I'm waiting until you're done before I give my two cents to both what Apokalipse said and your response to them as well as your CS as a whole.
Dragon Masters

Thousands of years ago, dragons were the dominating animal on the planet, managing to avoid the sight of the humans or humanoid creatures for many years. Everything was in balance and everything was peaceful, with the dragons in control. However, after a few thousands years of peace, two explorers found the intimidating, peaceful creatures, and ran. War fell upon the land, fear and strife breaking out between the formerly peaceful and hidden creatures and the already war torn humans. The dragons were slaughtered, and the world fell to ruin as those who protected the dragons formerly fought back against the others.

The leader of the dragon slayers, called the Mystics, was a young man by the name of Deegra Bloodthorn. The leader of the former dragon protectors, the Dragonia as they called themselves, was the former king of the human world. Deegra was the king's cousin and he found fear in the dragons where the king found wonder and amazement. Deegra sought to destroy all the eggs and the dragons themselves. In fear that he would succeed, the king sent out his most powerful mages to find the remaining dragon eggs. When they came back with the final remaining ten dragon eggs, he sent them out again to search for those, Dragonia or Mystic, who have the strength, courage, and personality to protect these dragon eggs and the dragons hidden on the inside. There would be something special about each of these future Dragon Masters.

The world, still in strife, is split in two. The only hope to preserve the dragons is to take these future Dragon Masters away into the mountains and train them to use their dragons, and their gifts, to end the war without violence. Though it may be harder than it seems...

Alright, it has been awhile since I have GM'd anything, so go easy on me. This is a Dragon Academy roleplay basically. We will go throughout the lives of these future Dragon Masters as they raise their dragons and head into battle to hopefully calm the masses. We will be roleplaying as the future Dragon Masters, nothing else. Below are some specific details for the species that live in this world and specifics for the dragons. These are suggestions. Let me repeat... These. Are. SUGGESTIONS. You do not have to follow these exactly, but they are just for your reference.

Species

Dragonia

 • Humans- Basically normal humans. Unless they are a chosen Dragon Master, they seem not to have any special abilities. Their average life span is between 60-80 years. Main Hair Color: Brunette; Main Eye Color: Amber
 • Elves- Think more Lord of the Rings elves. This species is immortal in aging, but they can be killed by a weapon of any kind. They do not have any magic of any kind, unless they are a Dragon Master. They are extremely skilled with weaponry and battle strategies. They are more violent than the rest of the species. Main Hair Color: White-Blonde; Main Eye Color: Green
 • Vampires- Not sparkling Edward Cullen. This species is dead immortal and can only be killed by sunlight. Nothing else can kill them. They are one of the only species that actually have powers without being a Dragon Master. They are extremely fast and can jump long distances. Main Hair Color: Black; Main Eye Color: Black
 • Ghosts- I know this seems strange, but hear me out. Ghosts are one of the more powerful creatures in the world. They are immortal, considering they are already dead. They have the ability to fly through any object, turn invisible, or even turn themselves solid, but only for a few moments. They cannot conjure any magic. They tend to only appear during the nighttime, as that is the only time they are released, though a Dragon Master ghost will be able to be out all the time. Main Hair Color: White; Main Eye Color: White

Mystics

 • Humans- Look Above. Main Hair Color: Dirty Blonde; Main Eye Color: Dark Blue
 • Fey/Fairies- The most powerful magical creature in the world, minus dragons themselves. These can conjure spells, which must be spoken out loud. They mainly focus on good magic rather than black magic, but there is the rare black fairy that uses only black magic. Fairies encompass pixies, nixies, mermaids, and any fairy type creature you can really think of. Main Hair Color: Rainbow; Main Eye Color: Silvery Blue
 • Fallen Angels- These are angels fallen from the heavens. They are stripped of their powers and they have black wings. Their only ability is to be able to fly on their own. They are normally very pale and very beautiful. Main Hair Color: Black/Dark Brunette; Main Eye Color: Deep Violet
 • Theriomorphs- i.e. Shapeshifters. These are one of the trickster species. They can take on any form, whether it is animal or human. No one really knows what they looked like for sure, so there is no main eye color or hair color.

Dragons

Dragon Color corresponds to Powers most of the time... The egg will be approximately the same color of the dragon.

Ice Blue: Ice Powers
Deep Red: Fire Powers
Light Brown: Earth Powers
Dark Blue: Water Powers
White Curving Stripes Anywhere: Wind Powers
Green: Nature Powers
Animal Hide Colors:Power similar to that Animals
Black: Unknown Powers
Rules

1. Please Listen to Me.
2. Respect Me and I'll Respect You.
3. If You Want to Offer Up a Power or Species, Tell Me First Before You Just Slap It On.
4. If You Have An Issue, Either PM to Me Or Put It In The OOC. Keep It Out of The IC.
5. Usual RPing Rules, no God-Modding and Such...
6. If Your Character is Too Powerful, I Will Tell You. Don't Bitch About It.
7. Please Post at Least Two Paragraphs. And I Mean Good Paragraphs. Not Two Paragraphs of Three Lines. Gimme Some Content!

I want to see how many people are interested before I put up the character sheet. You guys can comment down below what you generally want to make, like species and dragon and such. I'm looking for approximately ten people, but if we get more, I can modify this slightly. One more thing, you can create princes/princesses or relationships to the Royal Family. If they are related to the king with the Dragonia, they will have a title of Prince or Princess. If they are related to Deegra, then they will have a title of Lord or Lady. Each other will be Mister or Madam. I am only allowing two Royalty for each side, and I am claiming one of them.

Who's interested? If you have any questions, just ask.

THE ACTUAL RP

The Final Dragon Masters RP!
@Apokalipse
Sorry, I completely forgot that Elspeth was finished.
Alright, so will you define in the biography what made her personality change so abruptly? Because it seems like a few things could have. In your personality, you stated that there was a life even when she was seven that made it change. Was it when she left Sabira or when her mother died or when she met the assassin? I would like that to be a little more... prominent I guess is the word.

When you say counterfeit... do you mean like papers? Or just right out stating that she's someone she's not? That's in the skills portion... Besides that, everything looks alright.
@MonkeyBusiness
Okay, couple things
1) I would really like it if you could be a little more descriptive with the personality. Can you explain if they're all bad or there is some good in them? If you plan on having them evolve into a good guy, then I would suggest adding a little bit of good in there.
2) On the powers, will you make it to where something else remains the same besides the clothes? Like they can only transform into someone similar to their age or a specific species or something? It seems a little bit powerful to be the only thing unchanged is their clothes.
3) The Mages didn't send out letters, they met their people in person. That's a little tidbit in the biography that is a necessary to change.
4) This goes for both you and @Bishop, since they have something down as well, when I mean Title, I mean are they Madam, Mister, Lord, Lady, Prince or Princess. It gives an early relation on whether they are related to the King or to Deegra.

Besides that stuff, I think that it turned out really well! I really liked the backstory. :)

--EDIT--
Another thing, I really like your name for your character. It's so simple and cool.
Bump.
@Bishop Obviously you did not read the updated rules... Please move your CS over to the OOC for me to accept and then I will post it in the Character Tab. Thank you.

Just as kind of an update for those that don't know already, this is the actual RP for those who haven't seen it yet. Also, for characters, I would love it if you guys could copy what my format looks like in the character tab. I borrowed it from Apokalipse because I thought it looked cool. Thanks for the idea, Apokalipse! Another thing, I will be posting characters in the character tab so it can be nice and organized. I am also going to make a little character guide on the first post, so people know whose characters are whose.
@Apokalipse
That's fine... just keep it to two for now.

BIOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION

Personality:
The world has corrupted Sabira; a girl who was once carefree and joyful has become embittered and scathing. Those who come across the beggar cannot say much for her character – she yells at those who do not give her money and yells at those who do. On a wonderful sunny day, people avoid her corner to avoid the sarcastic quips and angered remarks that she makes upon her death bed. Sabira has become greedy and selfish, stealing from anyone she can, even children and the elderly. She cares not for their lives, but instead takes in order to extend her pathetic life for just a little bit longer. She lacks empathy, able to turn a dry eye to the saddest tale and is willing to do whatever to survive. Because she is a survivor – she will do whatever it takes in order to live from day to day. Her will is strong and she clings to her life with an iron grip; if she applied her strong will to other such things, Sabira would become a force to reckon with. Her temper is quick and hot, her frustration builds easily, but her frustration and temper only makes her more determined. She is a quick and diligent learner if she so deems the subject worthy of her attention. Among her hot-headed nature, her sarcastic wit, her cynicism, and her selfish greed, Sabira is loyal. Once her loyalty is earned, Sabira will protect you like a dog protects his bone.

Skills:
Sabira grew up on the streets and as such there were several skills she had to attain in order to survive. First, she learned how to climb everything and anything in her path. Second, she learned to steal – from pockets, from hands, from stalls, from purses – and how to run fast when she was caught. Thirdly, Sabira learned the ways of the street. She learned how to interact with the common day thug and how to get what she wanted from such thugs. Her bartering skills and persuasion is her only defense as Sabira never learned how to fight. If any of her defenses failed, Sabira would be forced to run away and hide as fighting would lead to her death.

Biography:
Sabira never knew her parents. All Sabira knew was the kind, smiling face of her older sister Elspeth. All Sabira knew was the sweet, soothing voice of Elspeth – speaking to her, guiding her, helping her. Sabira was born without her parents, without grandparents, but she had Elspeth and Elspeth was her world. Elspeth taught her about herbs and took care of her, despite being only seven years old, and protected Sabira from the dangers of the street. Sabira remembers the warmth of Elspeth’s hand, always holding her tightly as she guided her towards lightness and hope. Then, one day, Elspeth let go of Sabira’s hand and never touched it again. She was gone.

Sabira didn’t understand why Elspeth would leave her, she didn’t understand where Elspeth had gone. One day, she woke up and Elspeth was no longer by her side, holding her hand. The world that had once seem so warm to Sabira grew cold and desperate. The only thing keeping Sabira going was the thought of her sister coming back, the thought of the world being warm again. Soon, however, that faded and the only thing that kept her strong was her will, her will to survive and show Elspeth that she was not a liability, she was not a burden to be tossed on the side of the street. Sabira was determined to make it off the streets, to become something more, but first she had to survive.

Embittered by the world, Sabira relied on her thieving skills to make it through. However, once she moved to a different street in order to protect herself from the cold, a baker took pity on her. He fed her his leftover bread and gave her blankets when she was tired. He told her stories about the war, about the dangers of dragons, and Sabira became loyal to him. She would die to protect the baker. She adopted his view on dragons, she herself becoming a Mystic, and she did everything she could to impress him. She didn’t want him to leave her behind again. The Baker looked after her as if she were his child, though he could not let her stay with him due to his pregnant wife, but Sabira understood. So she stayed on the streets, in an alleyway next to the Baker, watching over him and his wife as well as their healthy son. She could feel herself slowly dying and the fringes of death crept closer to her heart. Yet, she stayed in the alleyway, even though better opportunities would be elsewhere, because she loved the Baker as if he were her father.

DRAGON INFORMATION

Dragon Color:
Pure white wind dragon

Dragon Name:
Dagfinn

Description of Your Future Adult Dragon:
Dagfinn is a large male dragon of Wind making. Despite his large size, his body is narrow and sleek with four limbs rippling with muscle. His body is pure white except for his crystalline claws that sparkle like diamonds and tinges of peach flesh that color the creases of his body. Horns decorate the back of his skull, straight and narrow, and grow from his chin as well. His face is ridge-less except for the single arched ridge over his small black eye. His mouth and tongue are gray with a cotton-like texture to it. His wings are their own appendages, separate from his forelimbs, and stretch impossibly far with jagged membrane connecting spines. His spine is patterned with dulled spikes that give him a fearsome appearance, like a skeleton with a spine made of bone. He has many teeth, all sharp and lined, and his body is longer than it is wide. His tail extends outwards with a magnificent flourish of a tail, having continued spikes along the length and an arrow ending at the thick tail.

Specific Dragon Powers:
 • Wind Caller – Dagfinn can create powerful gusts of wind with his wings, even creating storms such as tornadoes or hurricanes if near water
 • Gale Breather – Dagfinn can spit out gusts of air, aiming it and blowing enemies away; he has the ability to sharpen the air so the wind is able to create small cuts, as well

OTHER

Other:
 • Sabira can be won over by food
 • Sabira's favorite color is blue
 • Sabira loves birds

Theme Song:
@Apokalipse
Everything looks great. The only thing is that went I said "Title" I meant if your person is Royalty for the Dragonia, it would be Prince/Princess, if it was Deegra relations, it would be Lord or Lady, and if it was anyone else, it would be Mister or Madam. In your case, Sabira would be "Madam". It helps get relations straight. besides that change, everything looks fine. I will be putting the Character Sheets in the character tab, that way things can remain straight. Just tell me when you've changed it. Unless you just want me to.
