Typically the man was not that kind to the Exceed and ran him off. Mayt noted how rude Nolan was being, but Ariel froze for a moment when asked to go to the ball. She blushed briefly but the Phoenix magic was more in control, still she smiled and nodded. "I would love to Nolan. I'm not sure if I have anything appropriate to wear for a ball though" She gave it a thought but seemed to set it aside.
Before doing anything else she turned her attention to Mayt again. There probably wasn't much she could do for the broken arm, she had an inclination but wasn't entirely familiar with what Phoenix Magic could do. Maybe she should try and pick up healing magic from somewhere, that would be helpful. Digressing she tried not to smooth things over. "Sorry for that. We're kind of new to the whole relationship thing so not too familiar with the etiquette just yet."
