My neighbor keeps bugging me with her political ideals

Preferred roleplaying setting?

I have been part of a group for four years now, going on five, and I've pretty much stuck with that group. It's not out of being a dick or anything, it's just what I am used to. When (or if, at this rate) that group falls apart, I dunno. I might keep roleplaying, or I might put all that energy into attempting to publish stuff.

That all being said, my favorite type of RP is the kind that takes place in fantasy worlds that are not extremely magic-laden. I only like advanced RP's because I want to be able to practice writing skills (casual doesn't really help in that if you are used to advanced). Though I mostly have done NRP's, I am comfortable with any RP that allows you a hefty amount of breathing room when it comes to character count and how much you can make up on your own.

Anyone here mastered the snoop dogg drop it like it's hot dance move thing?

I haven't mastered standing up yet. Dancing will have to wait.

I don't do the midnight showings or any of that shit because I am just not that organized. People have to be off of work, the weather has to be nice, I have to be awake... so the stars will align before I see it. Still, it's fucking Star Wars, so I'm sure I'll get to it in the first week or two, assuming Christmas doesn't derail things.

Looks like it could be good. I'm still not convinced. But I'm not pessimistic either.

I think that most people who are flipping their lids over it were already excited before seeing it.

It didn't change my neutral opinion.

Like, to me, I don't give a fuck. Even if it ends up being a so-so movie, still an excuse to eat popcorn and drink too much soda so that I have to plan a tactical piss. And if it ends up being great... well, that'll be sweet.

But I have faith they'll pull something decent off. We had Mad Max this year. Good things can happen.
