Things are getting good, I want progress!


Likewise! I'm excited not only to see how the rest of the night plays out, but also how that then translates across into our Social Conscience classes. Both in terms of how the class is taught, and how the students dynamic shifts.

I think we have two or three characters to hear from before Wraith progresses, but I know he's keen for us to lead ourselves some, as well as getting more posts-per-cycle. So if anyone wants to link up with Aiden before the next cycle, feel free to take the lead and I'll respond accordingly. (I'm doing much better now, but still have a week and a half off work, so I'm hoping to make the most of it.)

I'm excited for the real reason behind Jonas' class to come out. Belle in particular is an observant girl, and it will be difficult for any of the more active students at the dance to put the pieces together if they pay attention.

What are people thinking about for the outcome of this? Honestly this has broken the barrier on a lot of hidden stuff about the world our characters inhabit.

I have a feeling that Jonas might have a few tricks up his sleeves.

For Aiden specifically, no matter how much evidence stacks up against him, he'll lie through his teeth to deny it. He plans on moving across country after this year of school is over, so he doesn't so much care about what his schoolmates think of him as much as the legal complications he might find himself in should the police learn of his talents.

For Winter, she doesn't realize she is a hyperhuman yet, but yet she saw Jonas' arms glow, not to mention there is now a fire and ice wielder in her particular class so she is going to put some pieces together.

Also I just realized that she isn't much use in a fight yet. If this were on par with the show Heroes, she would be the healer girl. And it fits, save the cheerleader, save the world.

In case it wasn't clear by the post, Jonas and Winter are the only two not affected by Mister Hood's mind screw. Everyone else has forgotten the werewolves and the true nature of the night's events.

If only there was someone who could help with memories...

Also import to clarify that none of our characters remember using their powers, so for now they've escaped being outed. The fire is presumed to have started by some means other than Aiden.

That said, I'm sure that Aiden will suffer a degree of scrutiny, given the rumours that surrounded his disappearance last term.

Oh man! Loving what you're doing with Aiden, @Tyler! I'm going to call your post the start of our second Episode I think. Seems like a perfect intro and @FantasyChic's post works as a conclusion to the Pilot. I'll write a summary of Episode 1 at some point and add it to the IC OP.

That sounds like a plan!

I want to let him squirm for a while. Explore how his 'guilt' effects him, especially if other students start to suspect his involvement. He does have a bit of a reputation after all. But I suppose Winter still needs to get a hang of using her new powers, too. Once she's properly developed, she can come rescue Aiden from whatever hole he's dug himself into! :-)

The dance was a Friday. So the following day would be Saturday. Not sure if @Lord Wraith is wanting to see some solo action or skip straight through to Monday.
