Current And maybe most people don't like getting a single line back in response to a few paragraphs? Like whatever floats your boat, but there's a reason Free exists.

Hey now, he's becoming self-aware. Don't take that from him.

If the man's is asking for a ban, might as well give it to him. Good riddance.

Then you'd just be crying about why it's permanent instead.

He felt the blade part the slime in half with ease, and subsequently the splatter as his shield blocked the inanimate fluid. Not quite as planned, but apparently successful nonetheless. 'Why that sou-' Thoughts interrupted and before he did anything else though, Senna’s warning reached his ears and he listened without hesitation; no glance in her direction or above to get a nice Slime to the face, Alexander simply threw himself to the side, rolling to a crouch and standing quickly.

Even then he began to move around the room as he surveyed his surroundings, including the ceiling, berating himself for his carelessness. He had seen the enemies and engaged without properly taking in his surroundings, and if not for Senna’s warnings he might currently be wearing a red Slime as a hat. As he put some distance away from the enemies by backpedalling towards the stairs where Senna stood with arrow drawn. “Thanks,” he called out in a grateful tone, “I’ll treat you to something after we’re done.”

Valair lifted his hands away from the doorknob to shield his eyes from the blinding light that seeped through the opening, but even with his eyes closed he saw. It was beautiful, but he couldn’t admire it as a sharp pain lanced through his mind. He understood it deeply, but trying to think about it sent him to his knees as he clutched at his head. Then something compelled him to look up, even as the blood began to run down, and it was impossible to ignore.

He saw them then. Other humans from his own world, he understood that innately somehow, scattered across this same world. Even as his head threatened to crack and his mind reeled from the pain it caused, he understood that he and the other two were not the only ones in this world. In the distance to all this, beyond this world he saw it for a brief moment. Earth, in all its glory from space, spinning on without care to the loss of over a dozen of its inhabitants. The moment came to an end with the sight of his home planet though, the pain intensifying till he could do nothing but scream.

He could feel the soft soil beneath him, the wavy grass that tickled his skin, and the sun’s warm rays on him, but the pain drowned out all other sensation. He managed to stifle his scream before his throat died, but continued to groan at the worst migraine in his life. Curled up as his brain throbbed and pulsed sharply, he didn’t even care about the blood that flowed from his nose and eye as his body twitched. The gift of unconsciousness had been denied, but the pain still rendered him completely useless at the moment.

Alexander had to squint at the sudden brightness of his surroundings as the third floor was brightly illuminated for some inexplicable reasoning. “So much for the torch,” he muttered as he held it off to the side so the flame didn’t distract him as he observed this new floor. Naturally his eyes were drawn to the Slimes present just as the monsters were drawn and reacted to his presence. While curious about the new coloration of Slime, he would have to wonder later as the Poison Slime tensed and pounced.

With no use for the torch he tossed it towards the spreading red Slime with a flick of his wrist. They didn’t seem to be flammable, but perhaps it would ward the creature away from spreading itself in his direction while he dealt with the Poison Slime. He dropped low and darted forward towards the Poison Slime, intending to bisect the creature with a powerful blow and rush past its split halves. His shield was braced overhead to protect him from any splatter. The red slime, while not completely ignored, would be free to act as he took care of its poisonous brethren.
@PKMNB0Y Been a while since I finished the series, so yeah, memories are a bit fuzzy.

The character would be from Europe from a family who fight alongside their familiar, or shikigami even if I don't recall things like that being used by any of the characters in the series. So it wouldn't really be an extra strength, since being able to create this bond is his family's shtick.
Cool. I know you said half-Youmu are not allowed, Youmu as pets are rare, but what about a partnership between Spirit World Warrior and Youmu?

Essentially a symbiotic relationship where the Youmu gets to possess my character's body for the chance to experience sensations it normally can't, while my character remains in control and is strengthened as a result.

Unsurprisingly, the first two floors didn’t seem any different from when they had left it just a while ago. The goblins’ corpses were still present along with puddles of inanimate Slime. As he descended to the second floor, Alexander clicked his tongue in annoyance. “Should have brought a few flasks,” he muttered as he glanced at the puddles of Poison Slime. Thoth could probably find some use for the naturally poisonous liquid; maybe a coating for his weapon? Well, it was something to remember for next time.

Naturally he decided to continue his journey downwards into the Labyrinth’s depths. He paused for a moment to strike a torch just to be safe, letting his shield hang from his arm to hold it. Alexander also brought out the disc that Ares had gifted to him at the start of this day, feeling its thrum in his hand before pocketing it again, and slowly making his way down to the third floor.
Hey~ What's up. Hope you don't mind if I drop some interest here?

But also expressing curiosity if foreigners are allowed.
Doesn't change the ignored Zombs though, does it? XD

Gnar-senpai can ignore me all he wants as long as I get showered with gifts and presents. :3
@Gnar The Missing Link I do not accept your lackluster, sarcastic mind you, apology. And for the record, my day was fantastic with the exception of having to deal with a GM who decided to dissapear to a fourteen-hour doctor appointment/various other things.

Damn, you real salty. It's like the GM can't have a life or anything, but good riddance.
