The blood ran over the stones and down the cracks until it came to pool at Calcifer's feet. He scooped it up into his hand, recognizing with ease the presence of the blood goddess. Through magic, the blood spoke in echos of whispers to Calcifer. "I see a thirst akin to my own in you, stranger. Darkness, vengeance, blood about to be spilt... god's blood! I sense a god in you, dark hearted one. I know you, yet I do not know you. It is the blood you have shed for me that remembers you. It tells me of you. Blood never lies." Out of a reddening cloud above, a massive snake-like red dragon of pliable, liquid form slowly descended before Calcifer. It was Sekaulla herself, present, emminating her lustful glory as she fixed her glowing eyes on him. "In chaos, I am sustained."

The dragon suddenly lunged forth, and just as Calcifer thought the goddess would devouer him flat out, the gaping maw of fang and carnage brushed past him and snapped shut around the tomb guardian, devouring him whole. The guardian wouldn't be reporting to Darko anytime soon... or ever for that matter. Sekaula couldn't remember Calcifer, but she knew bloodlust when she saw it. The harold of carnage, former god of chaos, could give her much to drink before the end of all things.
Definitely interested.
The storm had really picked up, randomly bursting into waves of heavy rain, then wet wind, then rain again. The fires were basically out and the sky had clouded darkly. Oh when would it finally be night? Mithias had wisely retreated when he saw Kami dive his blades into the ground. He stood ready, just far enough not to get his head blown off by some bomb. Hank screamed as Magnus gave his best attempt at 'mercy.'

The armor clattered to the ground, its holiness repelling even Mithias at this distance, and the steam blew off to reveal the monster Kami had been all along. Mithias blinked in astonishment. "You're a vampire?" But what shocked him more than anything was the severity of Kami's torment. His suffering and hunger were immense, destroying any semblence of a person and consuming him into a nameless, mindless entity. He was, as Magnus had said, less human than any of them, and the fact that none if it had killed him thus far... he must have been insanely powerful. Mithias cringed at the buring iron cross on Kami's chest, the sick, pulsing veins. Even blood starved, Kami was healing through it constantly. Who had made this monster? How could he have come to be?? Moreover, was there any way to put him out of his misery?

The sledgehammer crumpled with ease, and Mithias knew right away he had nowhere near this creature's strength. Something akin to a sixth sense showed him that Kami was about to rip off Hale's lower jaw only seconds prior. Mithias quickly called for assistence with an undeniable degree of urgency to his voice. "Magnus?!!" Hank would have to wait as he was definitely not the most immediate priority. Supreme strength was a gift up Magnus' ally, and it was going to be needed.

The thought to flee crossed Mithias' mind, but this wasn't a fight any one of them could win alone anymore. This was going to take all they had, now or never. The blood of a knight roared through the vampire's veins, and he braced himself bravely. "GET OUT OF HERE HANK!" He called out, not knowing any way to assure the young vampire's survival.

Knowing Kami's blades were probably boobytrapped, Mithias tried to attack with his own. They should have been able to cut any vampire's flesh. He wanted to free Hale, but even still, cutting into a tormented animal seemed wrong. The scarred, bleeding and pained pale flesh tugged at his sense of mercy. He took a slash at Kami's arm.

I am here. I have been thinking about this thread all day and I have a post forming in my head. It takes time to think of interesting quality material.
Oh Hank. Oh my dear poor Hank. Thew things you are about to learn are gonna be painful. lol

I am pretty sure Magnus is going to laugh if you inject dead blood into him. Hopefully I can get Magnus to come fight Kami instead.
Mithias exhaled and pressed his fingers together. This was quite an interesting dilemma two clans had decided to engage upon together. One vampire was possessed and another loved him. Such a beautiful and binding thing was the power of love.

The Kingstons had always been gracious. They spared human and vampire life alike and even hosted for those that were opposed to their strict beliefs. Certainly they did not want to kill one of their own family. Mithias sympathized and inwardly longed that their patience and mercy were more common traits.

"It seems there is an inherent flaw in simply destroying the hosts of Dracula. He is prepared for that, having demonstrated his ability to change hosts several times now. I would consider imprisonment as an alternative, isolating the host from potential transmission, but I assume a jump would be just as difficult to avoid while trying to seal the host away... for eternity.

Perhaps we should approach this more scientifically. Dracula's current being is either a psychic entity or a soul-based one, such as one of your ghosts, Praetor. There are among our kind those who have powerful gifts in these domains. Has it been tested? ... My maker was one such vampire, having enough power to completely control another mind, even several of them at once. I spent centuries building a tolerance to such invasion. However, a psychic assault might be enough to destroy Dracula, or remove him from another vampire, if that is Dracula's basis. I don't know if I could find my sire, unfortunately.

If instead Dracula is more of a ghost, well, that would be your department, Praetor."
I liked the dialogue. I thought it was very in character. I'm just trying to think of wtf to do. Chances are Hale is about to be eaten. Sure he bit the guy, but the guy crushes sledgehammers...
Sorry you're not feeling well.
@Creedthechimera@Supertinyking

Wraithblade coughs a bit and holds a hand over her nose and mouth. "Good god this place is hell. I'm sorry to ditch you guys, but I need to get out of here. Someone's probably going to complain that I'm messing with their plots anyway." She puts the car in reverse and it starts levitating again. "Sorry you're hurt Raiden dude, but if you blow up my characters I'll be back and I'll be pissed! So don't do it. I'm not even sure how to fix you if I wanted to. Right." The car floats back and blips into a spontaneous portal and out of this world.

Strygwyr Looks from Creed to Raiden. He could totally finish off Raiden, but was too curious.

The Dark One's sword speaks up. "Dark One. What's going on out there? Where are we?"
@thewizardguy

((I don't think Mith can drink dead men's blood.))

(Yeah that would make it too easy.)
