An addendum was added, if it isn't sufficient I'm willing to drop the private eye pro, it's a superficial benefit anyway as she's only been in business for two years she's no hardened veteran or anything like that.

That's not a problem, if it suits you more I can do a more generic backstory, just wanted to try something new.

Hopefully this is all good, let me know about any criticisms, feedback or what have you. I know the bio is done in a strange way, but I wanted to try something slightly different, I believe all the details you wanted are still in there.
@Lugubrious Nice post man, this is gonna be fun.

Eleanor 'Ted' Roosevelt

Ted slammed her mug on the table and brushed her rosy cheeks free from foam. She made her way behind the bar and motioned to Two-Four and the clock, her shift was about to start. She snuggly fit through the opening in the bar and took note of whose glasses were empty, beginning to fill up some replacements.

“If you’re looking for work, I don’t have much to give you other than a tab for the bar, but I do have a job.” Ted said sliding the mugs down the bar to their appropriate owners. Each glass landing perfectly to their owners. She glanced upwards at her gun giving it a warm smile before placing both palms down on the table. She thought about what Two-Four and the others were talking about, the war. She remembered it pretty well, she should’ve – she was raised in the middle of it.

“What a shit show.” Ted said quietly reminiscing about the war, the bar was illuminated by a form of energy – whose name was Sera sometimes they hired her to work as a sort of… Larger sentient lava lamp. It helped with the mood of the place. Debris was good for two things, both of those fell under the categories of lagers and liquor. Ted found Sera’s presence in the bar typically made it nicer, it was a nice hue of blue, not too blue but not quite a teal. “I don’t know what the hell you guys were fighting for.” Ted said with a hearty chuckle leaning back against the wall behind her. Ted related that war, the war that ravaged a large part of her memories to the wars they learned about in History class. When humans would squabble over smaller and smaller corners of the gem of a planet they were standing on now.

Ted tapped Two-Four on the metallic shoulder and got on the tips of her feet in order to reach his ears. “By the by, the thing I’m working on – getting some government funding, it’s going alright but we need to prove that this shit hole is going to last, ergo the job board and my little -- well, don't worry about my thing.” Ted said motioning towards the job listing. She had to tiptoe around government anything nowadays considering she wasn’t exactly the guest of honor on the whole tour-de-la-monde they were now enjoying. But – if she appeared as a honest and hardworking girl just working with her sentient computer on making people living on Earth a happy drunk, then just maybe they’d play nice.
Hm. Am I going to be the first one to put down my contest entry onto the thread?

That little spat ended a while ago. This comment of yours accomplishes nothing but fanning the embers.

Eh, don't take what I'm saying too seriously, was just making light of the fact that people are always saying mean shit to each other. No big deals. In other news, how was everyone's new year? Anything nice going down?
I head out for a day, nothing big I come back and people are being all awful to one another. It's nice to know that you can leave something and expect it to stay the same when you come back.
Name: Eleanor “Teddy” Roosevelt

Age: 29

Gender:
Female

Race: Human

Appearance:

Personality: Eleanor likes a couple of things, beer, quiet and staying out of trouble. She tends to not be able to find beer, nor quiet but trouble is available by the boat load. Thusly she is oft frustrated about her position as an occupant of troubling times. She has few skills past being personable, however she is often praised at being able to get a person’s life story out of them with a single question, should they not be prepared. She is charming to a fault however she is often missing a joke or refuses to partake in jokes in the first place.

Eleanor has a couple of mannerisms, primarily they include rubbing her hands together and touching her nose when she is stressed and drinking excessively. Though she has been told by those who were once close to her that drinking excessively makes her an alcoholic not quirky. She also gave herself the nickname Teddy when she discovered they would be returning to what used to be the United States of America as he was a leader of theirs from many years ago. She will one day rule the world. Or just keep getting drunk.

Occupation: Bartender at Debris. Shortly after hopping off the old boat Eleanor discovered maybe days later that a male cyborg opened up a bar. Not one to miss out on employee discounts and good times, she immediately applied to be Karsan’s head bartender. She typically makes drinks when there are special requests or pours from the house favourites. If she’s off work she can typically be found at the exact same spot, some people are under the impression she has been sleeping in the tech booth at the theatre, none can say for certain – however.

Talents/Abilities/Tech: Teddy’s mother and father were not well off. As such they were open to privatized medical ‘experiments’. This was a test that was attempting to produce children with psychic potential whether that be in a form of kinesis, telepathy or what have you. Though Teddy was originally written off as being a failed experiment upon her birth and the overall test was written as a failure – that was not the case. She ended up inheriting telekinetic abilities, while very weak at first have grown quite powerful. The extent of her abilities would be with enough time and focus she could easily hurl a car.

The way in which Teddy’s telekinesis functions is somewhat odd. She first has to envision herself grasping the object, the weight of this object does not matter, rather; it is the size of the object that is important. It would be more difficult for Teddy to move a large piece of paper than a two ton bowling ball sized object. Thusly her telekinetic abilities have grown to be quite strong, she is now able to lift objects that are car-sized. However, to do this in something like a battle would be nearly impossible as car-sized objects take time and focus to lift. In battle this size would be reduced to a human-sized object.

Other: Teddy can be found in the bar at almost every time of the day. While she doesn’t use her abilities for fighting very often, don’t trash the bar.

- If you’re looking for a place to go, figure things out talk to someone who knows the lay of the land Debris is a good start.

- Teddy has mounted a rifle on the top of the bar. She says it’s loaded.

- Teddy is not the main character of this story, but if you need her help let her know.
