Sel found himself in a very annoying situation and a stupid hero had come in to ruin his fun. He was encased in what looked like wrapping and he looked like a person dressing up as a mummy for Halloween. He needed to get out of this and he had the solution. He focused his mind and salt began to appear on his skin and with a glare Sel had blades stick out of his body like the spikes on a porcupine. If his attempt worked then the wraps would be torn to pieces and he would be free.

For extra measure Sel would also have one of the blades extend out to try and stab the hero through the chest since he was closer now. Sel didn't like people getting in the way of his fun and he would make this annoying hero feel real pain before he went down. Sel hoped that the hero wouldn't go down too easy so they could have a fight on even ground.

thank you! was waiting for someone to say that, from now on...pls don't control NPCs that much if possible. robots earlier were fine and were mainly for me to see how peeps react/do combat...im sorry to be a stickler but saying you easily kill all these guys in seconds...then yeah

Sel was glad at the craziness his salt based antics had caused, but his eyes caught sight of police officers headed in his direction and they appeared to be wearing goggles. This annoyed Sel a bit, they were ruining the fun. No matter he could deal with them and he smiled as they took aim at him. He quickly raised a thick wall of rock hard salt that deflected the projectiles headed his way and then he made a quick motion with his left hand and blades of salt formed in the air around the officers who had braved through the clouds of salt to attack him.

Once they were formed, Sel made them shoot into the four officers either stabbing them through the head or neck. They dropped to the floor dead in front of him and he grinned.

"That's what happens when you try to put an end to my fun" he said with a chuckle and then snapped his fingers and cloud of salt dissipated making it clearer to see now. Sel then cracked his knuckles loudly and went on the offensive. He didn't care if they were gang members or cops, he was going to give both a bad day. He formed dozens of spikes made of salt in his hands and in one quick motion he shot all of them in the direction of the gangsters and police. These spikes were thing and about the length of kitchen knives, which could be deadly. He didn't really care where the struck as long as many of them hit a target.

The Legion of Superheroes RETURN

Isaak was glad to be a part of this new legion of superheroes and unfortunately he wasn't able to make it in time to go see some action with the others who had gone to fight off a threat, but he was curtain that next time would be better. He decided to have some breakfast before he did anything else and cooked himself up some waffles. He then bathed them in maple syrup before digging in. Waffles and pancakes were two of his favorite meals in the morning and when he didn't have time to make either he preferred to eat a donuts instead. This meal was great and he washed it all down with a glass of orange juice.

He was just finishing his breakfast when heard the announcement over the com to come to the training room. Even though it wasn't their leader, Isaak wanted to do something than just wait around for the others to get back from their mission. He quickly hurried over to the area and he bounced a bit letting his powers propel him forward some more. Once he entered the training room he saw Horus and Dai. Isaak still needed to get to know them more since it felt like yesterday that they had all been introduced to each other.

"So is anyone up for some agility training? I'm quite good at that" he said and his body started to glow a bright blue. His powers allowed him to bounce off surfaces with incredible ease and increase his momentum to incredible levels. He always wanted to find new and more creative ways to utilize his powers.

Sel walked towards the place where he was told that there would be a meeting of bad guys like himself and he found himself getting ever more excited about this experience. He loved meeting new people, new people meant more fresh folks to prank and that was his favorite thing in life. He already found himself shaking his saltshaker in preparation for his jokes and antics. He wasn't too far away from the entrance to the meeting area when he heard the sounds of a conflict and that made him smile. More people to prank and make chaos with! This was too much a good luck incident to pass up on and Sel ran towards the source of the noise.

When he got there he saw a gang of thugs having a firefight with the police and Sel saw a golden opportunity to cause some craziness. He held out his hand and salt began to form in it. The substance was in a sand-like form and swirled around in a weird pattern. He then had it form into several sharp and thing tendrils and had them attack the two warring groups. The tendrils moved quickly and struck would powerful force. This would confuse them and after that Sel created a large wave of salt to strike his foes to the ground and create more consfusion.

"All of you look pretty salty to me" he said with an obnoxious grin as his attack was hitting the surprised group. Even though he was effective at both long and close range, Sel chose to stick to being at long range since these people were armed with guns. Sel then made a twirled motion with his right hand and the salt around the group of combatants began to swirl around like a small tornado which was ever more confusing to these poor men who were unable to find out who the source of this new bit mayhem was.

"Now a little bit dusty salt to make it harder to see!" he said with a grin and the salt then became more of a dust like substance and obscured the view of the scene. His mind went a little wild with thoughts of what was going on in that cloud of salt.

Personality: Sel is quite the joker and has a habit of playing pranks and tricks on others. He loves to make people salty and is incredibly obnoxious. He finds it hilarious to replace the sugar with salt and ruin people's coffee. It is very hard to get on his nerves, but he doesn't like people stealing his style of jokes and pranks. In terms of villainy he doesn't go for committing mass murder, but his obnoxious behavior and pranks have led to people dying, but it doesn't affect him that much. Sel does enjoy a good robbery from time to time when he is not out playing pranks.

Background: Sel was born to parents who were not fun or cool. They were boring and mundane, which Sel found maddening. He would play pranks to try and get a rise out of them, but they would just scold him and continue on living their borin lives. For Sel this was almost unbearable and he felt no connection to them whatsoever, which was why he wanted out of his family as soon as he could do it.

Not being content with his family life, Sel played pranks at school and other people, which resulted in him getting suspended from school and running in with the law a few times. One day he decided to try and pull off a thievery job and rob a jewelry store, but things bad pretty quick. He would have been caught by the authorities had his Quirk not manifested. He used the salt he created with his powers to slam them with tendrils of the mineral and was able to make an escape.

With his new powers, Sel finally could go out and take his pranks to the next level. He ran away from home and started his villainous career. He took the fitting name Salt Mine and goes around causing mayhem with his pranks.

Motive for Villainy: He loves making things salty both literally and emotionally.

Quirk: Emitter - Salt Manipulation
Salt Mine can create and manipulate salt for various purposes. He can create walls of dense salt for defense[think of Gaara from Naruto] and attack his enemies with tendrils of the substance. He can increase its density to make it hard as rock and can form constructs with it. Finally he can increase the sodium levels in water to make it toxic for lifeforms to be in, however this does require a good amount of existing sodium to be in the body of water.

Weakness: intense heat can crystallize his salt into a glass like substance and make it easily breakable. Water will dissolve the salt and powerful charges of electricity will vaporize it depending on the amount being hit by it.

hmmm...salty Gaara...definitely more versatile than the red mist but not as powerful. seems legit to me XD
