I've been thinking of how to make my Superman like character. I could go for a very religious meta that is very hard on criminals and believes that metahumans are guardian angels and those that do evil are like demons.

Spectrum hadn't really seen metahuman with a spectral form before and it took him a bit off guard, but he still focused on the threat at hand. Camille's words didn't make too much sense to him, but when she declared that the Reformist were finished, Sprectrum felt anger at her words. Charles made sure to keep a lookout for any attacks on the others as they got away, he noticed the dog Jake looking at him and guessed that he wanted to know if it was okay to leave him behind. Charles made a motion with his hand telling the dog to go with the others while he stayed to try and detain the metahuman.
His eyes then caught the murder of the Reformists leader on a TV screen and he felt shock enter his body. Charles faltered for a moment and then felt new zeal enter his body, he would not let his leader die for nothing. He glared directly at Camille and prepared for an attack.
"If you're not going to surrender then I will be forced to take you down" he said to her as his hands began to glow with purple energy. He waited for a response, if she tried anything then he would shot a beam of electricity at her and attempt to stun her.

Spectrum was just doing his own thing when someone attacked the airfield behind their Reformist Council headquarters and he went into action. He took off towards the airfield and soon spotted the group below. He recognized Ann and Adriane, but the third woman was someone he didn't know or had seen before. This made him guess that she was the one behind the attack and he dropped down from the air and landed not far away from the trio.
"I'm going to have to ask you stand down and surrender immediately or I will have to forcefully detain you" he said to Camille with a firm voice. From the look of it he would probably have to get physical and normally he preferred to not have it go that far, but under these circumstances he would fight with all he had if it was necessary.
