I didn't even know Life is Strange had a prequel before Fabricant mentioned it. Going to have to pull some money out of somewhere.

@Fabricant, I think I understand what you're saying, but it still made no sense.

From the distance Elizabeth could see someone in the distance, by the general store. She wasn't surprised that someone else had been left behind. They had, after all, left the village so suddenly. The Lady only gave them fifteen minutes before departing. On the other side of Elizabeth were sounds of a voice in the distant, and the glare of a flashlight.

Elizabeth would make her own way. She might as well as head back, as she had nothing to do here. The place was now desolate, and free from any activities. She walked away from the Cafe and headed left, nearing the Sweet Shop. Skotadi was there with a flashlight, looking terrified at a bush.

"Out late?" Elizabeth said suddenly. "You don't seem to used to it, however. Have you never snuck out late before?"

Aaron thought perhaps that maybe he had been overexcited. Nonetheless, he did not regret acting as he did. That boy had deserved it. Sitting on the bench, he looked back towards Mystique. She was afraid, something which Aaron did not want, so he went and talked to her.

"Don't worry, there's nothing wrong now. It's all over now," Aaron said. "Even I got excited over this, but now there's nothing to be afraid of."

When Jack demonstrated his power, Aaron admitted he showed a good deal of power. It was, however, not enough to daunt Aaron. He had seen many things, and there were worse things than darkness. Aaron was still angry at Jack, and his insensitivity and callousness.

Jack went up Aaron and said, "Hey, I believe you had something to tell me."

"No, I didn't have anything to tell you," Aaron said.

If he was trying to intimidate him, he would not succeeded. Even if he was up there showing off his power, it was not as if Aaron was impressed.

"I'm alright myself," Aaron said to Bironica. "But I can't speak for Kyo over there. The feet are the worse thing that can be frozen. There were two new guys, newer than us. One does something with darkness and the other does something with minerals. Darkness boy said some demeaning things, and that caused her to lash out, as anyone would. Apparently, the two boys are friends, and the other threw a rock the size of her head at the tall girl. He could have killed her. Naturally, the girl with red hair was very angry, and started to spread ice. Kyo, he's done nothing but good, but he was put right in the middle. Please, excuse me for a second."

Aaron went up to Jack. While he knew he could attribute his attitude towards ignorance, he didn't think that was a good enough excuse. He didn't think he was like the rest of them here. Perhaps something had happened, that he would be sent here, and that was all.

"I see this all as your fault," Aaron said. "You're not funny, and your words reveal you to what you really are. You are no different than the people who sent us here."

Aaron's anger hadn't completely subsided yet. He blamed the other boy too. Josive had been helping out his friend; Max had caused damage. Throwing a mineral that size was dangerous, fatally dangerous. Aaron didn't understand how he took that other boy's side, and he did not why he would do so with a rock."

"You were just helping your friend, weren't yoy?" Aaron said sarcastically. "A good friend is willing to die for their friendship, but you're willing to kill for it. You'll understand if not everyone sees your way. If you throw things that can kill, people will throw back things that can kill. You know, your minerals are a good defense against the four elements, but not so good against the fifth. At breakfast I tried to be the peacekeeper. I am done trying."

That was all Aaron was going to say. He guessed they would get it, but maybe they'd sense that he was serious. Aaron's anger would soon subside. He took a seat on the bench, where those who had already demonstrated sat.
I'm finally back.
Elizabeth had a relaxing meal at the cafe, but she was now on her way back to where it was that she had came from. The area was now dark, which was quite peculiar, considering it had not been too long ago that she had breakfast. Elizabeth thought that it was impossible that time had really passed in such a flash. She'd assume that it was just the village. The stars here were noticeably different from those she was used to. Still, even here there were stars.

Feeling a bit sluggish, Elizabeth decided it would be acceptable to the Lady's message no heed. She made an assumption that the stores, and not the village, would be closed. Elizabeth thought she would find some way to leave herself. It was likely that the Lady would not even notice, should Elizabeth appear late.
I'm finally back. The plot seems to be starting up. I'll have it so that Elizabeth will be out too late in the cafe, and she'll be able to get in on this creeper stuff.
I will be gone all next week and won't be back until maybe late friday night. I'll try to catch up when I get back, if that's alright.

Elizabeth was unsure of the Lady's answer, and the truthfulness in it. Perhaps the village did simply reside in a sufficiently spacious basement. Perhaps there was something more to it that the Lady had chosen not to share or, indeed, had not the knowledge to share. In a world inhabited by dragons and magic, it seemed as though all things were possible. Then again, even this world had its own fundamentals of which magic could not hope to bend. This was just another galaxy, and even with its magics, entropy was still produced. However, without knowledge of the basics of this world, Elizabeth could not come up with any concrete answers, let alone a correct answer.

For now, there was the concern of what she would buy in the village. It was a quaint, magical looking place. It was all one would expect. She took her cart, numbered 14, and began her trek.

First, Elizabeth went to the wand store. The clerk gave her the usual platitudes, and Elizabeth went on her way. Elizabeth aimed for effectiveness, and not style, unless the role was to appear glorious. For now, a sturdy white wand would do. It seemed to be in good order, and well worth the price. She grabbed a few cases of wax and polish; she would need those for sure. Then an aisles of cases grabbed her eyes. A case, dominated by a white, intricate pattern caught her eyes. From the looks of it, it was based on a type of advanced geometry, woven into beautiful patterns. It would fit nicely for Elizabeth. Then all she needed was a protective sleeve. She took a white one. Then she made her purchase and bid the clerk farewell as she moved on to the next stop.

Elizabeth headed towards the pet and supplies store. Once again, a clerk greeted her with platitudes, but this clerk filled their voice with emotion, as if they meant it. Elizabeth took a look at all the pets. Fascinating indeed, but for some reason or another she turned each one down, until she arrived at the Arcane Hound. The clerk explained that it could communicate intelligently, and that was good enough. Elizabeth browsed the store, and decided it would probably be necessary to have a leash. However, she would not have it so one of her companions would go around with a muzzle. She bought a cage as well, with a lock, and it would function more as a deterrent than as a practical device, if all went as planned. Then after buying the proper food, Elizabeth made her purchases and left.

Elizabeth arrived at the general store, and once again, more platitudes. She grabbed a book bag, just in case she would need such a thing. Moving on to room decor, Elizabeth decided that a white wallpaper would do fine. Yes, Elizabeth intended to reside in a completely white room. But enough of that, there was deal with clothes. She picked out a few robes, flowing and magical-looking. She made it so that she would fit into this world, as she had left her old world behind and become renewed. Although I was partial to the pan flute, she chose the guitar. Alone it was powerful, and when as a part of a whole, it was unifying. Then she took all the pens, and pencils, and paper, and ink she would need for calligraphy.

With that dealt with, Elizabeth headed for the lot. She placed it where it fit, and went on her way to the cafe. She was glad she was done, yet uneasy at the same time. That was due to Elizabeth still being unsure of many things. She wanted things to be over quickly, but she knew that was an impossibility.

"Waiter!" she said. "I'll have a cherry coke and a ham sandwich. Yes, thank you."

"Certainly ma'am," he said. "Although I must say, you're looking worse for wear today."

"You probably get a lot past people with your good looks and coquettish grin, but you've run out of luck today," I said.

"Well, I'll get on that order," he said, and he slid away.
