Encountered another PC breakdown (two, technically) since last time I sent that message. Also, I need to rest soon, and I'll be heading over to my sister's place for a good portion of tomorrow so you won't hear too much from me for a bit.

It happens all the time, honestly. As for the replacement, we've already got a plan organized for me to have enough money to replace it whenever I want. The actual problem is needing to pull all of my information off this current PC (I don't want to just clone it, for a few reasons), which means a lot of time going through browser tabs and saving notepads (which are getting more disorganized -- I really do need to stop getting distracted here).

Anyway, yo dude.

Yeah, you did sort of just vanish a little bit after I mentioned the CS preview you gave me for 'GRG' looks good -- I figured you're busy.

Unfortunately, most of my information (if you don't count all the stuff that's been lost due to hard drive failures and might be unrecoverable) currently is stored on flash drives. The fact that they're my only copy of all my work at this point has me very on edge, so I need a reliable PC to back it all up to as soon as possible. As stated previously though, most of my work right now involves collecting links from my browsing history and/or trying to organize notepads before my work stops making sense to me.

@Shoryu Magami It might be worth investing in an external hard drive -- after the computer, of course. That way only one of the two should fail at the same time. I sorta miss the days of floppies, though. Backed everything up on 'em. For some reason I can't burn DVDs and have them be read. Even though my computer is /supposed/ to be able to. x.x

My grandparents encourage me to spend less time on the PC and doing more things ;o
So I've been busy during alot of free time during the day. I even went to an openday at the Uni that sent me and offer.

I've actually got an external hard drive currently. This PC is, unfortunately, too shit to do a large data transfer without failing midway.

If you get a chance, take a look at the discussion points I made involving the elimination system of the role-play. People won't have too many more chances to have an influence over that.
