Hm. I'd say having 2 or more Raidraptors on your side of the field and/or tributing 1 of them would be fair, since it's not a super strong card and would still allow for some Xyz Summons.

Also, my issue with this is that that means a simple Raigeki or other monsterkiller renders my guardian useless : /

The tribute is not in addition and would be replaced by the banishing, but the Raidraptors on field would be an additional requirement. Pretty sure I can explain this better, but oh well.

Change that last effect to Spell and Trap cards that are already face-up on the field and it should be fine.

And with that out of the way, I'd like to come out and say that the OoC and character sign-ups likely won't be up today.

Personality: According to rumors, Ryuko is a rather mellow individual who loves to strike up casual conversations with just about anyone. She isn't known to get angry very easily, but if she does ever become upset, a few deep breaths and a latte from the nearest cafe will revert her back to her normal self again.

Bio: Not much is known about Ryuko, aside from the fact that her name and a photograph of what may or may not be her was in the tournament's mass-invitation e-mail. Because of this, it's safe to assume that she's the tournament organizer.

Deck: Rumored to be Felgrands

Guardian Monster: Unknown

Excuse the caps lock there, just my inner geek screaming because I have played games and watched shows with every single one of those three in it and it triggers me so bad. Just kidding. I'll admit though, I feel slightly conflicted having Tiki in a Yu-Gi-Oh! thing, but that's my problem, not anyone else's.

That being said and all, feel free to ignore it, I'd appreciate that. And I would like to debate my Guardian, but on a faster, direct-chat environment for the sake of speed, if you don't mind.

There's a reason I chose who I did, don't worry. Her Guardian will probably explain a lot once the story gets to that point.

By rotation, you don't mean having multiple decks, do you? 'Cause I'll allow that for Turbo (and, if I decide to include them, Action) Duels, but not otherwise.

If you mean a mash-up deck though, go nuts.

Still, gotta ask, can you give confirmation on how you're going to handle duels? You mentioned being on the fence about both RNG and players choosing their own hands, but never gave a concrete answer.

You can only Synchro Summon this card if your lifepoints are 500 or less, your opponent controls more monsters than you do and you have no cards in your hand. For this card's Synchro Summon, you can banish the required materials from your Graveyard instead. As long as you control this face-up Synchro Summoned card and have no cards in your hand, you take no Effect or Battle damage.
