Personally, to me, street level in my mind is closer to human scopes as you're usually dealing with anything from common criminals to small meta humans. Think of Batman, Spiderman, some of the Xmen like Jubilee, Gambit, Colossus, Beast, Wolverine (older versions) and lower level mutants that weren't able to influence wide ranges. Those like Storm, Xavier, Magneto, and many others I think are a bit beyond street level due to how easily they can take a whole army of thugs. Reason Wolverine was included in the lower level is he could still get beaten to a pulp.

Also, 4 tons? *whistles*

I actually don't think many thugs could beat Wolverine. Sure they could, but Wolverine has a crazy healing factor. He could out last anything they throw at them. Neither should Colossus be included. Batman is kinda iffy there. You see him tackle major threats quite often and most street level thugs wouldn't be able to stop him, though he does get captured often by his major foes.

Technically even with a healing factor depending upon which technology the shrink ray uses say like Pym Particles Arachne could use it to reduce her bust. Since it only changes the distance between atoms and not the atoms itself. Although there is a downside, her new bust might be where her collarbone is since there's no way to ensure her breasts will reduce in size properly. They might become oddly deformed or worse misaligned to her body. Try finding a bra in your size that cups your new bust at that height.

I appreciate it, took a long time to build my own lore. Also the same artist who created my character art is creating Eva's appearance as we speak, so you have an idea of the art style already.

So idea time. What if, Fictional Super Heroes like the Hulk or X-Men had TV ads? Or merchandise sponsored by them? Imagine a personal defense weapon that was named the Hulk Buster (Power Fist, hydraulic powered punching weapon) Or a Knife series named the Wolverine? Or what if Comic Arks became full fledged movies?? I think anything like that could make cool cameos.

I think we should rename this to the Create A Hero OOC RP thread. Since we seem to do a lot of out of character role playing. Anyways got back the first rough sketches of Eva, still a WIP but she's looking good so far.
