujin: Hayate is used, it will add three minutes to the duration of the storm.

That version of Touho is, indeed, unedited. There will be several changes as I stated when I posted the bio. She is currently in a state not befitting this power level because she is directly imported from the Naruto universe.

I categorically refuse to be sorry, however, for using the style of character that I am familiar with and going against the norm. I am not a fan of using bullets or modern technology - and this is a tournament. We do not enter this to lose.

Still, I appreciate the concerns regarding some of her abilities and will be addressing several issues that inevitably occur from a direct import into an unfamiliar universe. Be patient, young ones.
