"Hmph...good...but, not quite. Here...allow me to show you.." A familiar voice says, an old friend to Mithias...a VERY old friend. Bug, the immortal monster, stepped forwards, from a near by pile of snow. "Sorry, I wasn't sure what you were doing. So, practice, huh? Been a while since I actually had a moment to practice...." Bug says, summoning two Aono Centipedes, oddly blade shaped creatures, and he tosses one to Mithias.
"Here..let's get down to practice huh?" Bug asks, smiling a bit, his old sadism coming to bear, as he starts to spare with Mithias...or, he tries to. His sparing might seem more like open combat, his swings going to chop off fingers, and to cause many thin cuts. "Come on, you can do better than this..." He says, seeming annoyed with Mithias holding back, at all.
((Sorry, site bugged, lost the first larger post, enjoy.))

Mithias descends from the air in a slow and dramatic fashion facing Bug. "Bug. I haven't seen you in forever. How did you find me? Oh well, never mind that. If you're here to practice, I'm pleased to hear it." He catches the centipede blade that Bug tosses to him, but little time did he have to study it before the sadistic Bug was ready to start.
Mithias backed up initially, setting Bug at the distance he wanted him to be and keeping him there. At first he fought with the centipede sword and his own katana-like sword, but after a few exchanges, he stopped. "Doesn't seem fair doesn't it?" And he unsummoned his own weapon in favor of Bug's blade.

The two chased each other and Mithias quickly realized that Bug wasn't pulling any punches. Yet, the vampire had no desire to actually draw his friend's blood. After beating away one of Bug's strikes, Mithias called out. "Hey! What the flaming hell Bug? Are you practicing or trying to kill me?!"
@supertinyking@kishin asura

Mithias blinks as the unexpected happened. Dual vanished, only to reappear inside the sand under Asura.

Mithias blinks and walks over, sharing a shrug with Asura. "Well... ok then."

He looks over the twitching duo. "Maybe we can get the clones on these guys for some medical attention. However, i think I'm going to find some place to continue my practice."
you know what this rp needs is a chat. anyone have steam or skype?
@SgtEasy Different base.
Maybe it is me who is dead.
I feel like I attempted an interaction, and failed miserably. Are there any computer stations at this base? Maybe a leader Mithias could talk to? he can't really do much until he's filled his obligation to protect the place. At least he could learn about what the place is etc.

Mithias too perceived the movement of the demon, but even if he had the time to react to that, he had his own hands full. The medic-type 'human' was charging at him, electric batons swinging from out of nowhere. His first thought was to delay, and he appeared to leap backwards much farther and faster, and much more well controlled, than any normal human would have been able to. Exactly what kind of magic or technique Mithias was using however was not yet clear to his attacker, Dual.

With a dozen meters or so between them, Mithias had time to come up with a proper counter to the threatening batons. Simply breaking this being's leg with his adept telekinesis seemed unnecessary, and so he took a slightly more risky, more fair option.

"Hmm, maybe I should really carry some kind of weapons." He said to himself as he quickly scanned around him for materials. There was sand, sky, rock, some clones nearby, and of course the side of the ship itself. The metal rungs of a ladder built into the outside of the ship looked handy, but of course they would probably conduct an electric shock. Mithais frowned as Dual was quickly closing in on him.

A sudden wave of sand rose up in front of Dual and smashed into him, stunning and possibly temporarily blinding him. The sand fell loosely to the ground afterward, as if it had been kicked by an enormous invisible boot. While Dual was struggling with that, Mithias telekinetically ripped the batons out of his grasp on either side of him.

"There." the golden eyed human said. "I win. Now turn yourself in and confess your crimes. It will be best for you this way."

Mithias walked around the Alliance base, investigating, reading the surface thoughts of those around him. He stopped when he saw Keith. This man was hiding something... in fact, it seemed the truth was that he was no 'man' at all, but something else, something rather long lived. Clearly, Mithias could perceive he was hiding something, but that wasn't all that uncommon for complicated beings. If only his psyonic abilities weren't so naive, then he would have been able to tell more about a person. He nodded as Keith caught him looking at him, but said nothing to reveal what he already knew.
I'm interested.
