I welcome new ideas and races! But, here is something I said earlier about power levels. So, if you could lower things a little bit, I would appreciate it. I'm excited to learn more about Gin! I really want to see what he looks like, but the picture won't work on my desktop for some reason. ;_;

Alignment: Lawful Good on his best day, Lawful Neutral when he is not in the best of moods.

Race: Mystic Dog

If you could have one wish granted by the eternal dragon, Shenron, what would it be?: To bring his father back to life

Abilities: His race is born with the innate ability to communicate with other races as well as the potential to manipulate Ki. They also age slower than average dogs.

Step of The Wind: Gin moves at insane speeds and appears to be a blur as he attacks his enemies from multiple directions.

Ki manipulation: He can utilize his Ki in order to sense other energy signatures as well as fly and do energy attacks.

Silver Beam: Gin fires a silver colored beam of energy from his mouth and it explodes upon impact.

Twister Slam: He rotates his body in the air at such a fast speed that he appears like a living twister and slams into his foes with great force.

Telekinesis: By manipulating his Ki Gin can use telekinetic abilities.

Hyper Bark: Gin builds up energy in his throat and unleashing a semi-telekinetic bark that creates a powerful wave of force and tries to flatten his enemies.

@Weird Tales your character is ridiculously powerful.
1. If you could fly it would be slow and awkward.
2. A wind construct would have very little strength and you could only summon one.
3. Wind manipulation would be the ability to make a breeze.

If that's what you meant by your abilities section then maybe, but you also missed the history and personality sections. I'm not a GM but those were what I noticed. Mine was even a bit to overpowered for the start of this, so I worked with @Scio and now I think he's ok. I haven't posted the changes though, I was just going to wait for the main thread.

I hate it when D&D groups I'm a part of pick up an easily offended special snowflake and they either bitch about the DM's capabilities or they complain about other players being offensive.

There is nothing that kills fun more than a special snowflake.

Wind Magic: Killiko can basically manipulate the winds to allow him to fly at a top speed of 90 mph and he able to create gusts of wind that can knock over small objects such as balls, glasses, and non secured items.
