Bio

I have been writing since I was 17 years old. I am now 33 and I've been enjoying life. Writing is a passion just as reading is. My favorite genre is murder/mystery, but I love fantasy and I love action/adventure. I have published a collection of short stories that can be found on Apple Books, Barnes and Nobles, and Kindle. I have a trilogy in the works, the first part scheduled for release this year.

YES!!! Oh my. I've read the novel. Have you also heard of 2HA? This character is inspired by Mo Ran :)

I watched The Untamed and fell in love with the show. I haven't read the novel, but it's on my list of things to do. Enlighten me on what 2HA is. Most of my characters are inspired by the Wuxia world, and I thoroughly enjoy it.
Much thanks! I've posted - please do let me know if there are any issues with it. I'll go ahead and drop my character in now!

I have a feeling you've watched The Untamed.....
Studying.

Yuri was an expert at studying and keeping up with his grades despite the fact that he was called away most nights to stop Pageless. Tonight seemed different. He sat down in front of his desk, his pen in his right hand. Slowly he looked from the textbook to the notepad as his hand moved over the page leaving behind beautiful cursive trails of ink. He was halfway down the page when he heard the voice of Scheherazade. Scheherazade was like the guardian of the group. He'd formed the group and showed them how to use their gifts, but training was always necessary to learn and master the gifts bestowed on them. Scheherazade helped in so many ways and Yuri was always thankful that he was chosen. It was always perplexing, as Scheherazade had told him, the Grimoire normally sought out females. He was the first and only male of the group and he didn't take it lightly.

He placed the pen neatly against the notepad and looked over at the Grimoire that hovered slightly on the nightstand. He could hear every word Scheherazade spoke to them. He remembered the first time it happened. It had freaked him out beyond belief and he hadn't slept for two days after, but now it was normal, now he was used to it and stood swiftly to his feet. Pageless were vile creatures, attempting to consume the lifeforce of humans for their own personal gains. One could only wonder if it was for something far more sinister than they initially thought. Yuri closed the textbook and moved elegantly over to the Grimoire. He made sure no one saw him before he touched it and allowed its power to overcome him. In an instant, he had transformed. His hair blew against the wind as he transformed into a swarm of butterflies, leaving through the crack in the window.

By the time he'd arrived, he could see the action had started. Robin, the nickname given to Kotone Yuzu, was firing arrows into the building Scheherazade had cloaked in a protective barrier. The Pageless could be seen and his teammates were already on it. Momo and her beloved canine were attacking Pageless, but one was able to claw her cheek. The swarm of butterflies swooped into the building knocking the Pageless claw away from Momo's face, one purple butterfly remaining on her cheek as if to kiss it softly. Momo would feel a sudden rush of energy and her power would increase.

The remaining butterfly began to form into Yuri beside an unconscious human. Yuri checked the human's vitals. They were weak, but still alive.

"Let's get you out of here shall we?"

Anyone know the closest exit?

Yuri barely managed to dodge the claw of a Pageless as he rolled to the left blasting the creature with a beautiful purple beam.

"Trust me, you don't want to make me mad," Yuri said as he blasted another Pageless.
@WindsOfFate Hey there, would it be alright if I got my guy inside that cube of yours through a manhole in the ground?

Sure thing. Don't forget to post your character in the Characters tab so we know who he is.
Interesting. I have no issue being a part of any romance, if no one takes male Starfire I can, but what other characters are there. I know there were more than just Robin, Raven, Starfire, BeastBoy, and Cyborg. I definitely want to be a part of a romance. Is the entire list of Titans available?

As far as the title, I like The New Titans: Infinite Crisis, but yea each new pivotal point can have its own title.

So if Crimson Flame doesn't claim the male Starfire, I will and show Robin a thing or two about romance. He will be wrapped around Starfire's finger......

Kinda wanna portray someone evil as well, a creation of my own if allowed, but I'm getting ahead of myself.
OMG you two cracked me up... I am also here for LGBTQ+ fun times. That said I have no clue who to portray. I don't want to be Beast Boy.... nor Starfire.... hmmm, although a male Starfire would be fun to portray.
Intercepting the monster is the name of the game. Already intercepted by a giant walking toaster after all.

Not the giant walking toaster, lol will the xeno lifeform survive? Join us next time on....
Butterflies of various shapes, sizes, and colors fluttered around the room. Minimalistic furniture sporadically inhabited specific places. A beautiful expensive curtain draped over the window to keep those who were unable to mind their business out of his. A dim light from the overhead lamp illuminated the center of the room, but left the edges dark and filled with mystery. In the center of the room, directly underneath the light was what looked to be a book. It levitated above a podium flipping through pages as if an invisible hand playfully ran through it. A man stood in the corner enrobed in the shadows. On the adjacent wall was what looked to be a mirror, beautiful and carved like a butterfly at the bottom and in the top right and left corner. The man stepped toward the mirror and reached out touching it gently with softly tanned hands and fingers that were elegant and betrayed the years of training he'd undergone.

With his touch, the mirror rippled showing all that was happening with the new threat to this world he called home. Yuri, born in a plane far away from this one, had come to call it home. He'd come here after being orphaned here. His parents were killed by someone who wanted him dead because of his gifts, but with the guidance of the Lan Sect, his parents made the best decision by leaving him in this plane of existence. Earth is what the natives called it, and it is what he called it as he learned who he was and where he'd come from. He trained day in and out in his younger years hoping to one day avenge his parents, but the day never came, instead, Earth was the home in which he had to protect from various threats, this time was no different. The news media named him the Butterfly Ninja because of his powers and agility. There were others like him with the unique gifts to protect Earth, and he'd gotten to know a few of them, but the job of protecting something comes with a price and sadly death ended the journey for many warriors of light.

He smirked as the creature displayed its abilities before speeding off toward its destination. He knew only that the creature had some sort of affinity with signs, but other than that he was going into this blind. He didn't have an arsenal at his disposal, but he was a weapon, fine-tuned with years of experience ready to jump in when needed. A large robot entered the scene and Yuri recognized the craftsmanship immediately. The old man was still alive it seemed. Another entered the fray, only this one was more youthful and seemed ready to take over if the robot failed. Yuri sighed and stretched.

"No time like the present," he said before transforming into a swarm of butterflies.

The swarm surged straight into the mirror leaving the room void of life. As the mech prepared to completely obliterate the alien threat, Yuri appeared in mid-air, the swarm of butterflies combining. He sat down in the air and watched.

"This is a little dangerous don't you think," Yuri said out loud, "perhaps a change in scenery. Besides, we don't want any harm to come to bystanders, now do we?"

Yuri drew a cube with his fingers and as he drew walls began to jut up from the ground and surrounded all those who had come to intercept the monster. The cube closed overhead and Yuri smiled.

"That should do it, a perfect cube. Now have at it."

Seems to be okay.

Okay, I'll be done soon then. Thank you.

EDIT: Yuri is DONE for now.
@ActRaiserTheReturned can you look over Yuri really quick and let me know if I am going in the right direction and if there is anything you want me to remove from him. Like I stated earlier I don't want him to be too powerful, but I do want there to be a need for him if that makes sense.
