Current Now that I have given up video games I should have a lot more time to RP now. I'm sure that I'm not the first person to have declared this but hopefully I won't be the last.

To all those who are awaiting a post from me I'm sorry. I have no excuses. I expect the very best from myself and frankly that kind of pressure brings about some major procrastination.

I very well may be the worst fps player the world has ever known.

Has anyone heard of this Smitty Werbenjagermanjensen guy? They say he's number one.

Alright, no more screwing around. I have to get started on my various projects. I can't let another week go by with nothing done. Lady France awaits and I'm not getting any younger.

I guess this is where I explain myself.

All I can say is that my existence is an endless void occasionally interrupted by passing flashes of light.
Interlaced with a little randomness here and there to, ya know, keep things interesting.

@Obscene Symphony Nope, not petty. Happens all the time. Some people are very talented at ruining things for everyone-- don't blame yourself.

I think I may very well have this talent of which you speak. Talent is a funny way to describe it though. Curse would've been the word I'd have used. Perhaps I should go on a holy pilgrimage of some kind to purge myself of this unholy affliction. I just need a warrior, a black Mage, a thief, and a white Mage to join my party.

I don't like Final Fantasy. I bought 14 to try it, the MMO one. And it turned me off of the entire franchise. It looks pretencous and wayy up its own ass, while also having a horrid story that takes 30+ hours to start. I wouldn't be against trying another one if a fan told me that 14 was easily the worst of the worst for that franchise, but the people playing that game said otherwise so...

Such a shame too, considering they went the Runescape route and let you do everything on one character.

I guess it's something you have to have grown up with to be a fan of. I'm skeptical of he mmos myself. I see the series as an introduction to JRPGs.

@TwelveOf8Hey that's fine. I labeled it as always open so anyone could drop a CS in and do an interview whenever they had the time.

Cool.

Good choices! Vivi's character and story is really lovely in particular. I think 9 has remained my favourite of the series for so long because it feels really quite fantastical. After slogging through FF8, which wasn't so bad really, it was nice to go back to something more "traditional" in terms of fantasy. Plus, airships. Plus, Quina. Plus, the soundtrack. Oh god, I need to go and play it again now.

I feel the exact same way about Final Fantasy IX. It was sad how Freyas home town of Burmecia got destroyed but Vivis story was especially tragic. How he never had a home. How he didn't know what he was nor where he belonged. That scene where all those black mages fell out of the sky. Damn that game is amazing.

Now I feel like playing it again! But I'm having too much fun being a bro with my boys in Final Fantasy XV. Maybe later in the year, but spare time is a precious and rare commodity.
Sorry but I won't be able to be a permanent member of your show @DepressedSoviet. Just a guest every now and then. The Quest for Flavour takes up all my time on here so I can only dabble in anything on the side.
Hey there. I'm sure you'll fit in just fine around here, especially if you're into post-apocalyptic steampunk fantasy RPs. I'm quite the opposite when it comes to my posting speed on my main RP, in which I make frequent and massive posts. On any side RPs I'm quite slow myself.

Anyways, good luck and have fun.
Hope this RP takes off. It's an interesting idea.
OMG I love Final Fantasy IX. It's one of my favourites along with VI and XV. You're avatar is Quina Quen, one of the Qu. @Hylozoist My favourite characters are Vivi & Freya.
The carbon spoon flew at his head with the the accuracy of a shuriken thrown by a master ninja. Fiddlesticks was able to meet this challenge, for he had the reflexes of a ninja master himself. He caught the spoon with relative ease. A relic from his childhood years, when the kids at school threw stuff at him constantly and consistently. When Fiddlesticks learned how to catch even the fastest and hardest thrown projectiles, he inspired respect as well as intimidation. That experience formed the philosophy Fiddelsticks held regarding challenges in life. Like most people though, he wasn't always able to live up to his own ideals.

"Hey, I wasn't trying to date the cleaner bot!" Fiddlesticks shouted. "It wanted me to, uhh" Fiddlesticks started to blush. "It's a secret!" he shouted again.

Fiddlesticks changed the subject in an attempt to steer the conversation away from the embarrassing topic. "Oh, uh, Toony. I knew that!" Fiddlesticks said awkwardly. "It doesn't matter to me if you're a girl or not. It's just that, I don't know." Fiddlesticks stated. He now felt beyond awkward.

In times of awkwardness and uncertainty, Fiddlesticks turned to food. He proceeded to use the carbon spoon to take the first delicious scoop of ice cream.
