Winfry would stroll around, looking for a particular something to do. He would oil his crossbow, waiting for something to happen.
He would sit across the room, looking as though he was intentionally avoiding all others in the room.
He would mutter to himself, taking notes of his next targets as he continued mending his crossbow.

Quill would begin to nod off, seeing little to no point in a. being awake and b. paying attention
Rosa would then grab his host by the hair and slam his face into the desk, leaving a red mark. However it would appear to other that he slammed his head while nodding off. He would exclaim "Ow! What the hell!?"

Quill would push Rosa's head down, his cheeks beet red.
"Shut up dude!" He would whisper

If he hates your characters, then probably not.
Chances are that he won't though.

Quill would see the others enter the room, and immediately think negatively of them. He would put down his book and start whispering threateningly to his shoulder.

"Morning, sir."
Rosa would mockingly repeat his words.
