Ki manipulation: he can manipulate Ki and that allows him to fly and create his elemental attacks.
Wind Fist: he creates a large fist of air that is hardened by his Ki and slams his enemies.
Hurricane Hammer: Gin creates a big hammer made out of solid air and whacks his opponent with it.
Twister: He creates a tornados of various sizes and power depending on how much Ki he puts into it. They hit with massive amounts of force and can crush enemies if they aren't strong enough
Wind Barrier: Gin generates a shield of hard air that can used to block attacks, it can drain a lot of his energy if used to recklessly.
Slicing Wind: This technique allows him to surround his hands razor sharp currents of air and give his physical attacks cutting power

origin (optional): Gin was an oddity of nature as he was born with great Ki potential, some called him a mutant others called him the next step of human evolution. Either way his power level grew far quicker than the average human and with training he could get his power to rise. He also discovered his affinity for the element of air and began to develop his Ki techniques. His parents knew that their son was different than other people, but they were accepting of his abilities and encouraged him to control his powers.
He eventually found new purpose in life when he stopped an evil gang of bandits and saw that he could use his abilities for the greater good. Gin took the name Wind Chaser and started his career of fighting for the helpless and to satisfy his love of testing his abilities.
