David, Sven, Soul, Dark, Blitz if you can be active, Darlit if you can be active: I need your help to run the next part of my arc. As you can see, the City of Gold is now ruled by the antagonist Teth, who is going to be recruiting users of the Yellow Magic from the city. One of the most combat-worthy uses of the Yellow Magic is the ability to copy powers. So, basically, I'd need you all to create a character who uses the Yellow Magic and works for Teth to fight the group when it comes to overthrow Tamerlaine's new regime.

Preferably all the characters look Victorian-style. They don't necessarily need to be Victorian in action or personality, only in clothing.
