Alexey, armed with his phone and a toasted peanut butter and jelly sandwich, smirked at the texts sent within a minute of each other. Taking a bite of his sandwich- and setting it down to eat a strawberry- and quickly texted back.
Oh, so you don't mean xoxo? A shame, I thought we were soulmates- we were really hitting it off, I thought!
He paused a moment, then went ahead and added a :b to the end of it, and sent it.
Then he turned back to the news, waiting for the goat scream that he had set for his text alert sound. He om-nom-nom'd the rest of his sandwich, and went on to eat his pineapple/strawberry/grape/orange fruit cup. He was happy enough with how things were going. He had a few days off, he had his fruit and PBJ toasties, and now he had a soulmate.
He wondered, absently, if she was a supernatural. He thought about it for a while, and settled on it being a most likely. Half because that'd be really cool, half because he doubted someone could be so pretty and not be a model or somesuch.
