Perhaps once should take into consideration that in the interest check where we planned the role play it was stated that they were going to make up the warrior code as we went along - with some minor/major deviations from the original series. Not to mention it took generations for the cats to learn what it was that they should and should not do. As for choosing which cats to save, that, my friend, is exactly why Starclan picks the medicine cats and no one else.

And I did say I was going to take to Otter right? It's not your place to point out and critisize something that has not yet been decided by the Game Master :)

Personality Smokepaw is shy for a Tom his age, and insecure about his big feet and extra toes - no matter how much his mother says they're fine. He is, on the other hand, always up to the challenge and determined to do everything he does to the best of his abilities. He isn't the type to impulsively jump into a fight either, so instead he waits and plans while others do that talking.

History Smokepaw was born the only kit of his litter, with six toes on each of his feet and strangely large paws. He was always tripping over his own feet when he was small, his legs too short for him to moves his feet from his own way. There weren't many other cats around, since for a long time it was just him and his mother, but when there were they would laugh at him because of his paws. His mother, on the other hand, always encouraged him to use them to his advantage. Now as a young apprentice she's learning to use the extra balance to his advantage, just like she always said.

History Leopardkit was born in the center of the harsh winter that drove many cats to starvation and the clans into formation. Surprisingly, her and her littermates survived the cold thanks to an empty fox den and two other cats though Leopardkit herself never met any of those cats. By the time sh was old enough to begin hunting she was a nature, easily learning the sights and smells of her new prey. She's dangerously close to becoming an apprentice now.

Temperance is of a lean build, standing no taller than five foot and three inches, she weights a surprising amount for a girl so small. With her dense bone structure and elegant muscle mass, she clocks in at an amazing two hundred and thirty pounds. Her skin in no less pale than that of anyone who spends most of their time in the dark, but it once looks closely they can see that she has a dark hue to her skin. From the sides of her cheeks down most of her body, his skin is dicoloured with darker spots and stripes that resemble that of a Clouded Leopard. A pair of medium sized feline ears settle in place of her regular human ears, covered in fur that matches the patterns on her skin. Her eyes are a bright violet that reflects light in the dark, with the slit pupils of the feline. From the knees down though, her legs change. Her skin is covered in thick fur, leading down to feet that largely resemble those of the leopard.

Correct me if I'm wrong but- isn't it against the warrior code for a medicine cat to have a mate?

EDIT- I just realized the clans are recently formed. It'd be interesting to see if the code effects the relationship.

I was just making sure you were aware. I made my own cat with white fur and odd coloured eyes, and she's deaf in one ear. So I thought it would make sense to ascertain you had the knowledge.

She was always close to her littermates, and the three of them eventually wandered off on their own, though they came back to where they knew their parents would be when she was going to kit for the first time. She began having her dreams in the hard winter when her family group was having a hard time surviving. That was when she knew she needed to gather more cats together.

It could be. In a lot of species the offspring are born with blue eyes but it's not often the case with cats with lots of white fur. It's an attached gene, but I won't criticize if that's the case. I've had plenty of experience with cats lol

Granitepaw could be Amberleaf's younger brother, but they probably wouldn't be littermates if he's much younger, and I'm trying to figure out how siblings from different litters would happen to be together in a time of loose bands of loners and rogues. That said, I would be open to it.

It's a book in the children section of the library XD I would love to point out there there were two other instances of white cats with blue eyes in the series and both were deaf. I don't want to appear cross or mean, but realism was stated in the opening thread. So I figured I should point it out to make sure you were aware.

Personality – Sharpthorn is a young yet imposing cat who usually maintains a stern, serious, and distanced personality. He comments only when necessary and is a strict follower of his idea of the warrior code. He is loyal to the position of leader not the cat holding it (Even if he greatly respects the current one) and will do anything in his power to defend and make his clan the most respected without breaking rules.

History – Sharpthorn had always been a survivor and loner, however that all changed when the terrible winter came. Forced to band together with some of the other cats in the valley the group barely managed to survive. Being one of the two left after the chaos (the other being an expecting former kittypet named Venus) the pair joined Oakstar as Sharpthorn respected the cat’s leadership skills and truly believed in the future he envisioned while Venus just wanted a safe place for her kit. Sadly Venus died giving birth shortly after they had joined Oakstar.

You are aware that white cats are highly likely to be deaf, and that risk is even higher for those with white fur and blue eyes? Almost every registered case of cats with white fur and blue eyes are deaf.
