Bio

I got into Roleplaying, er more specifically Post by Post Roleplaying around, I think it was four years ago? It feels much longer than that. My good friend whose now far too busy in college introduced me. He wanted by make a Mass Effect RP for his younger brother, or Cousin, something along those line. The games series was far to mature for someone of his age but he felt he could make a family friendly RP. And while that never panned out, I was hooked. Fast forward to the present day and I'm an avid RP and casual writer. I mainly prefer Fallout RPs, and am working on my own which will take place in the fictional Lore of Alaska. But it's far from ready. Between my laziness and my workload of various RPs and Videogames I am often rather busy. Yet I always find myself exceptionally bored. So I like contemplating Philosophical Conundrums.

So since no one has objected to my edits to Eva's sheet. I'll be posting the new version on the CS section, since I've not gotten around to posting her CS there. Also I'll be pasting all the characters who can see ghosts into a Other section in my CS so I don't have to keep asking you guys.
So got a question for all of you. Which of your characters can see ghosts? Since Arthur is a ghost I want to have a general idea of who can see him. Also @Dedonus I'll be sending you a PM later on today probably six or so hours from now. I want to run some ideas by you and kinda okay general plans, since you're the Co-GM and only other RPer in New York, unless I missed anyone else.
@DedonusMore or less if Sampson had oversized hair to the point of it being larger than himself, and was a douchebag. Oh and unlike Sampson he doesn't actually lose his powers, they just grow back in a couple weeks.
You guys should have discouraged me, I'm totally making Haircules now. I don't know when Eva will encounter him, but in the meantime he's a free B-Level Villain. By B-Level I mean practically everyone knows his weakness is a good haircut unless they grew up under a rock and never heard of him. Which means although he good take Icon in a fight with strength and near invulnerability, he has a pathetic weakness that is cutting or burning his hair. Then he becomes normal. For a hair reference (note he would look much like Hercules if he had a bad fake tan from Jersey, and was a total jerkbag) http://static.comicvine.com/uploads/original/2/26320/500262-kevinmichaelrichardson_thebatman_thejoker.jpg

The general idea for him, is that Haircules is from New Jersey, who gained his super powers from an experimental and accidentally irradiated jar of hair gel that mutated his physiology giving him super strength equivalent to the size of his hair. If his hair is bigger than the reference pic, then he could fight Icon one on one. So if anyone wants a pathetically weak bad guy to kick around feel free to use Haircules until he faces Eva at some point.
I'm half tempted to create a Sub Villain whose strength is equal to the size of his hair. Playing on the oversized hair trope. If I did. I'd call him Haircules, not to be confused with Hercules.
Chapter 25

11:59 AM - Tonsina River Lodge

“WE CAN’T KEEP THEM AT RANGE!! THEY’RE MOVING IN FOR THE KILL!!” Claire yelled out as the Lythropes rushed to close the distance between the Rangers losing a number of them to gunfire. They screamed “For the honor of Fenris!!!” each abandoning self preservation to overwhelm the Rangers on the grassy field just outside the Lodge.

In droves they circled both Claire and Jonathan, warriors with bare feet in the waist high grass, Claire cradled his revolver in between his hands looking left and right for an escape route. While Jonathan unclasped the snaps of his knife sheath drawing it into his left hand flipping it into a saber grip. He also drew his hand axe from his back that was dangling in a belt loop. The Lythorpes whooped and hollered as they dashed without care or concern for their well being one swung his right arm which had a blade mounted to some gauntlet high towards Claire's’ left shoulder; Claire stepped back to his left trying to avoid the blow. But the Lythrope wouldn’t let up so easily, he swung and slashed relentlessly forcing Claire to take the defensive by dodging.

Jonathan had his own troubles to worry about though he knew he needed to protect Claire who was being driven back towards the edge of the circle the Lythropes formed. Jonathan’s massive frame and overpowering presence that was his Psyker ability drew the already crazed Lythropes closer all seeking to prove themselves unto their deity. They charged and Jonathan hacked downwards from a right angle into the stomach of a charging warrior; his hand axe dragging the innards out with a pull.

As Claire is pushed back towards the ever growing numbers of Lythrope warriors he sidesteps forward hoping to break his retreat. He glances back to see the warrior that was slashing at him sliding forward as he stops his charge to shift his attack. Here is where Claire has his chance. Cocking the trigger of his revolver he fires his first shot into the warrior’s left leg; his revolver slightly jumping as the smoke clears. Claire takes aim again noting the blood and apparent agony the warrior is suffering. The warrior clenches his leg and begins his charge anew with seething anger; teeth bared. But as other warriors wanted glory and bloodshed they became less patient to keep their formation - more and more broke from the circle and the battleground became a clustered mess under the afternoon sun; sun flashing in the eyes of everyone trying to spill blood on the battlefield in the open lot just outside the lodge.

Warriors driven into a blind zealous rage to prove their worth to their god, the Warriors now only twelve strong had abandoned all form of tactics swinging their weapons wildly. Although the battlefield was chaotic both Rangers kept to their training and personal experience, Claire tried to slip out of the battle to distance himself from the Warriors, he was a crack shot at range and though his skills with a revolver were impressive it was far too difficult for him to aim when his enemies were pressed up against his chest.

Jonathan reveled in battle, the perils of being so close to death, the dripping of sweat mixed with blood. He let out a chuckle as he drove his axe deep into the chest of a Warrior from his left clavicle down to his ribs, Jonathan yanked back his axe hard as he could to free it from the flesh it had bit into and turned his attention to another.

Claire meanwhile had gained some breathing room, not as much as he’d like but enough so to make his shots count as he cocked back the hammer and fired off a round towards a Warrior’s right eye as it struck just below and tore through his check. Each Warrior that fell allow Claire to gain more distance until he reached medium sniping range. He knew that it wasn’t long before more charged him and that he needed to pick those circling Jonathan off so he could bring out his big guns. Claire reached for his Dragunov and squeezed the trigger firing off two shots one only a few seconds after the others as Claire adjusted his aim. The first ripped through a warriors jaw the other smacked into another's skull, Jonathan glanced over and proceeded to strike another down as Claire attracted the remaining Warriors his way. As but one remained to deal with Jonathan he dispatched it quickly trusting his knife into his throat and took this chance to switch over to his Shoulder Mounted Machine Gun, as the Warriors now realized they just found themselves caught between a sniper and a machine gunner with no easy way to reach either of them; Jonathan mowed them down as Claire picked off any stragglers.

As Jonathan stood letting his gun wind down, Claire walked over through the pile of corpses. “Wild bunch, good thing they have no love of tactics or self preservation otherwise we could have been overwhelmed.”

“We should check the Lodge, see if there’s anyone else inside, maybe a survivor or two they snatched up along with the girl.” Jonathan said whilst he and Claire moseyed on over tried from the battle. They had spent a lot of energy dodging near random attacks, a little scratched and some small wounds here and there but just fine otherwise.

Following a thirty minute search, they turned up more sacrifices nearly eaten to the bone. “Nothing that could be done about it now, no children from the Lythropes, these must be primarily warriors serving under a priest.” Jonathan said as he tossed a sack of strange meat into a fire to burn. “We better get a move on then, we’re nearing Gellenalen.”
Eva Walsh

Eva walked into the main street where the Boys in Blue lead the would be bank robbers away in cuffs all overseen by a large military mech painted to match the color scheme of police cars, with flashing lights atop their shoulders. Eva strode past the scene trying not to attract any attention, but she had the sneaking suspicion that she was being watched and not by Arthur.

A man wearing a long overcoat simply sat in his car; a hotdog on his dash. As he noted Eva’s movements onto a small pocket notepad. But Eva did not know this as she looked over her shoulder to see nothing but the gathering crowd of onlookers snapping selfies with their smartphones. A cold wind blew through the streets picking up scattered papers, one article about Mayor Sampson floated to Eva's feet; he was a suave looking, well heeled dressed man with the brains to appoint a special Police Task force for subduing Supers. The Mechs were his ideas as well as Public Security Section 1, a SWAT force highly specialized and diverse in their experience. Though rumors circulated there was another secret security section with more advanced weapons and tactics; no one has confirmed this however.

Eva took a moment to pick the paper up and glance at it’s contents. Sampson wanted to increase the budget of the New York Police force following the Riots of Lost Haven and the earlier Demon Invasion. He argued it was because Haven’s police force was lacking and that if such an event occurred in New York; he would be prepared for it. “His smile always gives me the creeps.” As she tossed the paper aside.

Continuing to walk down the street Eva came to a bus stop and proceed to read the route times. “Let’s see. Two O Five.. It’s just after One Forty, got some time to wait.” The bus stop bench looked rather beat up, some slabs of cardboard lay soaked on the cement just underneath. The wait was rather annoying a man who looked like a drug addict pestered her for smokes until a passing Police car drove him off. But the Bus came a few seconds late as an older male driver opened up the doors.

Meanwhile as Eva rode towards a Public Library. The three Heroes descended into the Sewers, and through a hidden passage they rode an elevator into a secret cafe, only to be greeted by the loud angry owner. “Where the Hell have you useless louts been!?” She tossed a apron towards Stick-It-Note Kid. “And you these dishes aren’t going to wash themselves. I saw your bungled attempt at heroism, in my day I’d have riveted you all into the pavement for your pathetic behavior. Luckily I just got done baking some fresh pies, pull up a chair already!”

American Rocket grumpily took a stool.”Good to see you too, Rosie.”

Stick-It-Note Kid tied his apron and passed Rosie on the way to the back. “Sorry Mrs. Riveter.”
I'm here for one day, and already we're about to have some kind of Olympian orgy...and you didn't even invite me!

Also, what's with all of you talking to your characters? That's pretty fuckin' weird. Don't you agree, Charlotte and T?

"Totally."

"Absolutely."

I blame Ded. He started it.
<Snipped quote by Dedonus>

Well, depends on your definition of virgin. I recall another player who played Athena actually going into depth what she believed it was meaning in greek myth and it never meant she didn't know her way around a man. :p Though it was preguildfall so I've long forgotten it. XD

<Snipped quote by VATROU>

You just want some Divine ass to tap, don't you?

Well it is quite Divine indeed. Gonna have to put the moves on Athena.

Eva "By 'moves' you mean failing miserably to impress a Goddess with your awkward social skills?"

NO! I'll have you know I have great social skills; thank you very much. I just don't like using them, because I don't like people is all.
<Snipped quote by Fallenreaper>

But...Athena is a virgin goddess...

Is she now?? High time someone fixed that, who better than -

Eva "I thought you were typing up my next post, not boasting about your special skills."

Right, well I guess that's my queue better buckle down.
