Nothing really changed on the personality side, but that wording makes me hate it a lot less.

"As he joined, his rivals dropped out one by one as hard infantry training went on" seems at first to suggest that his rivals left because he joined and then that it was because of his training.

I take it English isn't your first language? its not a problem, but it may affect how I judge things.

I changed that sentence's wording to make it hopefully simply suggest that it was the training and not Brian being a mary sue, and yes, it's not my first language.

I'll make sure to proof-check stuff rather than zipping past it and calling it a day, so stuff I write will hopefully be clearer.

Whether or not it is good remains to be seen.

If you are already accepted feel free to be that other mech. I will be your opponent in the as of yet unnamed spider mech.

If you need help getting into things feel free to contact me and I'll do whatever I can.

Other fights will be going on basically alongside this one so feel free to set yourself up against another mech in a fight if you want.

You can fight other players if you both agree to it, but I don't see the point in knocking a player out so soon.

Oh and Garret is 17 now if you didn't notice my changes to his sheet all the way back on page three. You probably didn't because I never drew attention to it. I should put him in with the other characters.

Could be on a point system. Where knocking out a player doesn't necessarily mean knocking them out of the competition.

I was thinking of putting that in for the team rounds later, but at this point the only comment on the earlier proposed rules were that teams were a bad idea so I guess I don't know if I'm even doing that anymore. But initially these were supposed to be best of 1, you get eliminated if you lose matches to get rid of a bunch of lackluster contestants that enter. That said I am open to ideas and I will make a note of the points idea for now.

Bloody life. Mech's lore is mostly set, equipment almost complete, some of the other bits need doing, pilot needs a form of existence and [CENSORED] somehow managed to be more done than the rest. Meh.
