Secretly Super

While Walt was on the flying saucer, he hadn't been on the look out for more trouble and almost a few seconds later a powerful blast of energy came from the ground below him and it hit the side of his construct. The powerful force caused his cartoon UFO to break and Walt plummeted towards the ground at a fast pace. Walt quickly created a huge cartoon cushion on the ground and he landed on the very soft construct. Where he landed was not too far from the place where Kyo was and Walt quickly made the construct disappear. He looked around for the cause of his sudden fall and saw a big hulking guy with glowing arms.

"You've stopped your last bank robbery cartoon boy!" the man growled and Walt simply smiled.

"Oh you're a big one, looks like it's time for more fun and entertainment buddy" he said with a goofy grin as a laughing cartoon devil appeared beside him. It looked like his heroics had drawn attention, and the man growled and began to charge up another blast of energy.

Weird if you can make it flow with the general plot of the roleplay I don't see no qualms, but know you run the risk of getting caught and losing your characters hand. If turned spy though it would prove to be interesting.

How about he comes from a family of noble master thieves and assassins that do a lot of Lords' dirty work? It could work.

Walt was in costume and in midst of stopping a bank robbery by taking down a gang of armed thieves. He smiled at the armed men and spoke like a whacky kid.

"Woe woe, this isn't the type of program that parents would like to let their little kids watch fellas. Let's make this whole scene more kid-friendly and a little wackier" and with those words he created several cartoon hammers which proceeded to whack the criminals on the head in cartoon fashion, and he also crafted a shield for protection against their gunfire, he had to pour more energy into that construct to make it hard enough, but it worked.

"See? Much better!" he shouted from behind the shield and then made the hammers disappear. Walt made the cartoon character Popeye appear and the classic cartoon character made his iconic pipe whistle.

"Let's show these sea rats what they get for stealing!" the cartoon sailor said and then proceeded to pummel them at a very fast cartoony pace causing cartoon smoke to cover the area where the robbers were getting an ass kicking from Popeye the sailor man. In only a matter of seconds the scumbags were on the ground groaning from getting beat up and Popeye stood over them triumphantly when Walt made the cartoon disappear along with the shield.

"It would have been less painful if you hadn't tried to be the antagonist of this little crime and now you'll be taking a long vacation to the lovely hotel known as jail" he said to the moaning criminals and began to leave.

"Whelp that's all folks!" he said to the innocent bystanders and then created a cartoon flying saucer and hoped onto the top and made it take off into the air. Another crime taken care of and another heroic done, Walt liked his job.

Cartoon Constructs: This ability allows him to create solid cartoon objects and beings which he can use in many different ways. These constructs can have the physical qualities and abilities of whacky cartoon characters, and they also have personalities like cartoon characters and can speak.

Despite their versatility his constructs do have a limited time for how long they can be maintained and will start to deteriorate, or will shatter if too much force is put against them. Also the bigger his constructs are, the more energy he uses up to make them and keep them strong. The strength of his constructs are determined by how positive his emotional state is, if he is too negative then his powers will weaken.

Bio: Walter Chuck Jones never really saw himself as special, but that never got him down. He was always willing to try and look on the bright side of things. He loved watching cartoons throughout all of his childhood, and tried to use the feeling he got from watching the shows to make others feel happy. But things weren't always that good for Walt, he was bullied at school on a few occasions and was many times thought of as the joke of the school, but he still didn't let it get him down.

Little did he know in his blood he carried a mutated gene that had laid dormant for generations, but now it was active inside of him and one day when he had just turned fourteen, he discovered his great powers. His new found powers were the ability to create cartoon constructs and have them do whacky things. He saw this as his chance to become a hero and do some good for the people, and so he named himself Toon Master.

He is now seeking to fight against the villains who threaten the innocent, and when Walt gets into fighting crime, wackiness is sure to follow. he still attends school, but he has a trouble keeping up with school and hopes that he doesn't fail all of his test because of his hero work.

Yep he creates cartoons depending on his imagination, sometimes it's actual cartoon characters other times it's ones he made up.

I edited his cs and it now gives an origin for his powers.
