As she once more ran closer to slash at the beat her arms holding the sword in a false guard pointed towards the ground behind her ready to block or parry; the Speedster returned thunderously as snow and debris from turned over garbage cans blew by in her wake. Eva watched her smash into the beast and as it staggered in pain while the Speedster unleashed multiple attacks and evaded with ease any and all attempts by the creature to retaliate it had decided to go after easier prey.

For a second there was silence until that is the beast recoiled white goo dripping all over the ground while it oozed out from the wound its tentacles contracted as they wriggled on the street it’s mandibles fell into the snow blasting the powder into the air. Quickly the goo dripping from the open wounds solidified and new tentacles formed as the creature started to regenerate.
