My therapist mentioned referring me to a psychiatrist for anxiety medication, then at the next appt. said it wasn't a good idea as it doesn't the issue. I would've loved the temporary relief though...

Started calisthenics today; not to lose weight, but to get toned and get a little stronger. It's a 5x/week type deal ChatGPT drew out for me, but my snap, crackle, pop knees sure do love to complain..

I bought green tea yesterday and I'm going to start drinking it on the regular. Also, I plan to start meditating soon, just gotta figure out how to approach it. I'm also looking into getting a personal trainer, not that I need to lose weight but I want to tone up and maybe get a little bit stronger. 2020 ain't got nothing on me.

I played keyboard in high school my senior year. I loved it, but haven't picked it up since and it's been like 15 years. Wouldn't know where to start except maybe an instructional book.

@XandryaLisa Bonet is married to Jason Momoa. She was Denise Huxtable on the Cosby Show. I pray for #2 frequently. I used to pray for #3 before I got married, now I thank God for blessing me with my wife. Good luck with those wishes though. Personally, I would love to have the ability to possess and cast magic as I saw fit.
Unfortunately I'm well aware of that fact, and it was the same with Hugh Jackman not that long ago. I mean, I don't wish ill on anyone, just a quick break up so I move in. Surely it wouldn't be too hard for the genie, right?
