It's very much possible to do both of those things, you know.

You could take out 90 organs in your character's lifetime, easily. The technology of the day will also allow you to cover your footsteps for a time, giving you more time to take out more organs. Now if you had taken 600 organs... well, that'd be unrealistic, no?

My character can be called on for support- he'd probably be busy hacking into the ship, or neutralizing a ship's AI or somesuch. Having the enemy's automated turrets suddenly turn on their owners would be fun- that, or opening every airlock on the ship.
