"Sir this is in direct opposite of what our intelligence says, according to our source the Russians are starving and their Goverment is ignoring the problem and building military bases instead!"
"Ach! Even worse!"
"Sir if the Russian people are starving then their is a reduced likely ness of a Russian threat"
"Are you blind boy? The Russians will only use this as further evidence of sabotaging their cheese!" Mr Y sat at his desk, dismissed his ministers and began to eat a fresh bowl of nuts while starting a blueprint of diplomatic embargo against Russia.

Shalun, awfully confused about everything, decided that it would probably be safest if he went back to his home, so he gathered as much food as he could find in the field, where he worked, and set off to his home. Shalun lived in derelict old warehouse, which was ignored by passing strangers or seemed abandoned to more observant ones for it was in constant need of repair which Shalun never had enough money to do. As he reached closer to his home he noticed that the strange looking cat that was opposite his home was gone. His mind then abruptly said "Be ready" and to Shaluns annoyance said no more.

The Romanian Preisdent Mr Y had recently been attacked by the Russain goverment in false accusations of sabotaging cheese and therefore starving much of the Russian population, in a attempt to smooth over the crisis the Romanian goverment decided it would be best to give a speech to the world.

"Good people of the world I greet you. It has come to my attention that the Russian goverment is accusing us of their... Rather pathetic... Cheese shortage. I can assure you good people that we had nothing to do with the cheese crisis. I would advise the Russian goverment to get their facts straight before such accusations."

Karhide ras dem fall had just finished hosting a meeting concerning a new tax and was now lounging about the palace harassing servants and abusing (you can decide what that means) the maids. Eventually he decided to retire to his quarters when his Minister of Internal Politics addressed him.

"Well We have gathered enough evidence suggest that your cousin Radeth ras de Sull will attempt a trade embargo resulting in significant losses in your personal bank!"
"Kill him" Karhide said lazily

Brief: Settled by nomads of the eastern steppes roughly four thousand years ago Karhide has risen from a small kingdom only encompassing a portion of territory in The east to becoming a merchant empire controlling all of the eastern coast (and much of the centre of Selibas until it's neighbour ------ and ------ claimed much of the centre for themselves, luckily with the help of ---- Karhide was able to make up for it loss.
