Philip mentally groaned, though externally he showed nothing. He just followed along with everyone else, letting Mr. Luggageman (TM) take his stuff and filing over to Ariel's car to await boarding. So to speak, that is. Unfortunately, it was the same car that Jamie was in- and fortunately, it appeared that Lizzy would be riding with them. Also fortunately, Jamie had shut his mouth.

It gave him enough time to take a good, thorough breath, and balance himself. It would not do to tear into one of the idiots on this trip, whether verbally or physically. It'll either do nothing, or scar them and give them some more nightmares. He can be very creative, as some people online have found.

He leaned up against the door right next to the driver's side, and waited for Ariel to come hither and get the car ready. And tell him to move if he needed to; if she moved him behind Jamie, then the little punk would be at his mercy. The idea of beating the kid while sitting behind him, out of reach, was almost enough to make him smile. His lips tugged up, just for a brief moment, before he forced it away.

Instead, he occupied himself by watching Lizzy. He'd stare a little, and then go back to staring aimlessly and just watching her out of the corner of his eyes.

He'd much rather stare, but that'd draw attention.

They've just always been taught to stay away from each other. Well mainly the mermaids have been taught to stay away from the 'savage' mermen and mermen have been told that if given the chance the 'ugly swimming witches' would turn them against each other.
Is it wrong to hope that maybe later on you might change your mind? I really like your character and what he would have brought to the rp. I also greatly enjoy and respect your writing ability.

I might change my mind later, but I'm not quite feeling it right now.

And Velox is more of a leader- and I wouldn't want to be presumptuous and just stick him in that sort of role, or change him.

Oh, I get how and why, I'm just not really feeling it, you know? And it just seemed to me that it wouldn't take so terribly long for them to find each other, you know? They're the same species- some of them on either side would wanna find the other group.

But don't get bogged down with my disagreement >.< I've started too many as-is.

My logical side is twitching a little at the merfolk being split up and how people are 'turned' and such.
