Okay, if I deem it a silly or unnecessary question I'm going to give you the same answer.

I am not at liberty to tell you. Got it? I'm not going to allow questions that really don't have a bearing on the story mess it up. At some point I want them to have to leave the bunker or only use it at night for safety while they sleep. yes we can use Harley's powers to generate electricity and clean water. That's why I gave her practical powers that would be useful. Just don't ask me how we are going to do it. I'll say "Harley went into the room where the generator is and did her thing."

Nope, not necessarily Day 5 is the first day for the powers to show up. If you want to start out finding your powers slowly you can do that on day 5 but not before.

It is near a town because if they go outside the doors about 100ft up a slight hill they can look down on a devastated town.
