mostly Arc-V's plot, really. Since they weren't a card type until Yuya suddenly made them with magical MC powers, we can just stay away from that.
Xyz aren't really broken as a card type, but certain Xyz are certainly broken to hell. Though, after looking through them, most of the OP Xyz are numbers. I guess Cxyz will also be banned, since those were specific to the Barians.

@1Charak2im glad people are welcome to the starter deck idea i had to the gm. but im not the GM but hey the GM seems alright with it. makes me wonder... @VarionusNW would structure decks also count as starters?

Actually, starter decks are generally much worse, and much less numerous than structure decks. Any structure deck/starter deck is allowed, as long as any number cards, signer dragon related stuff (such as stardust warrior in Synchron Extreme) is replaced with any card of the same rank/level that is on relatively the same power level (You aren't turning a Utopia into a Castel). As well, any reference to the show/Specific characters in the deck's name should be changed to something generic (This is just for any point at which you might refer to the structure deck in character)

I will allow for custom structure decks, as long as the theme you want has not been used before. Custom cards will also be allowed in these. Just make sure to include a few good cards, some meh cards, and some utterly shit ones, because that's the way Konami has always done it.

@Ammokkxwouldnt mind those turbo duels myself. but where would a duel academy fit a turbo duel setup

The Duel Tower is a Duel Academy in the middle of a desert, therefore there is only 1 option. Dune buggy turbo duels. Actually, let's just call them Duel Buggies.

Oh yea, Pendulums will be banned in their entirety. Fuck those.

is it a requirement or a bonus for fitting your character with the deck? anime tended to do that (like the dog and cat decks having a cat lover and a dog lover)

My best guess is that Taaj works for Amazon. It's not really a tribe, but close enough.

This, but minus the sword. Tomas stands around 6ft tall, and is not very muscular, at least in comparison to the other men in the town. He makes sure to always keep a jar of ink, a quill pen, and some parchment on his person.

Profession -- Town record keeper (He basically writes down and keeps track of town meetings and general happenings)/ Scribe

Home -- A decently sized wood-built home, built on the edge of the village.

Family -- Tomas' only living relative is his brother, who also lives in the town, though they don't like each other very much.

Focus -- "I highly respect Morgia, besides, someone needs to write this down."
