Stop being passive aggressive. Just be aggressive.

It is certainly not 'optimal', but it *is* doable, depending on what you want to do with it. You could go swords or valor bard and play them more like a warrior with some magical ability

As he and Cypher walked down the street, Apex was acutely aware of the sheer silence and tranquility of the city around them. In a different situation, this city would appear peaceful, beautiful, a stark change from the gray, and white of the streets and snow, with neon splashes from signs. As it was now however, the peace was unnerving, the silence threatened to choke him. Despite his armored stature, Apex was one of their more stealth oriented avatars, sneakily advancing to high vantage points to provide his team with cover, but with this almost extreme silence, Apex could clearly hear the echo of his footfalls as they slowly trudged through the town.

Cypher seemed to share his uneasiness, and the two pressed onwards. Apex wasn't sure if the others were still with them- he hoped that they were, but in this situation where nothing seemed to be making sense, there was no assurance that the others were even in this city with them. Who knew, maybe this city was one in a giant network of cities in a huge digital world- maybe Apex and Cypher were lucky enough to get dropped in the same city, but the others were trapped by themselves in other giant utopian cities of gold. Apex wasn't even sure if the others were alive, but he knew that he and Cypher were in a bad situation, and the best place to hole up until they found out what the hell was going on was this tower ahead of them.

As they arrived at the base of the tower, they realized the building was a lot larger than Apex had originally thought. The door was open too. Cypher placed herself against the side of the door frame and gave Apex a look- she was waiting for a command. Pressing himself on the other side of the doorway opposite to Cypher, he placed a finger to the area where his lips would be. Closing his eyes, Apex stilled his breath forced his other senses to respond to him. It wasn't difficult with the seemingly natural silence of the city around them. There was someone, or some people inside the tower. His trained ears heard the faint series of changing pitches that implied voices were above them, and he could hear the clatter of footsteps on the floor and the tapping of objects. There was another voice- louder this time, still impossible to make out the words or recognize the voice, but loud enough for him to hear.

He opened his eyes and shot a look at Cypher, and stuck two fingers up and twisted his wrist. Two people, maybe. Apex looked down his rifle and changed his scope to the lowest magnification setting, to make it more usable in this shorter engagement range. As his rifle's scope changed in magnification, it also changed in shape until it appeared as a military grade red dot sight- a 2x optic for short-medium range engagements. He looked back at Cypher and nodded, and then gestured inwards towards the building with his head. It was go time.

Leveling his rifle, Apex turned into the room, rifle at the ready, prepared to shoot anything that he viewed as hostile or a threat to his well being. Upon turning into the room, Apex immediately registered three figures. He tensed as he prepared to fire, but stopped as he realized it was none other than Crystal, Atomik, and Havoc.

He held his hand out to Cypher.

"Stand down. Friendlies."
Almost done fellas- I just gotta decide whether or not what I'm planning to do is a good idea/feasible.
I called tomorrow off! So posts should be happening for this RP, and the other RP I GM. Someone remind me like tomorrow if I haven't got anything up. :o
Merp. Well... I think I'm going to have to pull out of this one gents. This full time job is really kicking my butt, and I barely have enough time to handle the RP's that I GM. Sorry fellas. :l
Yeah, I started picking up RP's because I thought I'd be free during the summer. Turns out I found myself a full time job as a server and bartender at a restaurant. Most of my days consists of waking up at 11, going to the gym, eating, mentally preparing myself for all the bullshit I'll have to go to, and then work from 5 till midnight, end up leaving the restaurant around 12:30, getting drinks at the nearby bar, then going home to do it all again. Some days I work morning shift and night shift. That is no fun. Also my weekends aren't weekends anymore. They're mondays and tuesdays.

On the flip side, I called off saturday because things. I'll definitely have something up by then. Someone be sure to remind me in like 12-18 hours.

So things are happening very, very slowly right now.

Luckily for me, I think most, if not all of the people here are still on board/loitering around for this RP- amazingly enough. I got pretty lucky with this bunch. Anyway, @DMZ which parts would you be interested in handling?
Alrighty! I have a general idea of what's good on and what needs to happen for things to happen happeningly!

All units, standby. I have work and it sucks.
Rawr. I can't wait to go back to school. School hours are better than work hours by far.
Yeah... To be honest I forgot...

._. I'll try to get something up after work
Womp. If yall want to hit me up, now's the time, Mondays and Tuesdays are my days off so lets get to writing!
"Lets get it going!" McKnight replied in a casually confident manner as the other two started up their Wappas. Sand billowed beneath them as the combination of the three vehicles fans in close proximity to the ground caused a miniature dustcloud to form in their immediate area, other soldiers shielding their faces and waving their arms to prevent even more sand from getting into the every nook and crease of their uniform and bodies.

The Wappas were incredibly fast, agile little vehicles, and the moving air buffeting McKnight's helmeted head made it feel even faster as the three of them raced ahead of the convoy, almost racing eachother as they rocketted out from the convoy's formation, small clouds of dust following their wake like a sonic boom.

Following Latyn's suit, McKnight banked to the right and decreased his speed slightly, so he formed up onto Milo's right flank, the three officers forming a loose "V" as their vehicles skimmed the top of the sand dunes. Wheels and mobile suit legs always had a degree of difficulty when it came to operating in the loose sands of the desert. While treads were more capable of traversing the dunes and sand than wheels and legs, the true kings of mobility would always be flight. The ability to grant such small vehicles the power of flight made the mobile Wappas incredibly useful to the Zeon forces as scouts, as well as rapid response and attack units.
