Main base on an abandoned planet. She doesn't have to show there though; there is a plethora of entrances since people (at least those who can) enter/leave various dimensions all the time.

It was a very complicated ordeal, but I believe his death was necessary. But yeah, I would kill (not really) for us all to have more fights like that.

It was a mutual struggle. No one sidedness. The baddie was threatening, but not overbearing. Confident, not cocky. Good, but not unbeatable. It went back and forth. The fatigue and the damage on both sides was plain to see. The combat itself was intense, colorful, and well paced. I could go on. It was just a sum of all the parts, really.
