Yukiko Masuyo

Name:
Yukiko (Meaning 'a thousand generations') Masuyo (Meaning 'Benefit the world')

Age:
17

Alias:
Shakita or Kita

Appearance:

costume:

Abilities:

Matter Manipulation
Yukiko, having just stumbled upon her power as she traveled to the United States from Japan, can manipulate matter. Currently she has only used this power once with turning a glass of water into nothing but an empty cup of air, as the hydrogen and one of the oxygen molecules were removed (scientifically speaking), but as she comes to understand her powers more (learning more about chemistry could definitely help), anything in the universe that has substance and mass/physical form can be manipulated into whatever it is she can understand and imagine. Of course, these abilities are limited by her knowledge, amount of concentration and mental strength.

Skills:
Yukiko was trained ever since she was able to walk in the art of stealth as well as how to wield blades of all types. As she got older, her more prominent skills were discovered and her training focused mainly on her acrobatics, small blade use, throwing ability (like throwing stars and other small, sharp objects) and stealth (along with that, flexibility from being forced to learn to navigate small areas). Amongst these, Yukiko has been trained in hand-to-hand combat and though not as skilled with it as she is with her other skills, she is able to hold her own against any normal fighter though her small stature almost forces her to keep unnoticed and ranged.

On top of that, Yukiko is fluent in three different languages: Japanese, as is her native tongue, as well as Mandarin and Russian. Her knowledge of other languages is very small, and English, perhaps, is her worst one.

Personality Traits:
Yukiko hardly speaks to anyone save for Logan. This doesn't just have to do with the fact that she doesn't understand a word of English, but she has always been quiet by nature, raised into knowing where her place is and will only speak up when she feels compelled to speak her mind.

Once you get to know her, however, Yukiko's other traits come out in her, revealing her to be firm in opinion, stubborn in her ways and prefers to do things on her own rather than in groups, having a hard time following anyone she does not deem worthy as a leader. She's a very independent spirit and exceptionally respectful towards those who have earned it as well as loyal to her culture and country. On the rare occasion when she feels completely relaxed and able to be herself, Yukiko is known to be a bit on the sassy side, but does indeed have a sense of humor hidden somewhere deep down.

Backstory:
From the very day that Yukiko was conceived, her fate was already written in stone. Youngest and only girl of six in the Masuyo family, Yukiko was brought up and raised in a family controlled by the Yakuza, a group of transnational organized crime syndicates in Japan. From the moment Yukiko started walking, training had begun, honing the small girl into a lethal weapon for the Yukuza’s own personal use. At first her missions consisted of small group missions with her older brothers as ‘debt collectors’, a little intimidation here and there; maybe someone lost a finger or two or a couple broken bones; but as the years went on her missions became more physical, daunting and brutal.

Strange enough as things were (though now considered normal to Yukiko) an American had moved in with Yukiko and her family. He was a friend of her father's, as she learned, and over the time that Logan spent with them, Yukiko and he formed a very close bond, perhaps a bond closer than she had with any of her family.

Yukiko first started questioning her family’s line of work when she was just thirteen years old and two of her brother’s had nearly exposed themselves in a mission they were working on together, and as penance they each had to remove the tip of their left little finger as was a customary ritual known as Yubitsume. As Yukiko sat there and watched her brothers disfigure themselves, her doubts began to climb and she made an effort to tread more carefully from then on. She always knew that failure would result in severe punishment, she just wasn't sure if she was able to accept just how the Yakuza went about it.

Three years later when Yukiko was sixteen, she had lost three out of the five of her brothers to the Yakuza whether it be by their own personal hand as punishment, or by getting killed serving them. Logan had also mysteriously vanished from their home, and Yukiko could only assume that he too was dead. It was during this time that Yukiko thought about wanting to escape the clutches of the Yakuza forever. The last act Yukiko ever did in Japan for the Yakuza happened on a cold November night. Suspicion of Yukiko's loyalty began to spread around the organization, and she was brought before one of the leaders of the Yakuza, Zurui. The room in which she was pulled into had about twenty or so other Yakuza members standing by for protection reasons, and in the center of the room was what looked like an ordinary man tied up to a wooden chair with a bag over his head.

Zurui assured Yukiko that the man hidden under the bag deserved his punishment, as he was found trying to profit for what it was that they did. Zurui handed Yukiko the sacrificial katana and she knew immediately that if she didn't do what she was told, she would surely die; but she had never taken a life before and was unsure if she could do so now. Her harsh upbringing however led Yukiko to take the katana from Zurui and the man was quickly untied from the chair and pushed before the sacrificial block. She had seen these sacrifices before, she grew up her whole life watching heads roll on the floor from the clean swipe of the katana. It was considered an honor to be the one to wield the blade, however Yukiko wanted no part in it. Despite being desensitized to blood and gore, the thought of taking one's life, despite what he may have done, did not set well with her.

Forcefully, Yukiko raised the katana, and with one clean swipe had beheaded the criminal; her first kill. But what surprised her even more then the rush of taking the life of another was when the bag hit the floor, the head of her very own father rolled out… the Yakuza had tricked her into killing her own father. Somehow managing to keep a brave face, Zurui informed the sixteen year old that Yukiko’s father had been suspected of working for some unknown organizations in America who aimed to take down the Yakuza and of course, must be stopped. Zurui then praised Yukiko for her lack of emotion during the 'test' and was promoted to a Yakuza assassin. As she left the room that day, she was warned that if she ever disobeyed, then what was left of her family would surely die in the most unpleasant way possible. She continued to do the bidding of the Yakuza for another year before Yukiko finally spotted her chance of getting out. An air raid.

People were being evacuated left and right; women and children being the first priority. Being mistaken as a 'normal' child, Yukiko was rounded up with some others her age and was immediately shipped off to one of their allied countries for safety. But Yukiko didn’t stop there. If her father had connections in America that aimed to stop the Yakuza, she knew then that it was America that she needed to be.

Rose Wilson

Name:
Rose Wilson

Alias:
Ravager

Role:
Titan (16 years old)

Brief Bio
Born to Lilian Worth on a cold December night in 2000, Rose Worth grew up as a very self-sufficient child. As her mother worked in a brothel for most of her life, Rose had learned at a very early age how to fend for herself. She attended the poorest of the schools, getting barely passing grades all through-out. It wasn’t that she wasn’t smart; she just didn’t feel like applying herself too much. She continued to grow, and for all she knew, her father left her and her mother for them to fend for themselves, so the seed of hatred for a father she never knew began to grow in her.

When Rose turned 14, things became more… complicated. Upon coming home one night from spending a weekend at a friends, Rose found that her mother had yet to come home, and an hour later there were police at her door, explaining that her mother had died. It was pegged as random gang violence with two gunshot wounds straight to the chest. She had died quickly and painlessly. Rose ran before the cops could take her to any kind of foster home, putting it in her head that she would just be homeless for a while. It was during this time that Rose met Dick Grayson, at the time better known as Nightwing. Dick had shown her mercy, recognizing how much of a hard time she was going through and instead of turning her in for breaking into a convenient store, offered to train her.

Nearly six months had gone by and Rose had turned 16. Suddenly, seemingly out of the blue, Slade Wilson had caught up to Rose and told her that he was her father and that he had legally gained full custody of her and Rose took the last name Wilson, finally getting off the streets and 'bed hopping' to live with her father. Feeling a bit better about herself (but not much), Rose decided to join the Titans where she decided to put her training with Dick to use. After being with the Titans for just a little under three months, it was then revealed that Slade also had an alter-ego... Deathstroke. Wanting nothing but to please her father, when not with the Titans she became a little ‘gopher’ for Slade for small tasks that helped to aid him on his own missions. He began to train her, privately of course as to not draw any unwanted attention.

It was during one of these little missions that Rose came upon a dual set of blades, able to cut through anything except for flesh itself. She took them as her own and showed them to her father. It was then that her training became much more serious. Her combat skills were improving with each and every day while training with Slade but he kept her busy by teaching her to be a jack-of-all-trades when it came to weaponry, but still her favored weapon were her blades. Dual training with Dick Grayson, she really started to become a well-rounded fighter, a deadly threat to anyone that crossed her path as you had no idea what she would do next.

Now at nearly 17, still not a soul knows she has been training with a deadly mercenary, and she intended to keep it that way. The Titans wouldn’t exactly understand the intentions of her father, especially since they had come across him at one point under… unfriendly terms, however her more merciless tact in fighting hasn't exactly gone unnoticed by the others in the Titan Tower.

Abilities
Rose has received some training from Dick Grayson, including the virtues of being a hero and of course has had training from Deathstroke in secret. She also possesses a precognitive sense that lets her see into the immediate future. This allows her to react to oncoming attacks against her and to counter them accordingly.

She currently wields twin energy katanas that can cut through anything except flesh, and briefly merge into an energy shield. She also carries with her a small stash of adrenaline, both because she is addicted to the substance (quite the story when she came across The Clock King once), and also because while high on adrenaline her precognitive sense evolves into the ability to glimpse scenes from her immediate future. However, the more she uses adrenaline to enhance her powers, the more her metabolism is unbalanced, straining her health.

(She has not been injected with the super serum as of yet)

Personality
Stubborn right down to the bone, Rose prefers to do things alone and her own way, otherwise she won't do it at all. Her head-strong personality keeps her determined to finish whatever task she sets her mind to and will not stop until she is successful, often times putting herself and others in danger and her toughened exterior shows that she does not care as she has never admitted to taking responsibility for her own actions and especially of others. She has a rather bitter outlook on life when sober and has a serious case of trust issues but when drunk (which is often enough) she turns into a secretive, seductive little minx that is just out for a good time.

However among those select few she does trust, she can be a good friend, fiercely loyal, protective and a good listener.

Deathstroke: Father and secret trainer. She wants nothing but to please him, and will go to great lengths to impress him.

Nightwing: Rose and Jason's relationship goes far back when Jason was still Robin. Their on-again-off-again unlabeled relationship is probably the most unstable thing the city of Gotham has ever seen, though they still remain to be there for one another and continually push the other to better their training.

Other:

Rose still smokes

Being Half Australian, Rose has a slight twinge of an accent like her father.

#6069

History
Born to Lilian Worth on a cold December night in 1997, Rose Worth grew up as a very self-sufficient child. As her mother worked in a brothel for most of her life, Rose had learned at a very early age how to fend for herself. She attended the poorest of the schools, getting barely passing grades all through-out. It was hard to stay consistent when she was forced to move and attend an entirely new school almost twice a year. After she turned thirteen, Rose had already had enough and quit trying to strive academically. Over the years she continued to grow, spiteful of the mother that she never truly had who didn’t even have the knowledge as to who her real father was, since at the time of conception her mother lived a very… alternate lifestyle.

After turning fourteen, things became more… complicated in Rose’s life. Upon coming home one night from spending a weekend at a friend’s, Rose found that her mother had yet to come home, and an hour later there were police at her door, explaining that her mother had been found dead. It was pegged as random gang violence with two gunshot wounds straight to the chest. The police were firm in hammering in the point that her mother had died quickly and painlessly, but Rose found that she couldn’t be brought to care either way. Rose ran before the cops could take her to any kind of foster home, putting it in her head that she would just be homeless for a while.

It didn’t take long for Rose to get into trouble after that. Breaking into a convenient store in the dead of night, Rose was quickly apprehended by Nightwing, a well-known vigilante throughout the area and just as trained as The Bat himself. Nightwing had shown her mercy, recognizing how much of a hard time she was going through and instead of turning her in for breaking into a convenient store, he offered to train her.

The years flew by and Rose found herself at sixteen years old, excellently trained, in an on-again-off-again relationship with Dick Grayson (who had revealed his identity to her shortly after they began training) and in cahoots with the Teen Titans. They were an odd bunch, the Teen Titans, but Rose wouldn’t have had it any other way. Rose became well practiced in combat; cleaning up the streets, helping those in need and putting the bad guys in their place.

It was during one of her solo missions that Rose came upon a dual set of katana blades crafted for the League of Assassins themselves. She took them as her own and developed a more original style of fighting… a style that the Teen Titans didn’t approve of as her tactics became more callous, aiming for results rather than going about things the right way.

Flying solo once again, Rose found herself under the capture of Lex Luthor. Drugged, sedated, and completely helpless, Rose was forced to undergo a series of experiments dealing with various chemicals the man had created on his own, though nothing she had been subjected to could have prepared her for the extraneous pain that was the Mirakuru. Immediately after injection, Rose began to bleed from the eyes, her mind no longer in control of her body as it thrashed around against the bindings that held her down. Her screams filled the building until finally, she collapsed, and presumed dead.

Hours later, Rose jolted awake, buried deep inside a dumpster on the outskirts of town and miles away from where she had been last she had been conscious. Working on a way to get home, it was then that Rose realized the effects the Mirakuru had taken the liberty of in changing in her body. She was faster, stronger, more durable, had a higher endurance and agility. Her stamina was increased, her reflexes and speed faster and all senses deadly sharp… everything about her had increased to superhuman levels.

Busy experimenting with her new-found talents, Rose nearly missed the shadow that flew above her. Despite her relationship with Nightwing and close relations with the other Teen Titans, Rose had never once met, nor seen The Bat, and so curiosity got the better of her and she followed, putting her new skills to the test. It was easy to track him, whether he knew she was there or not she did not know, but just as she was getting bored of watching… he showed up.

Of course she had heard of Deathstroke, he was just as famous as The Bat himself, though The Teen Titans looked down heavily on the type of man he was. A villain, most would call him, but Rose had yet to come to her own conclusions. She watched in a way that was nothing short of awe-inspiring as Deathstroke took on the Bat head-on, and seemed to be winning. She knew she should throw in her help to The Bat, the Teen Titans would expect it of her, but she found herself mesmerized and transfixed with the man in split-colored mask.

Just as it had begun, it ended. The Bat and Deathstroke had gone their separate ways but what had been left in Rose’s soul was an impression, a forever need to be just like him in all ways possible and a burning desire to get to know him. Despite her best efforts, however, Deathstroke wasn’t ever to be seen again, not by her or any of the other Teen Titans. She decided then and there that she would leave the Teen Titans forever, leaving the close bonds created with the ties of friendship and her relationship with Nightwing behind… and find Deathstroke herself.

A year later, and now seventeen years old, Rose holds a torch for the deadly mercenary that has long been missing from the streets for over a year by wearing his colors, ‘taking his place’ while she continues her search for him. It wasn’t until just a few days ago that she learned of his imprisonment, and started to hatch an idea as to how to spring him free.

Powers/Abilities
She has received some training from Dick Grayson, including many lectures on the virtues of being a hero. She also possesses a precognitive sense that lets her see into the immediate future (only about two to five seconds at a time) which she has had since birth, but wasn’t discovered until her training with Nightwing. This allows her to react to oncoming attacks against her and to counter them accordingly.

She currently wields twin energy katanas that can cut through anything, and briefly merge them into an energy shield. She also carries with her a small stash of adrenaline, both because she is addicted to the substance, and also because while high on adrenaline her precognitive sense evolves into the ability to glimpse scenes from her immediate future. However, the more she uses adrenaline to enhance her powers, the more her metabolism is unbalanced, straining her health.

Thanks to the Mirakuru running through her blood, each and every one of her abilities has been enhanced to a super-human level, making her all-the-more deadly.

Other:
Rose is addicted to all things bad for her; adrenaline, cigarettes, alcohol, dangerous men and harder drugs. She uses her sexuality to gain the advantage where fists and fury would otherwise get her nowhere. She enjoys making men squirm and has a habit of kissing and touching those she intends to kill to put them off guard, though only finding a sexual release when she watches the life draining from the eyes of her victims.
Also, being Half Australian, Rose has a heavy Australian accent.

Steve Rogers

Name: Steven “Steve” Rogers

Age: 95 years old, physically in early 30’s late 20’s

Alias: Captain America

Suit:

Regular Appearance:

Abilities:
Though Steve possesses no abilities on his own, perhaps the most common thing he is known for is his ‘super-soldier’ capabilities having been injected with the Super Soldier Serum created by Howard Stark. His strength, agility, reflexes, healing, endurance, speed and durability are all at a ‘super’ level, practically ten times stronger than the usual human being. His body continually circulates the serum and therefore these abilities never ‘wear off.’

This serum also enhances his metabolic functions, granting him other abilities as well such as being able to bench press 1200 pounds, and running a mile in 73 seconds (49 MPH). It is because of this metabolic enhancement that he was able to survive being ‘frozen in time’ for so many years, and it also keeps him immune to toxins such as getting drunk, noxious gasses and even hypnosis.

Coming from a time of war, Steve is also an expert tactician and field commander. Over the years he has blended judo, kickboxing, gymnastics and western boxing into his own blended style for combat fighting as well as being a master in various methods of martial arts. Because of his military knowledge, he is also very practiced and well learned in combat strategy, survival, military strategy, piloting and demolitions.

With his shield, as he has had much time to practice, he is able to throw it into a group of men, knocking them all down like bowling pins. He can also ricochet his shield with accurate precision when needed and even use his shield with ‘boomerang’ type effects when able to focus on the angles.

Personality:
Steve is just an all around-patriot with a deep love for his country and everything that is America but doesn't hesitate when he sees an opportunity to make America even better. He is a very dedicated friend and has a set group of ideals. Steve is also against oppression, which is why he is particularly irritated about the current mutant/meta human registration as he believes that it violates their constitutional rights. Steve is also very stuck in the past, always dwelling on his times during World War 2 and still sometimes finds it hard to believe just how much times have changed. Steve will never risk an ally willingly, nor would he let any citizen die if he can help it. He also holds no animosity towards any country and will give a helping hand to any who may need it, as long as their views are the same.

Bio:
Born July 4th 1920 to poor Irish immigrant parents Sarah and Joseph Rogers. Stereotypically called the 'scrawny kid' throughout his entire childhood up until his late teens, Steve tried and tried again to enlist for World War 2 and time and time again he was shot down because of his small stature. Steve didn't know his father well, he died from alcohol poisoning when Steve was just a boy so he was solely raised by his mother who also died from pneumonia when Steve was in his late teens. It was during one of these attempts to enlist in the army when General Chester Phillips took an interest in the boy. He saw loyalty, bravery, and compassion for his country and Steve was automatically swooped up for a project they called Operation Rebirth. It was a simple operation...develop America's army's into the ideal 'super soldier.' Make them taller, faster, stronger, more durable and less likely to die. The project had never gone successfully however, but Steve didn't care. Whatever he could do to help, he volunteered whole-heartedly.

Miraculously, Steve's body accepted the serum (created with the help of Howard Stark) and his body overcame drastic changes. He had grown to 6'2", 240 pounds of pure muscle. Everything about him was amplified. He could run as fast as the cars could drive, he could swim deeper and hold his breath longer, he could lift things he never even imagined anyone else being able to lift...and he did it easily. He went through three months of extensive training, adapting his new skills to the tactics he had already learned as a boy. Then HYDRA attacked, and Steve was sent on a mission to stop Red Skull from turning the war...and the rest...is history...

The shield given to Steve is all the vibranium known in existence. The scientists who had first discovered it burned the formula so that no one might discover it's secrets. Since then, scientists have tried and tried again to replicate the same durability into a metal that could match Captain America's shield, and by reverse processing they were able to come up with adamantium, but have yet to re-create vibranium.

Now that the fiasco in New York and the Thunder God had been taken care of, Steve made himself scarce, especially when hearing about Nick Fury's dismissal. Steve is known all around the world as Captain America, and everyone knows him as Steve Rogers. There are many groups out there that want to see Steve and the rest of the Avengers pay for damages caused by the alien attack, and even serve time in prison. Steve sees things differently however, that the justice system has been corrupted, and so he jumped at the first contact he had received from Tony Stark for their new mission, not only to clear his name, but every other unjustified American out there fighting for their freedom as well.

Misc:
Steve is still pretty broken up about his 'girl' back during his time and has wondered time and time again if there might even be a chance that she is still alive. He knows that she would be old, or have either died of old age and doesn't know which one would be harder for him to find out, therefore he hesitates.

Neena Thurman

Name
Neena Thurman (Domino)

Age
23

Alias
Domino

Appearance

Abilities
In addition to her exceptional marksmanship and hand-to-hand skills, Domino possesses mutant probability-altering powers, similar to those of the X-Man Longshot. Basically, she has luck on her side.

Personality
Neena has a very hardened, tough exterior that goes well with her determination when it comes to getting something done, no matter the cost. She is a girl of results, finding no better satisfaction in completing a job and getting payed well for it. It is this outlook on life that makes Neena an 'on the fence' kind of person if the question of hero or villain was ever brought up. Though she does not support villains for who they are as a whole, she sometimes feels that the only way to get results is to stoop to their level from time to time.

Outside of this, Neena is a social butterfly with a spunky, flirty personality. She is oftentimes referred to as the life of the party and when she doesn't have any jobs lined up for her has no problems finding things to do on her own with nearly a pint of booze in her system at all times. She does not turn to the bottle when she is depressed, she turns to the bottle when looking for fun.

Bio
Domino was born as a government-controlled experiment, a top-secret ‘breeding’ program if you will in the government’s attempt to create the perfect weapon. Out of all of the test subjects, Neena was the only one to survive but under closer examination her mutation power of having luck on her side was waved off as a failure, thus she was to be destroyed. With quick thinking, her biological mother broke Neena free from the underground facility and took her to the Church of the Sacred Heart in Chicago. Not at all finding this lifestyle ‘fitting’, Neena then ran away and became a mercenary. The pay was good and it got her off the streets, not to mention her ‘luck’ factor always seemed to come in handy when on the field. One of her first jobs was to stop "Operation: Jericho," which was a remote-controlled war bot project. Domino wrecked the robot, but in the process fried the mind of the soldier controlling it.

The older Neena got, the more comfortable in the mercenary life she became. At the age of eighteen, Neena began to found her own mercenary band now known as the Six Pack. She worked with the Six Pack for quite some time, getting into the bigger cash amounts and the higher living style. Their tactics were a bit ruthless, shooting down anyone who got in their way. It was her team, which was also known as the Wild Pack, that had gone on a mission in Germany and participated in a raid on a secret HYDRA base, which Domino led.

Immediately catching the interest of Director Nick Fury, Domino was scooped up by S.H.I.E.L.D where she quickly disbanded to work for the Six Pack and instead worked for S.H.I.E.L.D for a short while before Domino heard about Xavier’s school for the gifted. Though she was probably too old to be a student there as she was now twenty-three, her curiosity brought her to the school where she has been staying ever since with no intention to return to S.H.I.E.L.D since Fury has been replaced.

Roanna Sanne

Name: Roanna Sirus Sanne

Age: 16

Nicknames: Ro, Bones

Alias: Necia

Appearance:

Abilities:

Pyrokinesis:
Roanna has the ability to speed up the naturally occurring vibrations of atoms in matter to alter temperature, more often to the point of ignition. At low levels, she can light a single candle with such a delicate flame and simply make it dance around as if the wind were blowing. At a higher level, Roanna could potentially put out flames or even condense and form a large amount of fire into what looks like a solid object like a flying phoenix or a very large hammer and guide it to her will. In high areas of stress, Roanna will simply just explode, sending out a rippling effect of fire with her being the center, obliterating anything within a mile radius (at most).

The only drawback to this particular power is that she has to be able to feel those particular atoms in order to combust them into fire, which means she must use her hands to feel the air around her. If her hands are injured or in a situation where she isn’t able to use them properly, this ability renders completely useless. With enough focus, her mind and touch receptors are able to work together so that she could potentially ‘feel’ the atoms of an area up to three blocks away, though the farther away the atoms, the lower the intensity of heat. Because of this ability, Roanna’s temperature naturally runs hot, her average temperature being about 102 degrees Fahrenheit. Warm weather, as you can imagine doesn’t bother Roanna in the slightest, if anything it just makes this power stronger. However, exposed to cold weather she will get very sick very fast and will be unable to produce any fire to keep herself warm after a while.

Heat/Energy Shield:
Under high amounts of stress, Roanna’s body seems to react instinctively and goes into survival mode, coating her body in an invisible layer of one of two substances. Though she hasn’t learned to control either of them yet, both render to be very effective shields. The first kind of shield is made out of pure, raw heat. Much like the heat that encircles the sun, if any small flying debris were to fly at Roanna, it would be dust before it even reached her. Larger objects of course are much slower to decay as they don’t reach the heat of the shield until about a foot away, but even with larger object impact this shield substantially reduces the blow. This does not, however, protect her from falling from high places as the most it could do is burn the grass below her or slightly melt the asphalt and so on.

The second type of shield her body is able to produce is that of pure energy. Small objects will practically just bounce off of her while larger objects (like the heat shield) won’t ever reach their maximum impact. When Roanna advances her skills, she will be able to feel the energy around someone (given that they are within 20 feet of her) and be able to put an energy shield on them for a short period of time. This however leaves her completely vulnerable as she cannot make two shields at once. If one were to fall while using this energy shield, the impact will be softened by 50%, so as a deadly fall will only cause a few broken bones and a fall that would normally break bones would just leave sore muscles and bruises. This is exceptionally useful when Roanna runs over the rooftops and misjudges a jump.

Gliding:
Farther down the road when Roanna has a better grasp on her abilities, she will be able to immensely heat up the area immediately surrounding her so much that it cannot only let her hover in the air a few inches, being able to move around the room, but also while jumping from high places, she will be able to ‘glide’ through the air and cover large amounts of distance so long as she can keep her balance throughout and her concentration on heating the air around her.

Energy Production/Boosts:
With more advanced training, and a couple mishaps now and then, Roanna is subject to short-term 'spurts' of energy that can help aid her in combat. Whether it's a quick boost to get a head start in running or enough concentration that she is able to short circuit an entire square blocks power. It also wouldn't be uncommon under very focused times when all of her fire abilities listed above 'upgrade' into a sort of electrical field...or even lightning.

Skills and Talents:

Bilingual:
Having been born in raised in Germany for fourteen years, Roanna is fluent in German. Now, having lived in the United States for two years, her English is almost spot-on but she still carries a thick German accent. Roanna has also spent a few hours here and there throughout her life in teaching herself Latin, never comfortable enough to speak it but enough to use certain words in her head, like her Alias.

Silver Tongue:
Roanna has the gift (if you want to call it that) to talk her way out of almost any situation. She can be very persuasive. Her manipulation can go anywhere from convincing a friend that she is fine to getting a complete stranger to believe she is someone she isn’t. Call it acting, but she is definitely convincing.

Book Smarts:
Roanna has always tested high-above-average in the academic system as her mind seems to be able to retain the knowledge she reads in a separate part of her brain that most people never use. As only a Junior in High school, she is already prepping for taking college classes next year.

Personality:
Roanna is an introvert, having never learned what it is to have someone close to her, in mind, spirit or in heart. Not even her own parents bothered to build a relationship with her, so the anti-social life is something Roanna adopted at a very early age and deems it 'normal.' Because of this, Roanna hasn't ever reached out to anyone if she ever needed help or even just to say hello which resulted in never making a friend and keeping everyone at a literal arms length. It is her lack of social skills that has also built trust issues, since she hasn't ever experienced what trust can hold; unable to even trust herself with most things. She has never felt a hug, let alone a loving embrace so along the lines of never having anyone close to her, Roanna has never known what it is to love or be loved.

Roanna does things on her own, but when put into a situation where she must work with others, she stands quietly by and follows whoever it is that has made themselves leader, even if she doesn't believe what they are doing is right. She is a natural-born follower, a pressing thought always in the back of her mind that she will somehow be punished if she doesn't do what someone says, despite what her heart tells her.

Costume:

Equipment:

Rebar upgrades to Metal Bo Staff

Biography:
Born the single child of Vincent and Rebecca Sanne in Lubek, Germany, Roanna spent the first three years of her life as any other child would, raised thoughtfully and lovingly by her two parents, however when she was old enough, Roanna was thrown into a sort of daycare/school service at three years old and from that point on spent most of her days under someone else’s care. As Roanna grew up, she began to realize more that it was because her father, Vincent, had very important work to do and was almost always gone and her mother, Rebbeca, had a small alcohol and pill popping problem. The family had moved a great number of times over the years, perhaps twice every year since Roanna was six years old so it was nearly impossible for her to make friends, which Roanna didn’t mind all that much. She spent most of her time reading and advancing her book smarts, which eventually brought about her junior year being placed into college level classes.

Around the time that Roanna was fourteen years old, her life stabilized somewhat as the constant moving slowed once they moved to America and for the first time Roanna felt like she and her family had been settled. Only a year later, however, Roanna and Rebecca came across her father’s body in the middle of their living room floor, shot four times through the chest and twice in the head. Rebecca said nothing to the police as to why Vincent had been murdered within his own home, but Roanna was willing to bet that it had something to do with his secret work that no one seemed to know about that brought in all this secret amount of cash that Roanna and Rebecca never seemed to see a dime of. The house was repossessed and Rebecca and Roanna were forced to the slums of the city where they were to share a studio apartment with one another. The first year was very awkward for the both of them, since Roanna hardly spoke more than five words a week to her mother, but eventually they found a sort of meeting ground and learned to tolerate one another.

Roanna spent very little time at the studio apartment, however. She was either at school, participating in some after-school activity, or out walking around the city for some exercise. It was during one of these midnight walks that Roanna stumbled upon her powers by accident. A group of muggers had her cornered in an old alley, and feeling threatened with a pistol at her back and knife at her throat, Roanna’s body seemed to emit some sort of unexplained power that knocked all four muggers onto their feet. Confused, scared and curious, Roanna took the advantage and ran from the alley, not stopping until she reached the edge of town. It was there that Roanna came across an old abandoned gymnasium in which she converted as a sort of ‘safe house’ for her to explore this new ability as well as hone her fighting skills with the old equipment used there. Now, one year later, Roanna has a very basic concept of her unique power and is known to be particularly deadly with a rebar when she patrols the slummed streets at night, helping those who are unable to help themselves against scum muggers just like she had come across that night one year ago.

Other:
Roanna has had a recurring dream for as long as she can remember that sometimes subjects her body into bouts of night terrors which are almost impossible to wake her up from. She has never spoken a word about this dream to anyone, as she herself is unsure of what it means, but knows that there may be more behind it than just a dream.

Cassandra Sandsmark

Name:
Cassandra Sandsmark

Alias:
Wonder Girl

Role:
Titan (16 years old)

Brief Bio
Cassandra was born in the late winter months of the year 2000 to Dr. Helena Sandsmark and for the longest time, Cassie had no idea who her father was. Dr. Sandsmark was a very high-regarded archeologist and as Cassie took to growing up, she took an interest in her mothers work and eventually started going on some of her mother’s excavations. Upon uncovering some ancient artifacts, Cassie was given her superpowers and not long after that was it revealed when Zeus himself told her that he was her father. It wasn’t until Cassandra tried to help defend her city with these new powers against a Doomsday clone that she created a costume and used her magical accoutrements (the sandals of Hermes and the gauntlet of Atlas) to help Wonder Woman, much to her mother's horror. Cassandra later had the opportunity to ask Zeus for a favor and requested real superpowers. Zeus granted her request, but gave Dr. Sandsmark the ability to deactivate them with the simple touch of her hand upon Cassie. Dr. Sandsmark, however, reluctantly accepted her daughter's wish to be a superhero and rarely if ever uses this ability.

Cassie heavily idolizes Donna Troy, the original Wonder Girl, and to that effect wears a black wig over her natural blonde hair (it also helps to conceal her identity). Donna gave Cassie the second costume she wore as Wonder Girl, but Cassie is afraid to wear it lest it were ruined. She has been trained by Artemis, the former "stand-in" Wonder Woman.

Now, at the age of 16, she has joined the Teen Titans, effectively joining to remain close to Superboy whom she had met on a few missions prior, that crush still hasn’t gone away.

Abilities
Cassandra has the rare ability of flight and with it, has an incredible amount of speed. This speed also comes around when she is running, but it stems from the same talent that is related to flight, therefore it only appears as though she is running. Along with this, Cassandra has a superior amount of strength, not quite matching that of Superboy or Superman, but pretty close.

Cassandra was also gifted a magic lasso by Zeus, her father, that holds his own power of electricity that she is able to use when she is angry, but her talent alone in learning how to use the lasso is more than often helpful, and usually only accesses the electricity by accident.

Personality
Cassandra is sweet, kind-hearted individual who constantly sees the best in others despite their flaws, but after a few times of being proven wrong with a great handful of different villains she has come across over the years she knows now that not everyone can be as fair and trusting as she can be. Despite this, however, Cassandra still listens to her heart, being led by her love and devotion no matter how bleak a situation might look. She is the greatest friend you will ever have, and the worst enemy you will ever make because once you have proven to Cassandra that you can not be trusted, she will not got back on her decision to do what is right by her and bring about the right way of justice. She has a very strong-will, looked up to by her fellow team mates but when she is just able to relax and be Cassandra Sandsmark, the social butterfly comes out in her as well as her spunky personality.

Logan Howlette

Name: Logan Howlette

Age: 66, looks 25

Alias: Wolverine

Appearance:

Costume

Abilities:
His primary mutant power is an accelerated healing process, typically referred to as his mutant healing factor, that regenerates damaged or destroyed tissues of his body far beyond the capabilities of an ordinary human. In addition to accelerated healing of physical traumas, Logan's healing factor makes him extraordinarily resistant to diseases, drugs, and toxins. However, he can still suffer the immediate effects of such substances in massive quantities; he has been shown to become intoxicated after significant amounts of alcohol, and has been incapacitated on several occasions with large amounts of powerful drugs and poisons.

While the adamantium in his body stops or reduces many injuries, his healing factor must also work constantly to prevent metal poisoning from killing him, though it is effectively getting worse.

His healing factor also dramatically affects his aging process, allowing him to live far beyond the normal lifespan of a human. Despite being born in the late 19th century, he has the appearance, conditioning, health, and vitality of a man in his physical prime. While seemingly ageless, it is unknown exactly how greatly his healing factor extends his life expectancy.

Although his body heals, the healing factor does not suppress the pain he endures while injured. Logan also admits to feeling phantom pains for weeks or months after healing from his injuries. He does not enjoy being hurt and sometimes has to work himself up for situations where extreme pain is certain. Logan, on occasion, has deliberately injured himself or allowed himself to be injured for varying reasons, including freeing himself from capture, intimidation, strategy or simply indulging his feral nature. His healing abilities can provide increased recovery from psychological trauma by suppressing memories in which he experiences profound distress. Scratches heal within seconds, burns and cuts a few seconds more. Even bullet holes only take a matter of minutes to heal up completely, and all without a single scar to show for the pain he had been put through on a number of occasions.

Logan's mutation also consists of animal-like adaptations of his body, including pronounced, and sharp fang-like canines and three retractable claws housed within each forearm. These claws are a natural part of his body and are not made of keratin, as claws tend to be in the animal kingdom, but extremely dense bone. Logan's hands do not have openings for the claws to move through: they cut through his flesh every time he extrudes them, feeling a brief moment of slight pain in his hands whenever he unsheathes them.

Logan's senses of sight, smell, and hearing are all superhumanly acute. He can see with perfect clarity at greater distances than an ordinary human, even in near-total darkness. His hearing is enhanced in a similar manner, allowing him to both hear sounds ordinary humans cannot and also hear to greater distances. Logan is able to use his sense of smell to track targets by scent, even if the scent has been eroded somewhat over time by natural factors. This sense also allows him to identify shapeshifting mutants despite other forms they may take. He is also able to use his senses of smell and hearing, through concentration, as a type of natural lie detector, such as detecting a faint change in a person's heartbeat and scent due to perspiration when a lie is told.

Due to his skeletal coating, his claws can cut almost any known solid material, including most metals, wood, and some varieties of stone. The only known exceptions are adamantium itself and Captain America's shield, which is made out of an proto-adamantium-vibranium alloy. Wolverine's ability to slice completely through a substance depends upon both the amount of force he can exert and the thickness of the substance. His claws can also be used to block attacks or projectiles, as well as dig into surfaces allowing Wolverine to climb structures. The adamantium also weights his blows, increasing the effectiveness of his offensive capabilities. Unfortunately, his adamantium skeleton makes him highly susceptible to magnetic-based attacks.

Logan's healing factor also affects a number of his physical attributes by increasing them to superhuman levels. His stamina is sufficiently heightened to the point he can exert himself for numerous hours, even after exposure to powerful tranquilizers. Logan's agility and reflexes are also enhanced to levels that are beyond the physical limits of the finest human athlete. Due to his healing factor's constant regenerative qualities, he can push his muscles beyond the limits of the human body without injury. This, coupled by the constant demand placed on his muscles by over one hundred pounds of adamantium, grants him some degree of superhuman strength. Since the presence of the adamantium negates the natural structural limits of his bones, he can lift or move weight that would otherwise damage a human skeleton. He has been known to break steel chains, lift several men above his head with one arm and throw them through a wall and hauling a concert grand piano, which can weigh as much as 1,300 pounds, and the platform it rests on, via a harness, while climbing a sheer cliff.

Skills
During his time in Japan and other countries, Wolverine becomes a master of virtually all forms of martial arts and is experienced in virtually every fighting style on Earth. He is proficient with most weaponry, including firearms, though he is partial to bladed weapons. He has demonstrated sufficient skills to defeat the likes of Shang-Chi and Captain America in single combat. He also has a wide knowledge of the body and pressure points. He is also an accomplished pilot and highly skilled in the field of espionage and covert operations.

He is fluent in English, Japanese, Russian, Chinese, Cheyenne, Spanish, Arabic, and Lakota; he also has some knowledge of French, Filipino, Thai, Vietnamese, German, Italian, Portuguese, Korean, Hindi, and Persian. When Forge monitors Wolverine's vitals during a Danger Room training session, he calls Logan's physical and mental state "equivalent of an Olympic-level gymnast performing a gold medal routine while simultaneously beating four chess computers in his head."

Personality Traits
Logan will sometimes lapse into a "berserker rage" while in close combat. In this state he lashes out with the intensity and aggression of an enraged animal and is even more resistant to psionic attack. Though he loathes it, he acknowledges that it has saved his life many times, it being most notably useful when he faces those with telepathic abilities, liking to keep his own thoughts to himself. Despite his apparent ease at taking lives, he does not enjoy killing or giving in to his berserker rages. Logan adheres to a firm code of personal honor and morality.

In contrast to his brutish nature, Wolverine is extremely knowledgeable. Due to his increased lifespan, he has traveled around the world and amassed extensive knowledge of foreign languages and cultures. Much to Professor Xavier's disapproval, Wolverine is also a heavy drinker and smoker; his healing powers negate the long-term effects of alcohol and tobacco and allow him to indulge in prolonged binges.

Logan is frequently depicted as a gruff loner, often taking leave from the X-Men to deal with personal issues or problems. He is often irreverent and rebellious towards authority figures, though he is a reliable ally and capable leader. He has been a mentor and father figure to several younger women, especially Yukiko, and has had romantic relationships with numerous women, though somehow always seeming to be 'in between girlfriends.'

Position in School:
Protector and Simulation Classes Instructor

Backstory:
Born in 1880 in a small town in Canada as James Howlette to rich farmers, Logan led a very comfortable life for the majority of his childhood. Then, one day, out of anger from being fired, Thomas Logan the previous groundskeeper, came to the farm and killed James' father. Furious, bone claws emerged from James' hands for the first time in his life and with an uncontrollable rage, killed Thomas by plunging his claws into Thomas' chest who upon dying, told James the truth that he was his real father. With the secret now brought to the front, James was cast out by his mother who James' learned a few years later when he came back, killed herself out of grief. He ran away with his childhood friend, Rose, and steadily grew into a man by taking up a job in a mining colony in the Yukon Territory, taking the name 'Logan' in honor of his real father.

After a slight incident that involved killing Rose with his claws, Logan once again was forced into running and for a couple of years lived with the wolves until returning to civilization, taking up residency with the Blackfoot Indians. It was here that he fell in love with an Indian woman, Silver Fox who died at the hands of Sabretooth who Logan then found out to be his older brother, Victor, whom he had never known. To escape his inner pain, Logan enlisted himself for World War 1, proving to be quite the combatant for reasons unknown, and unquestioned by his country. After the war, Logan spent some time in Japan where he became somewhat of an idol for the Yakuza, though working under-cover to help those who had been imprisoned by them. It was here that Logan met a good number of families forced into the Yakuza's bidding, namely the Masuyo family whom he lived with for a number of years and became a sort of brother figure to the youngest and only female, Yukiko.

However, after a handful of years World War 2 came around, and silently as though not to alarm the Yakuza, Logan left to help out where he could, serving no side but his own in what he felt was right in his heart. When it was over he resided in the United States where he was later approached by some men who pho promised to help him become a better mutant. Trusting these men, not having any reason not to, Logan went with them only to have his entire bone-structure remade out of adamantium, a metal that is virtually indestructible.

After learning that these men only wanted to use him as a weapon and to wipe his memory, Logan escaped, though not without massive bloodshed on his part. Once more alone, it was then that Charles Xavier found him, implying that he had a job for him and after a good amount of work done on him by Xavier, Logan grew to trust him and agreed to help with his cause. Logan hasn't been back to Japan since, but has kept secret ties with a couple of families, hoping to bring them over to the United States where they could be free of the Yakuza.

Other:
Logan has been involved in a couple handfuls of different wars over the years. Starting with World War I, Logan has since been involved in the Russian Civil War and World War II.

After returning from World War II, Logan went out and bought himself a 1932 DKW Block 350 Motorcycle to make it easier to travel between Charles and Erik's bar and his own log cabin that he built himself in an isolated part of the woods while Erik and Logan restored the bar. He didn't care much for the idea of room mates.

Although it rarely happens, sometimes Logan's body will completely shut down on him after a pulse of excruciating pain that will eventually render him unconscious. Unknown to everyone including Logan, this is because of the metal poisoning within his system that his body is slowly starting to reject.

Real Name
Harleen Quinzel

Alias
Harley Quinn

Age
27

Height
5'7"

Weight
140 pounds

Date of birth
January 26th, 1988

Appearance

Costume

History
Harleen was a rather simple girl growing up in the comfortable 'middle class' within Gotham City, however Harleen wanted to do great things. The human psyche caught her attention at an early age, fascinated with why people do the things that they do though the more interesting stories came from criminals. The mind of a psycho was almost the most interesting because no one seemed to know much of anything solid when it came to the true 'wack jobs' and was often always left open for debate as to why they do what they do. And what better place to study wack jobs than Gotham?

Harley was just finishing High School when Old Gotham was transformed into Arkham City - a place solely for the criminals to thrive in, since there simply wasn't enough room within the jails or even Arkham Asylum. The entire city fell under quarantine, constantly watched and carefully monitored so none of the criminals could escape into Gotham and Arkham Asylum was expanded. It was then that Harleen knew what she wanted to do with her life - become a psychiatrist and research the mind to discover the hidden secrets of the weirdest and baddest of them all within Arkham Asylum.

Getting into the program, however, was difficult as Harleen wasn't quite at the top of her class. She did very well on her own, but with such a low acceptance rate into the hospital, Harleen knew she needed a little more help; a guarantee. So when grades were to be finalized in her first year of college, Harleen began to seduce her teachers and suddenly, Harleen became the top of her class.

This continued on for a few more years until finally, Harleen graduated from college with her psychiatric degree and was sent to Arkham Asylum with a stack-full of letters of recommendation and was quickly given the position. Harleen was astounded by the minds of the criminals she eventually learned to interview - from Scarecrow to Calendar Man, she thought she had heard it all... until she met The Joker.

He was charming, witty, and above all else, funny. He had her in stitches throughout most of their interviews. If she wasn't in tears from laughing, she was shedding them quietly from crying in the rare moments when The Joker would open up to her about his past. Despite what Batman has ever said to her about The Joker lying about his past, fabricating the different versions of the same stories most people had heard before in order to manipulate her, Harleen believed in The Joker. She fell in love.

She still isn't quite sure what made her snap on a particular night. Perhaps it was because The Joker had just been released from Arkham, given another chance only to come back days later, beaten, broken and bruised by the Batman himself. Maybe it was because she was on an extremely hormonal period. Whatever it was, though, Harleen broke The Joker out of Arkham, pledging her loyalty to him forever and to from then on be known as his girl, Harley Quinn.

Harley was quickly introduced to the low, grimy life of Arkham City and with her personal tour guide being one of the baddest villains in the business, Harley became 'one of them' without much fuss from the other criminals or other villains within Arkham City - afraid of what might happen to them if Joker ever caught wind of their hesitation towards 'the new girl' who used to be a 'good guy.'

She learned to fight and defend herself quickly, though she did not go without battle wounds (mostly inflicted by The Joker himself) but Harley toughened up incredibly quick, her drive to please The Joker in any and all ways possible warping and twisting her mind into an almost exact counterpart to The Clown Prince of Crime himself.

Joker's friends were her friends, and she owned Arkham City with him. Together, they are unstoppable and even apart when one or even both of them have been taken to Arkham Asylum by The Bat, they always find each other only to do it all over again. It's all a part of the game.

Powers/Abilities
Thanks to Poison Ivy, Harley is immune to all toxic poisons including Ivy's own personal touch. Trained in the field of psychoanalysis, Harley also possesses a brilliant mind which she hardly ever shows anymore because she knows her place as Joker's lady, and not his equal. Even when working alone or forced to work for The Suicide Squad, Harley will keep up the act of the 'dumb bimbo' in order to keep her image for the sake of The Joker. Harley is also a very skilled gymnast, said to rival even Catwoman and Nightwing.

Other
Whenever Harley wasn't busy studying her way through high school and college, Harley spent some ample time with gymnastics which really gave her the upper edge when it came to learn how to fight in the criminal world.

Poison Ivy and Harley have grown very close over the years, so much in fact that Ivy devised a way for Harley to be able to be immune to her poisonous touch. This especially comes in handy whenever The Joker has gone too far and doesn't want Harley around for a while or Harley doesn't want to see him and ends up staying with Ivy at her place. Although it's not at all romantic, Harley is a very affectionate person and will seek contact out from almost anyone whenever Joker isn't available and more often-times than not will find sexual comforts from Ivy herself.

On one such occasion that Harley and The Joker had split apart, The Joker made up for it by gifting Harley two hyena pups whom she named Bud and Lou. They have since grown, but Harley still refers to them as her babies though there are some times, in her more quiet moments, Harley isn't sure if her hyena 'babies' are enough for her.

|REAL//IDENTITY

NAME: Vivek Sudhir
AGE: 42
GENDER: Male
APPEARANCE:

Vivek is considered somewhat on the short side for a male, standing at a very comfortable 5'9" though what he lacks in height he makes up in his weight; tight, corded muscles bringing him to around 175 pounds. This gives him an overall 'sturdy, solid' appearance which, depending if his arms are crossed or not, sometimes gives him off to be slightly intimidating. His eyes are a deep, rich brown color that sometimes look black and hardened depending on the amount of light though the rest of his facial features remain soft, even when angry. He prefers to keep his curly hair shoulder-length and his goatee neatly trimmed though he has been known to let his hair (including facial) go during the more rougher patches in his life. Wardrobe wise, Vivek alters between two different styles depending on where he is located. When socializing with others or out on the town, he prefers to dress up a little with button-up silk shirts and either dress or leather pants. However, when alone or in the comfort of his home, he will instead throw on a tight-fitting tank top and a pair of old jeans.

OCCUPATION: Chemistry Professor at the University of Madras
LOCATION: Chennai, India
FAMILY/FRIENDS/OTHER:
Gobind Sudhir - Vivek's father (deceased)
Amala Sudhir - Vivek's mother - Located in Chennai, India
Rashmi Kuruvilla - Vivek's sister - Located in Chennai, India
Akhil Kuruvilla - Vivek's brother-in-law - Located in Chennai, India
Ravi Kuruvilla - Vivek's nephew - Located in Chennai, India
Lela Doshi - Vivek's previous girlfriend (estranged) - Location unknown
Gita Sudhir - Vivek's daughter (deceased)
Friends to be determined after set characters within the game - to be discussed-

ABILITIES/STRENGTHS:

Ability
Vivek learned at a very young age that he could manipulate matter. What started out as being able to fill an empty cup with water to now being able to shift the entire molecular structure of various astronomical features, Vivek's only real limitation stems from his knowledge of science and chemistry. He has learned indefinitely by now that everything within the universe that has a substance, mass and physical form can be manipulated by shifting different molecules and atoms within the form.

Adept Mind
Vivek has a certain sense of 'old wisdom' about him, making him appear to be older than he is when he speaks openly with his mind. He is patient in all things, able to keep his anger suppressed even under the most strenuous of times putting up a cool and collected front despite his inner struggles or current stresses.

He was also born with an adept mind in the field of science, amplified when at a young age he discovered his powers and thirsted to learn more. With all of the formulas and methods he had to study while in school, Vivek is able to comprehend, memorize and remember more than most people, able to retrieve information from his long-term memory as though he had just learned about it a few days ago. He is also a speed reader, able to read over a thousand words per minute and remembers about eighty-five percent of what he reads.

Because of Vivek's early years spent on his family's farm, he also has a wide knowledge of different animals, ranging from sheep to livestock and though he doesn't particularly talk about this skill, there has been a time or two when he was able to help a friend's sick pet or even helping a sheep give birth.

Skilled Torturer
Perhaps one of the skills Vivek possesses that he will absolutely refuse to use unless there is no other option, Vivek has a wide knowledge of torturous methods that could get someone to talk if they are withholding information. This skill was something accidentally learned by the oncoming years since his adolescence. It started small as Vivek was most usually the one picked on in school for being 'not like the others' which resulted in beatings in the street and other 'bullying' acts and even sexual hazing. But despite Vivek growing older, the 'pick on me' sign was never truly removed from him as even in the field, he was often times captured and tortured for information. Because of his strong memory, Vivek can recall every time, place, and method in which he was tortured in, but more importantly, he remembered how it was done, and how to repeat it.

Sketch Artist
In his more quiet moments, when not hitting the books or writing thesis papers, Vivek can be caught with a pencil in hand and sketching graphite drawings in great detail on whatever piece of paper he can find, though notably, he does have a small art room within his home and a plethora of pads and paper in which he expels this relaxing hobby to his fullest potential. His favored style is black and white realism and usually depicts either animals or people.

Bilingual
Having been born in India, Vivek knows the majority of the languages spoken there such as Hindi, Bengali, Marathi, Urdu, Gujarati, Punjabi, Assamese and Odia among some others. Also having spent an ample amount of time in America, Vivek has learned and can use English fluently though has been unable to lose his natural accent when speaking the language

VICES/WEAKNESSES:

Knowledgeable limitations
As stated above under 'ability' Vivek's ability is limited to that of which he knows. As a kid, his knowledge was hindered to the molecular construct of water (H2O) and to turn it into air, had to remove the two hydrogen molecules. This can get very complex when wanting to turn something like an iron bar into water, as the molecular structures further down the periodic table and beyond, get more and more complex and though he has been exersizing his ability for a number of years now, is still learning things about it.

Strength of the mind
For Vivek, something as simple as pulling a couple hydrogen molecules from an object and pushing it into a single Oxygen molecule to create water is just as easy as taking a breath - literally. Depending on how strenuous and complex the conversion, Vivek feels the recoil in a physical form - expelling the same amount of energy from his body that was made to create it. This can get rather dangerous as there have been a few occasions in which Vivek was sure he could do something, only to pass out in the middle of the process as it was simply too much for his mind and body to handle at once.

Kind heart
Vivek, despite his somewhat hardened physical appearance (mostly because of his skin color and racial stereotypes) has an exceptionally soft heart and a deep respect for human life. If ever faced with a decision to kill someone who has done wrong, no matter the extremities, Vivek will always seek an alternative solution, even if he knows that person will one day come back and harm someone else. His mind always takes them to the feelings of loved ones, unable to rob a father from a child, or a sister from a brother. He is a firm believer of second chances, and thirds, and fourths...

Reserved nature
Vivek is no leader type, preferring to stay along the sidelines and watch rather than engage in an important, ongoing conversation (unless it pertains to science or other fields he is proficient in, in which case he would quietly bring up a suggestion). He is quiet in speech and short with his words, much preferring the solace of his own mind to a room full of loud, talkative friends.

BACKSTORY:

DIVISIONS BELONGING TO:

The Third Division
The Fifth Division

|SUPERHERO//PERSONA

NAME/TITLE: The Iron Atom (Some call him Atom for short - pronounced 'Adam' -)

APPEARANCE:

Vivek keeps his costume dark with a small splash of purple color for the finer detailed accents. He prefers functionality over cosmetic appeal - liking the element of being able to run in a sturdy pair of shoes and fluid movement with easy-to-wear pants. He keeps his identity (and dark-skinned complexion) concealed by a thick hood that masks his face into the shadows, it's rigid outline keeping it from flexing and billowing under certain circumstances.

TOOLS/WEAPONS:
Although Vivek isn't particularly trained in it, he keeps a retractable bo-staff strapped to his back which he is able to pull and manipulate into a material or object he deems necessary for whatever project he is currently working on and sometimes, just sometimes, he uses it for hitting people.
Small syringes of a yellow liquid take up the inside pouches of his belt that, if feeling fatigued when expelling his ability too much, he will inject into his blood stream for a quick boost of adrenaline.

TRADEMARKS:
Vivek comes from India and is strongly, physically such. He has the dark skin, curly dark hair and thick accent that stand him apart from most everyone within America, let alone The Division.

White indicates sources where Alan can get information he is currently seeking or a good place for him to hide for a few moments if the need should ever arise. Though Alan has only just started "seeing" the world this way, he still has yet to understand what any of the colors mean and is unable to concentrate on them long enough to even know if what he is seeing is actually there or some sort of hallucination, leaving him with a migrane-level headache. Though as he exercises his abilities, Alan will be able to turn this ability on and off, understand their meaning and be able to use them to their full potential.

These colors are prone to change, however, as situations and Alan's personal bias towards what is going on also changes, therefore someone he sees as an ally could potentially turn to someone he sees as a threat, and so on.

Eventually, this power will "evolve" into a more advanced outlook for Alan to understand, making each of his senses more sensitive. This will allow Alan to be able to detect the heartbeat of a concentrated individual in a specific perimeter to him and even be able to forsee a gold path that the person he is concentrating on will be taking up to fifty yards at a time. With this, Alan will also be able to inversely "see" where they have been. This is particularly helpful when tailing someone or detecting the path an enemy would take in order to set up a trap or lay an ambush, or to check out an area they have been to search for items or information needed. At his full potential Alan will be able to pick up cold trails or locate disguised enemies (including shape shifters) which appear red to him, however with this more heightened ability, it causes Alan to concentrate harder and scrutinize people individually rather than in a crowd, once more leaving him with a blinding headache that can last for hours at a time.

In a more bizarre turn of events, this ability will also grant Alan the unwanted ability to peer into the memories of a person dying should he be touching them during their time of death, even if it is by his own hand.

Flight

Though not developed yet, Alan will eventually have the ability to fly, once his wings break through. This will allow him to soar the skies at the height most birds can and maneuver through the air with the greatest of ease. The wings will allow him to gain elevation, dive-bomb, glide, descend and so on. The wings themselves are very fragile and susceptible to damage if ever in close-range combat. It is because of this that Alan will have to learn how to retract the wings back into his body, if not just for the sake of looking normal again.

Skills

Alan's bones are a lot less dense than normal bones. They are extremely porous and the larger, thicker bones even have a sort of hollowness to them. This makes Alan much lighter than how he looks, allowing him to jump higher and further than the average human, making vaulting over objects and climbing a cinch for the youth. His years as an acrobatic performer helped to fine-tune these skills so that he is able to use them to precision - able to jump from one object to another with varying size and stability.

His acrobatic skills also gave him the art of timing, able to calculate jumps and honed his reflexes into something superior to avoid injury. Tightrope walking and the trapeze being his two main events, he learned these very quickly and has only gotten better and more fluid in his movements as a performer.

Personality Traits

Alan has a very positive outlook on life and is generally a very easy-going kind of guy. Having been subjected to a rather poor lifestyle, constantly surrounded by the smell of shit and sweaty bodies, Alan has always taken the little things in life for full value. The smell of a flower, the feeling of a gentle breeze rolling over his skin, the soft touch of a woman...

Most of his (male) companions in the circus poke a bit of fun at him for being overly sensitive, but Alan's thick skin and playful personality doesn't take their teasing negatively, though in the more quiet times in his life, he does wonder if perhaps they might be right.

He's got a very adventurous spirit about him, always wanting to make each show he does different and more exciting and while it can be dangerous, Alan finds that he practically craves the adrenaline rush he gets at the very idea that injury could very much be a thing. This makes him a bit reckless at times though at face-value, Alan tends to be more calm and calculated on the outside.

Position in School:

Student

Backstory:

Alan was born and raised into a family deep into the traveling circus business, and was raised in the carny lifestyle. As a kid, Alan was tasked with caring and cleaning up after the animals though eventually worked his way up to aerial acrobatics. His parents were amazed at just how natural Alan acted when it came to heights. Even when the trapeze artists tried to discourage the young boy from the dangerous act by having him join them in practice, including jumps (with a safety net), twists, grabs and so on, Alan only grew to love the sport even more. So in the air he stayed and as he grew older, became one of the most famous aerial acrobats.

The nickname "Horus" was given to him by his fellow trapeze group, joking about how he was a "God" of aerial acrobatics, and eventually fashioned him a skin-tight jumpsuit with the emblem of a falcon in the middle. Alan went with the jest, finding the humor in it himself and found himself rather liking the nickname.

As he grew from a youth into a man, strange things began to happen. So strange, in fact, during the middle of a show, Alan's vision blurred for a few moments as he was jumping from one trapeze to another, and then suddenly there were flashes of colors he didn't quite understand. His partner that was supposed to catch him turned blue, there was a glint of gold in his peripheral vision, the crowd became a muddied mess of blue. He could hear heartbeats, hundreds at a time. It all happened in a split second, but it was enough to throw him off balance in his jump and ended up missing his partners hands, falling into the safety net below. That in itself had been humiliating, and after trying to explain what had happened to his friends and parents, they shrugged it off as some sort of "you need more sleep."

But the colors kept coming after that. It was only every once in a while, mostly in the most inconvenient of times. Though, having grown up with contortionists, the bearded lady, men who stab themselves with needles and swords without shedding blood, fire-eaters and clowns, Alan then just decided that what he was going through was normal for the circus life, no longer wanting to make a big deal about it. Unfortunately, it was hindering his work as an acrobat.

He was about ready to ask his parents if he could take a break from his duties for a while when a man approached him, claiming to know how he was feeling. The man introduced himself as Charles Xavier and after a bit of convincing to hear the man out, Charles explained to Alan that though he was already different by living with circus people, he was even more different, classifying him as a mutant. Charles then further demonstrated his own mutant powers by speaking into Alan's head through telepathy - something he had never encountered before even in the circus. It was impossible to pin it as some sort of street-show that he had been accustomed to. After getting his attention, Charles then explained to him a school that he and two other mutants were building up for people like him; to not only provide education but knowledge and understanding of the powers they had been gifted with. Figuring it was the only way he was going to get answers, Alan decided to leave his family and friends behind to embark on a new journey - a life outside the circus tent and smelly, crowded trailers.

Other:

When his abilities start up randomly, or he tries to use them, Alan is almost always overcome by a searing headache that forces his body to shut down. This most often leaves him breathless and in agony, but is able to sleep it off after a few hours or take some pain medication (though this method rarely works) but there have been instances where the pain has reduced him to sudden blackouts that can last up to thirty minutes.

Alan also has random spurts of pain that shoot through his back. Believing it to be some injury related to his career as an acrobat, he doesn't give it much thought though plans on seeing a physician about it in the near future if it persists.

He also smokes occasionally. The carny life has exposed him to tobacco products quite early and took up the habit when he was only sixteen years old. He's far from a pack a day kind of guy, but after a good, long, hard day, he likes to wind down with a good smoke and simply relax both his mind and body.

Real Name
Jack Napier (speculation)

Code Name
The Joker, Mr. J., Puddin', The Clown Prince of Crime

Age
36 (or so)

Height
6'5"

Weight
160 pounds

Date of birth
N/A (Harley usually decides on random dates every year)

Appearance

History
It is difficult to determine what is truth and what is false about the Joker. Though the story he seems to stick to most often is his life as an engineer at a chemical plant that he quit to pursue his dream of becoming a stand-up comedian - however it was very short lived. Failing miserably, and desperate to support his pregnant wife, Jeannie, he agreed to help a pair of criminals break into the old plant where he used to work, being promised a great amount of cash. While he was planning the heist, police contacted him, letting him know that his wife and unborn child had fallen victim to a household accident, and had died. Stricken with grief, he quickly tried to back out of the plan of breaking the criminals into the chemical plant, but the thugs ended up strong-arming him into keeping his end of the bargain. As soon as they entered the plan, however, they were immediately caught by security and guns were fired. The two thugs were immediately killed, and while trying to escape for his own life, he came into contact with the Batman himself. Terrified, he jumped over the rail and plummeted himself into a vat of chemicals, forever changing his appearance to the sickly white skin, blood red lips and bright green hair everyone knows the Joker by.

There have been many other variations to this story over the years, slight changes that lead many to believe that his story isn't true at all. One such change involves a persona where he called himself the Red Hood and wore a red dome over his head to conceal his identity to keep from being spotted by any workers that might recognize him at his old job.

Though if any variation of this story were true, it is still unclear whether or not the chemical change that disfigured his body was also the cause of his disfigured brain, or did the previous "Jack Napier" have a psychopathic, murderous streak in him the whole time?

What is known, about the Joker, is who he is now.

From the Joker's first appearance in Gotham, he has been willing to wreak as much havoc as possible upon innocent people in order to claim the mantle of Gotham City's greatest criminal mastermind. Throughout his decades-long war with Batman, he has committed crimes both whimsical and inhumanly brutal, all with a personal sense of logic.

Landing himself in Arkham Asylum on more than one occasion, the Joker was eventually assigned a new psychiatrist by the name of Harleen Quinzel. Immediately, simply by her name-sake and how easily it could be twisted into Harlequin, the Joker's mind set to work. He grew close to her, learned her secrets and spewed off stories of his own that may or may not be true, but it got her to sympathize with him. At first she was resilient, but as time went on, he could see the effect he was having on her. Unfortunately, so did the rest of the Arkham Asylum employees. They pulled Harleen from him, assigning him someone else, but the Joker didn't stick around long enough to get to know the new guy. He broke out of Arkham, ready to wreck havoc on the city but was soon returned to Arkham Asylum, beaten, bloody and broken by Batman.

Outraged, seeing just what sort of man the Batman really was, Harleen snapped. Going out on the town, she broke into a costume shop, grabbing the first outfit she could find (ironically a jester outfit) and helped herself to as many prank gadgets as she could. Then, returning to Arkham Asylum, Harleen, now calling herself Harley Quinn, used her knowledge of the building, her athleticism, and smarts, to get the Joker out and returned him to Amusement Mile where they could start a life of crime together.

Powers/Abilities
The Joker commits crimes with countless "comedic" weapons (such as razor-sharp playing cards, acid flowers, cyanide pies and lethal electric joy buzzers) and Joker Venom, also called "Happy Gas" - a deadly poison that infects his victims with a ghoulish grin as they die while laughing uncontrollably. This venom comes in many forms; from gas to darts to liquid poison, and has been his primary calling card from his first appearance until the present. By coincidence or careful chemistry, Joker himself is immune to it. The Joker is also not above using guns and other "mainstream" weapons, and almost always has a dagger and pistol on his person. His fighting whenever confronted by other villains or the bat himself can lead others to believe that he has had some military training in his "mysterious" youth, though he has never confirmed nor denied this.

Joker is also very skilled in the fields of chemistry, genetics, and nuclear engineering. And though no hacker, Joker can rig up and use a computer on a more advanced level than your average Joe, though he usually uses monitors to stream video of himself rather than use them for much else (save for bomb countdowns, security and so on).

Though not exactly a skill, as it can't be explained, Joker has cheated death numerous times, even in seemingly inescapable and lethal situations. Though he has been seen caught in explosions, been shot repeatedly, dropped from heights, electrocuted, etc., the Joker always manages to return fully alive and (sometimes) unscathed to wreak havoc again.

Other
Having worked in a chemical factory, the Joker is very scientific and experimental, which is where most of the drugs that his fellow crime partners use, such as Scarecrow’s Fear Toxin and an equivalent to Bane’s Venom. These drugs he tries to sell on the black market to make some extra cash and give the crime syndicate a push in the right direction - or wrong direction.

Or is the wrong direction the right direction?

Real Name
Slade Joseph Wilson

Code Name
Deathstroke the Mercenary

Age
46

Height
6'4"

Weight
225 pounds

Date of birth
October 10th

Appearance

History
As a boy, Slade was known to be headstrong, resilient and exceptionally athletic. It was perhaps his only saving grace with the poverty-level upbringing he had by a single mother. He was put into any and all sports that were available in the area, but even that wasn't enough for the youth. He was only sixteen years old when he first enlisted in the United States Army, having lied about his age rather convincingly. By the time the government caught onto what he had done, he had risen so far up in ranks and had proven himself a hundred times over, that they simply couldn't find it in themselves to send him back home - he was far too valuable a soldier.

It was just a few years later that he met Captain Adeline Kane, who was tasked with training young soldiers in new fighting techniques, readying them for the upcoming war in Vietnam. Captain Kane was immediately impressed by Slade's abilities and how quickly he adapted to modern conventions of warfare. Anything she threw at him, he took head-on and conquered it. Any gun, any blade, any explosive weapon - Slade made it his bitch, proving that anyone could learn anything, no matter the circumstance.

Captain Kane almost immediately fell in love with him, or more so the realization that he was, without a doubt, the most able-bodied combatant she had ever encountered - maybe even anyone in the entire Army had encountered. She offered to privately train Slade, taking on a subject that she knew he hadn't mastered yet - Guerrilla Warfare. IN less than a year, Slade had even this technique mastered, and was eagerly awaiting to be taught more, but with nothing left to teach him, he was instead promoted to the rank of Lieutenant Colonel. Six months later, and he and Captain Kane were married and became pregnant with their first child - Grant.

Slade continued on active duty while Adeline stayed home to raise their son. Needing the extra cash, Slade volunteered himself for an extremely vague position within the army that Slade later knew as the Australian Secret Intelligence Service/ASIS unit. He left the comfortable confines of his Army life and gave his all to ASIS, who immediately put him to work - Mercenary work - Australian Special Intelligence Service. At first, Slade found a lot wrong with hunting down and killing people like animals, but after much persuasion and manipulation, Slade learned to cope with it. After only just a few months, a new mission was given to Slade that put him on a plane to Japan, however the aircraft was shot down into the ocean. By some miracle, Slade wound up on an island, Lian Yu, that was crawling with the Japanese and a special military service that had their own contract to fulfill - one of Slade's comrades.

Slade never did figure out what it was that they wanted his team for. Only he and three others survived the attack and the other two eventually died - one to the elements of the island, and the other to being captured, tortured for information, and then killed. Slade spent the next few years in hiding, plotting and planning his escape until finally, after three more years and after a really bad storm, a small group of poor bastards washed ashore, looking to him for help. Though they were far from heroes, Slade did what he could with the small group, though in the end, only he and one other were left alive to retell the tale of their escape - a rich boy by the name of Oliver Queen.

There was a single instance on that island that changed Slade's life forever, however. After a failed attack attempt for the only working ship on the island, Slade was mortally wounded and destined to die, however Oliver refused to give in, and left Slade to explore the old ruins of a Japanese ship that had been long forgotten about until that moment. Oliver then discovered that the entire reason the island was crawling with Japanese and a rogue army had been found. A briefcase - filled with vials of a neon green liquid the Japanese called the Mirakuru. It was a rumored concoction; an experimental drug that was meant to turn ordinary men into super soldiers. However, Oliver also found disfigured skeletons amongst the ruined Japanese ship, and realized that the Mirakuru also had the ability to kill those it was used on. Not having much of an option, Oliver returned to Slade, destroying every other vial except the one. He told Slade that the Mirikuru had the ability to either kill him, or save him. Slade ordered him to do it - he was dead either way.

The serum was injected, and for a few hours, Slade was dead. Giving up on his leader, Oliver left to continue Slade's plan of escape. However, Slade's body slowly took to the formula, and by some unspoken means, was brought back, stronger, smarter, quicker - he had become a super soldier. The serum warped his mind, however, and went on a berserker rampage on the Japanese. Oliver was the only one that was able to calm him down enough before he found himself amongst the other bodies, and the two were able to escape.

Once back home, after years of being assumed dead, Slade came to the realization that not only was Grant 4 years old, but Adeline had become pregnant with another before his departure and had given birth, naming him Joseph after Slade's own middle name. Taking a much needed break from his special force team, Slade then became incredibly invested in his two sons, teaching them the ways of combat and the world, training them to become strong men of both body and mind. Unfortunately, what was left of the team Slade and Oliver had left behind on Lian Yu had managed to track him down. He was the only specimen to have ever successfully taken the Mirakuru drug and lived. But when Slade didn't want anything to do with them, and told them upfront, Slade was forced into yet again another situation that would change his life.

The organized task force kidnapped his son, Joseph, and held him for ransom. With a bit of quick thinking, and adapting to his new super-human abilities, Slade managed to get his son back but not before they cut his throat enough to damage his vocal cords for the rest of his life. Furious, and deeming it Slade's fault, Adeline went at Slade in an angry rage and managed to cut out one of his eyes before demanding that he leave forever. With a heavy heart, and wounded pride, Slade left his wife and two sons who later grew up to hate him and even consider him their enemy.

Slade tried to take some time off from his Mercenary life, wanting to reflect on his own life and see if he might be able to get his family back. However the Mirakuru inside of him kept him restless, and once more, Slade threw himself back into the Mercenary lifestyle. After a few years, he met a woman, Lillian Worth, through a search-and-rescue mission in Cambodia. After a very quick love affair, Lillian gave birth to their daughter who she named Rose. However, knowing Slade's background, Lillian kept Rose a secret from Slade, and raised Rose on her own. It wasn't until Rose was into her teen years when she had asked enough questions and gathered enough information to know that Slade Wilson was her father. She reached out to him immediately, but Slade ignored her, unable to withstand the knowledge that he had yet another child he had failed to raise the way he wanted. But after Lillian's death, and Rose's affiliation with his son Joseph in the Teen Titans, Slade finally stepped in and took in Rose, picking up where he had left off with his boys and trained her to become a deadly force that the Titans eventually found enough reason to kick her out for.

Now, Slade and Rose rule the night - the perfect father and daughter mercenary team. That is, until one of Rose's slip-ups landed Slade in Belle Reve with a computerized microchip embedded into his neck...

Powers/Abilities
Slade possesses various enhanced abilities forced upon him by the Mirakuru serum which are recorded to exceed well beyond that of any average human. These abilities include the strength of ten men and heightened durability, stamina, speed, agility, sense and reflexes. In his strength, he has been able to lift at least five metric tons. His brain is now unlocked to him to be able to use ninety percent of it where as a normal human can only access about twenty percent, making him a tactical genius adept at turning opponents' own abilities against them. This is only highlighted by his years of service in the Army and Australian Special Forces.

On the subject of his brain, Slade possesses genius level intellect and is often displayed as a calm yet ruthless mastermind when it comes to his personal exploits and scheming the downfall of his enemies. He first studies his adversary to look for their weak points and vulnerabilities (even if it means facing them blind and losing to gain the information) and then strikes viciously with devastating efficiency.

Slade also has a powerful regenerative healing factor in his blood that enables him to heal from physical injury much faster than a normal person. However, it does have limitations, as he could not heal his missing eye and though it has never been tested, he would be willing to bet that he would not be able to regenerate entire limbs. This healing factor enables him to recover from what would otherwise be fatal injuries, though recovering from such injuries renders him practically insane and near-animalistic for a short period of time during his administrations. He has even gone as far as giving Rose a false kryptonite eye, knowing fully well that it could poison her, but his lust for wanting Superman weakened clouded his fatherly judgement.

Having been trained to the very limits in combat with weapons in the Army, Slade is also extremely skilled and formidable in hand-to-hand combat and marital arts. He has proved himself to be one of the best fighters in the United States and Australian Army and Special Forces and through his martial arts training, he took on boxing, karate, jujitsu and ninjutsu.

On a side note, Slade is also very proficient in other languages, such as Russian, Japanese and Korean.

Other
Though he loves his kids more than anything, Slade has subconsciously distanced himself from them as his two sons want him dead and his daughter is considered more of an asset than family. Rose does, however, break through his "tough guy" walls once in a while and is able to get through to him as a father, but because of the Mirakuru, these moments are very few and far between... and he hates it.

Real Name
Richard "Dick" John Grayson

Code Name
Nightwing

Age
23

Height
5'10"

Weight
175 pounds

Date of birth
March 21st

Appearance

History
Born into a family of acrobats, "The Flying Grayson's" became quite a popular show in Gotham and the main event of the circus. During one such show, Bruce Wayne happened to be in the audience, having taken a Chase Meridian out on a date, however the date was over almost before it started as Two Face took up the mantle of the ring leader. He had installed a bomb within the tent, and the Grayson family did all that they could to stop it while Batman dealt with Two Face. The bomb was diffused, but not before the trapeze Richard's family was using to get the bomb out of the tent broke. From the top of the tent, Richard watched as his family fell to their deaths. Feeling responsible for Richard's family, Bruce offered to take in Richard as his ward, however the boy's curiosity landed him smack dab in the middle of the batcave. Not exactly having a choice in the matter, Bruce suddenly had a sidekick - Robin.

Richard and Bruce became near-inseparable, both in and out of costume. However as Richard grew older, his need for independence grew stronger, causing quite a few fights between him and Bruce. It didn't help that for a while, Richard had been deemed the leader of the Teen Titans, which made his want for independence stronger. Eventually, Richard had, had enough, and left Gotham to become his own hero, dropping the costume and the name Robin and called himself Nightwing. He became the protector of Blüdhaven, Gotham's economically troubled neighboring city.

There was a brief time when Richard was pulled back into Gotham after Batman had gone missing and Bruce Wayne was believed dead. Fulfilling his duty as a hero, Richard adorned the Batman cowl for a short while until Bruce came back, and then returned to Blüdhaven to continue his work. He still pops into Gotham every once in a while when he doesn't feel as though Bruce can protect the city on his own, and occasionally even tag-teams with the caped crusader.

Powers/Abilities
Through the years, Richard has almost reached Batman to a point and is believed literally and figuratively to be his successor. He is a world-class detective, second only to the likes of Batman. Having been trained by The Dark Knight himself, he was rigorously trained in everything from escapology to criminology, fencing, stealth, disguise, and numerous other combat/non-combat disciplines.

His earlier years as a prodigious natural athlete gave him peak human levels of agility and acrobatic skills, often-times being referred to as the greatest acrobat who has ever lived, even when compared to Batman. To this day, Richard is still the only person on Earth (on record) who can do a quadruple somersault.

Also thanks to Batman's training, Richard has the ability to instill fear into others. While not as efficient as Batman in this category, he still uses this ability effectively and can be quite an intimidating force.

As Nightwing, Richard is a master of dozens of martial arts disciplines, with an emphasis on Aikido and Escrima, taught to him by Batman. His preferred fighting style combines Escrima, Judo, Savate, Capoeira, Aikido, Boxing, Wing Chun, Hapkido, Jeet Kune Do, Taijiquan, Ninjutsu, and Bojitsu with his acrobatic abilities. He is considered on of the finest human combatants in unarmed combat, almost on par with Batman. He has fought and held his own or defeated some of the best fighters in the world, most notably Ra's Al Ghul, Deathstroke, Jason Todd, Shrike, Red Arrow/Arsenal, Azrael and even Batman himself. When armed, Richard has also been trained as an expert on almost all types of weaponry, but is not by any means the best. Though when it comes to marksmanship, Richard almost never misses his targets (9/10).

His training has made him a master at stealth, capable of easily breaching high security facilities without being detected. He has been compared to Batman many times in terms of stealth and has been stated to be on equal ground as the Dark Knight in this field, having even been able to sneak up on him successfully a few times. He has also been trained in hunting and tracking by Batman, also considered to be on Batman's level field. Also as good as Batman is his ability to disguise himself without detection.

Beginning immediately after Batman agreed to have Richard as a sidekick, on of the first things Batman taught Richard was how to escape, in turn making him a master escape artist. Though not as good as Batman, he is proficient enough, to be only second to Batman himself in this category.

It goes without saying that Richard is also in peak physical condition. He conditions his body regularly, giving him above average (Olympian) endurance, strength, reflexes, speed, agility and durability.

Just like Bruce, Richard is also multilingual in the languages of English, French, Chinese, Spanish, Russian, Japanese, German, Swahili, Mandarin, Contonese and somewhat decent in various other languages such as Romany and the alien language of Tamaran.

His time as a leader for the Teen Titans has also honed Richard into becoming an exceptionally skilled leader that only advanced through his involvement with the Outsiders and even the Justice League. Additionally, Richard's efforts to remain in contact with other heroes makes him a master at rallying, unifying, and inspiring the superhero community, a skill in which he has surpassed his mentor completely. Also unlike Bruce, Richard has looser tactical methods that relies more on intuition and timing, rather than meticulous preparation.

Other
Because of Two Face's involvement with the death of his family, Richard holds an almost unhealthy grudge against the man and will nearly stop at nothing to see (what he calls justice) revenge served. There have been a few times that Richard could have killed Two Face, but Batman was able to talk him out of it. At night, when it's quiet, Richard isn't sure whether or not he should thank Batman for interfering, or regrets not ending the man himself all those years ago.

Real Name
Tim Drake

Code Name
Red Robin

Age
17

Height
5'5"

Weight
125 pounds

Date of birth
July 19th

Appearance

History
Tim was born the son of Jack Drake and Janet Drake, coming from the same social class as Bruce Wayne. When he was very young, he visited the circus for the first time with his parents. The Drakes asked the Flying Graysons for a photo together, resulting in a momentary bond between Tim and Dick Grayson as they met for the first time. Unfortunately, this was the same circus show in which Two Face took over and young Tim bore witness to the death of the Flying Graysons, save for Richard. The Drake family, feeling rather empathetic towards Richard, sent him the photo that their family took with his.

After reaching the age of nine, Tim was able to deduce the identities of Batman and Robin as Bruce Wayne and Dick Grayson after witnessing a gymnastic move by Robin that Richard Grayson displayed while performing with the Flying Graysons - a quadruple somersault. Inspired by the heroes, Tim trained himself in martial arts, acrobatics, detective works, in addition excel in scholastic to better himself in both physically and intellectually. When Tim reached the age of thirteen, he noted that Batman had grown reckless and violent following the second Robin (Jason Todd) being murdered by the Joker, Tim decided to intervene and Batman eventually enlisted him as the third Robin after his mother's death and his father's paralysis.

Before joining Batman as the third Robin, however, Tim was sent away to train abroad with numerous masters, refining his already skilled martial arts. Unfortunately, just prior to completing his training, the ruthless Obeah Man later captured Tim's parents during a trip to the Caribbean. The Obeah man intended to sacrifice them, but Batman arrived to their rescue. Unfortunately, Janet and Jack both drank some water laced with poison, and Janet died, while Jack was left in a coma with paralysis. Batman began to reconsider Tim for the role of Robin, due to his fear that Tim was now motivated by anger, just as Jason had been. Tim, however, became more driven by his desire to do what was right, rather than petty revenge. After later saving Batman and Vicki Vale and defeating the Scarecrow, Bruce at last bestowed upon Tim the mantle of Robin, as well as a new costume. However, following the events of his father's death - a boomerang to the heart by Captain Boomerang himself, Tim relocated to Blüdhaven for a period of time in order to escape the "ghosts" of Gotham City and to stay close to his stepmother who had been admitted into a Blüdhaven clinic after going into psychological shock over Tim's father's death.

When Nightwing left the Titans for a short time in order to find himself, Tim followed him and after helping Dick solve a mystery at Haly's Circus, was able to convince Dick that Batman needed help. However, where Dick intended to help Batman as Nightwing, Tim remained convinced that Batman needed Robin more. Dick ignored these pleads and raced off to help his mentor, only for both Dick and Bruce to be captured by Two-Face.

Realizing that his idols were in danger, Tim donned the costume of Robin, at only thirteen years old and with the help of Alfred Pennyworth, was able to rescue them. Batman, although extremely reluctant, accepted Tim as the new Robin on a trial basis after being convinced by the boy, as well as Dick and Alfred. He was trained over several months, first by Alfred, then Batman, and finally Nightwing before ever being allowed to wear the costume again or go into the field. Tim spent the next handful of years training under Batman, though he already showed incredible skill and masterful detective work, Bruce was able to hone his abilities into becoming arguably the best Robin Gotham had ever seen. But instead of taking on the name Robin, Tim wanted to honor Jason Todd's memory and instead began calling himself Red Robin.

Tim eventually filled in the place of leader of the Teen Titans left behind by Richard Grayson in years past. Though he still helps Bruce clean up the streets of Gotham whenever there seems to be a dull period, he spends most of his time at the Teen Titan tower, helping to shape the potential new generation of the Justice League.

Powers/Abilities
Tim has been trained by Batman, Nightwing, Batgirl, Lady Shiva and assorted others in a wide assortment of martial arts disciplines which include but are not limited to Kung Fu, Aikido, Jeet Kune Do, Escrima, Krav Maga, Tae Kwon Do, Judo, Wing Chun, Hapkido, Karate, Savate, Kendo, Ninjitsu, Tai Chi, Leopard Kung fu and Biangan. His abilities with the bo-staff gives him an extra edge with his fighting. He has also been considered the most skilled hero in all of Gotham with his preferred weapon of choice. Although he has not mastered near as many fighting styles as his mentors, he has managed to use the training given to be considered a highly skilled combatant.

Batman and Nightwing have also trained Tim to be skilled in escaping from any trap, lock or captivity, ranging from the most simplistic of handcuffs to the most elaborate of cages. He is by no means a master and still makes a lot of mistakes, but he is well on his way to rivaling his mentors.

His naturally high intellect allows him to excel in computer science and more importantly as a skilled detective. Further more, Tim apparently has a firm grasp of assorted scientific techniques including biology, engineering and genetics, as he has done his fair share of dabbling in cloning. Batman states that Tim could potentially be smarter and better than himself, even, if given time.

Batman also saw to it that Tim was well trained in disciplines, such as forensic, criminology, acrobatics, stealth, disguise, and escapology. His ability to deduce the secret identities of superheroes on his own has been used to underscore his skill. Among the identities used in this way are the Batman, both of his predecessors as Robin, the Huntress, Impulse, the Flash, and Captain Marvel.

Tim, much like Dick Grayson is also a brilliant and experienced strategist with impressive leadership skills, having served as leader to the Teen Titans, Young Justice, and even being placed in charge of the rescue efforts of Blüdhaven by Superman, following the attack made by Deathstroke and his fellow villains. In recent times, he has managed to orchestrate the unified control of the Gotham Street Gangs, thus reducing the threats they pose to the city.

Other
Tim is what you would call a straight-shooter and doesn't believe himself to be above the law. He is still very young at heart, and simply wants things done the right way. That being said, he has never indulged in smoking, drinking or any other drugs and though he has had a handful of girlfriends, has never undergone anything more physically serious than somewhere around second base.

Real Name
Grant Wilson

Code Name
Ravager

Age
25

Height
6'2"

Weight
195 pounds

Date of birth
April 13th

Appearance

History
Grant Wilson grew up idolizing Deathstroke, although he was unaware that the mercenary was his father, because his parents had been separated when he was very young. He was already in militairy school (wanting to learn everything Deathstroke knew) when his mother's life had been attempted by an assassin, going after information on their father. When he came home and heard about what had happened, Adeline told both Grant and his little brother Joey who their father was, which threw Grant for an emotional loop.

He later moved to New York City and which point he was seduced into joining in with H.I.V.E. a group of assassins that's main focus was the Teen Titans. However, his new friends and his constant infidelity threatened his relationship with girlfriend Carol Sladky. The final straw came when Starfire crashed into his apartment, and his living space was destroyed by Gordanians who were hunting the alien princess. The New Teen Titans fended off the Gordanians, but Grant blamed them for both destroying his apartment and convincing Carol to leave him. Not even giving a regard that his little brother was a member of the Titans, Grant saw to it that they were attacked by him frequently.

In a bid for revenge, he allowed H.I.V.E. scientists to give him powers that were identical to those of Deathstroke. The formula killed him in the process, but the given-ability of regeneration was quick to start his heart back up, bringing him back after just sixty seconds of death. Taking on the name Ravager, he promised to assassinate the Titans. Each and every one of them. Deathstroke tried to warn his son that his powers were unstable and slowly killing him, but Ravager refused to listen.

In one particular attack on the Titans, Grant was assumed dead, though no body was ever found, and ended up disappearing for a number of years until he came back to kill his father. Grant surreptitiously manipulated Deathstroke, by allying himself with the fathers of one of Slade's victims and sending a number of villains called Legacy to weaken the mercenary before really facing him. In the aftermath, even having a chance to kill Deathstroke, Grant hesitated and simply walked away for reasons he doesn't even know.

Since then, Grant has made quite the name for himself as Ravager, going as far as killing several people in their homes, including two policemen in their beds, in order to catch Batman's attention. He was later hired by Two-Face to kill the Batman, but ultimately he failed.

Grant has been on the down low as of late, presumably licking his wounds and readying another attack on whoever pisses him off first - whether it be the Teen Titans, his father, or the Bat.

Powers/Abilities
Grant Wilson was enhanced by H.I.V.E. scientists, having tried to recreate the Mirikuru that Slade Wilson has in his system. The process actually killed him for the whole of sixty-seconds, but the fast-working regenerative powers started his heart again. This process has made Grant near superhuman.

Like his father, Grant is able to utilize nine times more than a human's full brain capacity for information processing and sorting, making his mind is virtually a computer built for strategy and problem-solving, one that works at optimal ability even when under stress and fatigue. Using his superior problem-solving skills, Grant can work out a battle ahead of time for many possibilities and predict enemy movements and tactics after the battle has engaged by recalling and utilizing memorized mannerisms acquired through past experience on a moment's notice. He is also ingenious in devising solutions against superior aspects of opponents, can observe and exploit, and can calculate distance, speed, and time at lightning speeds; his sense of timing is superb, bordering on perfection.

Also given by the Mirakuru, Grant possesses enhanced reflexes. The speed at which he reacts allows him to dodge fast-moving projectiles such as arrows and bullets. He can usually out-react even the fastest humans, no matter how well-trained save for meta-humans such as the Flash. His entire muscular system was hardened and strengthened, allowing Grant to be "as strong as 10 men" rivaling his own father. He can exert himself at peak capacity greater than any human could and possess the ability to run at speeds of up to 30mph and long distances far out-performing any Olympic athlete.

Grant's senses have also been augmented to higher levels of ability. He can hear, see, and smell things better than a normal human.

With an enhanced ability to heal damaged tissue, the rate at which Grant's body recovers from injury and capable of being repaired before death. As such, Grant's body can take a tremendous amount of punishment before succumbing to death. Simple gunshots and stab wounds, cuts, and broken bones can heal faster then normal. He was once impaled clean through his chest, and it did nothing but slow him down and cause great pain. His regenerative abilities have some affect on his body's ability to process through harmful, foreign substances as well, and he has become naturally immune to deadly poisons and illnesses. It is because of this that Grant, like his father, ages at a slower rate, appearing younger than he actually is.

On an offensive scale, Grant has been expertly honed under the practices of hand-to-hand combat, swordsmanship and tactical analysis. Though unlike his father, doesn't posses quite the fortitude of assault weapons by comparison.

Other
Despite his utter hatred for the man, Grant seems to take a lot after him; fighting, the mercenary lifestyle, even dressing up like him. He does not understand it, but convinces himself that to understand his fathers tactics that he might have the chance to kill him again, he has to be him.

Real Name
Joseph Wilson

Code Name
Jericho

Age
22

Height
6'0"

Weight
170 pounds

Date of birth
August 7th

Appearance

History
Joseph was the second son of Slade and Adeline Wilson, however he was born while his father was still on active duty so Adeline gave Joseph his father's middle name. He was a musical prodigy, showing very early signs of intelligence and on the higher end of the percentile growth for others his age. He even showed incredible skill when it came to arts and crafts, painting a portrait of their family at just a few years old. Fascinated with his son's abilities, Slade (unknown to Adeline) began to experiment on Joseph, though it seemed that his efforts were in vain as nothing came to the surface. When Joseph was three, he was held hostage by the terrorist, Jackal in an effort to obtain information from his father. Deathstroke refused to cooperate with Jackal, citing a violation of his professional code of ethics. Deathstroke managed to rescue his son, but not before one of Jackal's men cut his throat. As a result, Joseph was rendered mute.

Following the incident, Adeline divorced Slade after trying to kill him with a knife but only ended up being able to cut his eye out. She took Joseph and his older brother Grant with her away from Slade, cutting ties with him forever.

Later in life, Joseph learned to communicate through sign language and despite the horrific events in his life, managed to cope with the memories by means of extensive therapy and turned out to be a very happy little boy. In his late teens, Joey (as Adeline started calling him, no longer wanting any association with her ex-husband) discovered that he possessed the metahuman power to take possession of any humanoid being by making eye contact with it, a result of biological experimentations done by his father years before. The ability came just in time, as he was able to use it to save him mother from an assassin who had been sent to gather information from her about Slade. It was then that Adeline could no longer keep Grant and Joseph's father a secret from them any longer, and reminded them about Slade Wilson.

Sometime later, Adeline and Joseph discovered that Deathstroke had accepted a contract on the Teen Titans. Since Joseph was aspiring to become a member of the Titans, they desperately approached Dick Grayson to help him defend against Deathstroke, with Joseph adopting the identity of Jericho. The rescue mission was a success, and Jericho subsequently joined the team, but the Titans were initially wary of him because of his relationship to Deathstroke, and the betrayal of a former team member, Terra.

Despite the Titan's weariness, Jericho was a loyal Titan for many years. Shortly after he joined the Titans, another new member, Kole, joined, and Jericho immediately developed a very close bond with her despite his slight interest in men.

However, unbeknownest to anyone, Jericho was possessed by the souls of Azarath, tainted by the essence of the demon Trigon, Raven's father. Unable to possess Raven herself, the souls entered Jericho. They were weak at first, but are slowly gaining strength with time to eventually merged with him. The only thing Joseph has noticed being out of the norm is a slight change in his powers.

Powers/Abilities
Jericho can possess a person after making eye contact with them - his body turns insubstantial and enters the subject. While he is in possession, Jericho has access to all of that host's powers (physical, mental, and magical), and is also able to tap into their memories. Jericho's victims stay conscious and may even express themselves vocally, but they are not able to control the actions of their bodies as directed by Jericho. If the person is unconscious, Jericho can use their voice to speak, albeit with their accent and only using the words they know. While in this state, Jericho sometimes uses the American manual alphabet letter "J" as his Sign name in order to signal to his allies that he has taken possession of a person without alerting others.

This power is most effective on human or meta-human bodies; when Jericho once possessed Superman, he was unable to maintain control of the Kryptonian brain for very long.

He is skilled in hand-to-hand combat and able to hold his own against his father.

Jericho's power depends on eye contact with living beings; if he is blinded, or the being he attempts to possess is not a natural creature, his power fails. In this way, he was tricked by his teammate Cyborg during a training exercise, when the latter closed his natural eye and Jericho failed to take possession by attempting to contact his artificial eye. Jericho has since overcome this limitation and was able to control Cyborg through his electronic eye. Jericho has also shown the ability to regrow his gouged out eyeballs; this feat apparently came with the price of a still impaired vision, but the return of his possession ability in its full capacity.

When he becomes fully possessed by the spirits of Azarath, Jericho has a powerful lion soul self and a healing ability. This will heal his vocal cords and allow for him to speak again.

Other
Although his father was the reason that Jericho can no longer speak, Joseph doesn't hold any ill-feelings towards his father. He only fights Slade when he attacks the Teen Titan's personally, but does not allow their relationship to get in the way. If anything, Joseph feels pity for his father, and hopes that one day, he and his brother Grant, will see the light. By all means and purposes, Joseph has already forgiven his father for everything he has ever done.
