It would be easier to end the meeting with a plan, but I don't see any way to sove the Dracula dilemma.

It is totally open, and people are not leaving, they have just been busy with work/travel/family. I'm going to eventually make an official post of the state of the world, but for now, just know that we're at the end of a short and failed war for global vampire supremacy. Once we take over Kilo Point, vampires will own it, but eventually, the word is going to get split up into factions/countries where either vampires rule or humans rule.
Characters you can interact with are: Hank, Mithias, Blood, Martin and Ashlynn.... Kami and Bedivere will eventually show up again.

Mithias nodded and withdrew the gem shards, keeping them close to his heart once again. It looked like Bob's plan was going to work, so far. Love did ever seem to be a universal force, binding all those with the capacity for it. Mithias indulged in his imprisonment.
Once Bug, Eruka, and Lisa were through the portal, Raven felt a sharp wave of heat and light coming from Mithias. The vampire had sprouted wings of flame. He answered her. "Ozzy wants to hold Bob's daughter ransom for the release of his father, Drac. Bob currently holds Drac's soul prisoner, because Drac had tried to kill him and failed." Mithias growled briefly. "It infuriates me that Drac attacked Bob when he was weak, right after the fight with Alucard, where Bob basically saved my life and all our lives from Alucard. Drac is a coward, and he betrayed my trust when he attack Bob, my friend." Mithias calmed himself. "But, I still care about Drac's family. His wife and three adopted children are not at fault for their father's actions. His son, Bug, is like a brother to me.
Please come with me once again. I need to see if Ozzy will listen to reason, and if not... we may need to fight off Ozzy in his own realm. We can't let harm come to the girl, and we can't let Drac go free to kill anyone he feels is a threat again." Mithias used his new wings to move toward the portal.

You see, Ozzy had a bug on me when Bob and I were fighting an Omegan named Alucard. He happened to hear Bob speak of protecting his child. Bob would have give his life protecting the girl, but I helped, and Alucard was killed. Tsukune also died, and I am afraid his soul was also obliterated completely. Such a high price was paid to stop the Omegans, and even Bob was hurt.
Bob's daughter doesn't know who she is. Bob had put her into a sleep for the whole thing. She's never even met him. She is completely innocent, and if Ozzy gets her hands on her... it's not right. She shouldn't be used that way. She doesn't deserve to be threatened or harmed or killed, which will certainly happen whether or not Ozzy intends it, simply because of who her father is.

Mithias frowned and flailed around a bit more. Damn he wished he had Tsukune's wings. Perhaps he could make up for them with his own powers, but not quite right now. Realizing he couldn't quite get comfortable, he gave up and just simply floated and looked back at Bug.
Clearly Bug was upset, and defensive, but that was kind of Bug's nature. Mithias didn't take his accusations personally. With a somewhat confused look, and slightly perturbed about not being able to avoid floating randomly upside down in front of Bug, Mithias tried to answer calmly. "I'm really not certain what you mean by 'traitor.' I have a lot to tell you, my friend, and I am sure by the end of it, you will want to rethink the meaning of that word." Mithias sighed heavily and folded his arms, finally floating back around enough to once again make eye contact. "I'm very sorry. I didn't know you had a new little sister. There are no words to express such a loss. Your pain has made you rightly cautious, and I do not hold that against you. Bug, I would never wish misfortune on your family, and I never wanted Drac dead." Mithias seemed to finally stabilize himself mid-air to be able to keep talking. He sighed, glad to hear Bug was already siding against whatever he thought Ozzy was going to do.
"I'm glad to hear you don't want any part of what Ozzy is planning, but nonetheless, I need to inform you of it. Another innocent child is in danger, because of him."
Mithias flails around until he's finally facing Bug. "Bug! What the devil happened here?"
