Ezekiel of the Void, Horus the Destroyer

"Who am I? Just call me.. 'The End'."
Ezekiel's age is unknown and his origins even more mysterious. He is known in distant lands as 'Voidwalker' or 'One Who Steps with Death'. It is unclear to most as to why he's come to the marketplace, but is certain that he has his own plans for the current turmoil besieging the city. The strange man seems to be wherever chaos rises and is known to exacerbate the situations. Although his reasons are obscure and unknown, his appearance is ominous at best and a sure way to know when a disaster will strike. His powers are vast and incomprehensible to normal mortals and even those well-versed in the arcane. His mind will appear to be a host of terrible winds carrying demonic voices, as if he is not only one being. Most certainly not a man, Ezekiel does not eat, sleep, or drink out of necessity, but rather whim. The lands know that he is above the law, if only because his retaliation would mean certain death and much collateral damage.
In his human form, he can summon a dragon-like armor around his body, altering its shape at his desire and need. The armor's Spirit Cloak is nearly sentient, responding to attacks without Ezekiel commanding it. It seems the armor is a relic he acquired during his life and rather than enhancing his abilities, it is a seal. The armor feeds and mutates with Ezekiel's life force, making sure he does not destroy his surrounding with errant tendrils of energy.
When his armor is broken, or Ezekiel is able to remove it, he resumes his original primordial form.
